We loved the house for our family gathering in Scarborough. 8 of us in total Lots of room Entertainment and games for the kids. Lovely kit hung and dining space with everything we needed. Right next to the park, short walk to the beach with some great views down to the beach. Easy walk to the shops and arcades and main beach too. We really enjoyed it for relaxing and exploring the area. Great price too. Thank you

Thank you Lisa! From the moment we arrived we settled straight in. Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

All I can say is Wow! Victor has been an incredible host when we have had to leave our property due to a leak. Extremely attentive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, and brought us fresh bedding after the first week. The house looks exactly like the photos, lovely and clean. Felt like a home away from home! Victor was very speedy with his responses too. Thank you so much for making a very stressful time, a lot more tolerable.

Really lovely big home that was modern and clean and everything seemed new. The host was super helpful and friendly and really responsive. This place is easily walkable to the town and sea front though those with mobility problems might find hilly Filey difficult! Would recommend the gluten free fish and chips from the corner place and bella Italia restaurant.

The Cricket Pad was a perfect place for our family gathering. The house was plenty spacious enough for the 8 adults in our group and everyone was delighted with their room. The well-equipped kitchen meant that cooking dinner one night and a big breakfast for everyone the next morning was a doddle and we all fitted around the table comfortably. The bathrooms were also great. Having the separate shower was a bonus when everyone was trying to get ready to go out- like having three bathrooms. The master bedroom was really spacious. The other double rooms were smaller but still plenty big enough. The twin rooms were smaller again, but absolutely lovely. The whole house is really tastefully decorated with a lovely seaside theme throughout. We loved sitting in the courtyard garden at the rear in the early evening: a little sun trap and very relaxing on the first evening after a long journey. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Sally 's Cricket Pad should we ever be back in Scarborough.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Really clear instructions and really well equipped. plenty of space for a big group of us. And two dogs! Really helpful when communicating both prior and during our stay. The beds were really comfy. If I had to pick up on anything, it is really really tiny things such as I would prefer some extra towels. And a microwavable jug.

We had a lovely weekend break at Marks place. There were 4 adults, 3 teenagers & one dog & the flat was big enough to accommodate us all. We found it comfortable, clean & well equipped with all you would need for a short break or longer. It was in a great position near Peasholm Park/North Bay & within walking distance of the town centre. There was also plenty of parking availability right outside & permits were provided. Mark was also a great host - very responsive & friendly. We would definitely return to stay again!

We needed a bolthole for an overnight stay in Hull and this was just the ticket! Fantastic location in the Old Town, easy access to city centre. Beautifully decorated with magnificently high ceilings. Gary the owner,et us promptly and orientated us. Perfect for our needs. Had dinner at an amazing local gem - ‘Hearth’ which needs awarding with stars from all the top foodie guides!

A wonderful ground-floor flat as part of a small estate of similar homes. Immaculately clean, plenty of light and large bedrooms. Alan and Lindsay were very responsive, with Alan even coming to greet us in person when we arrived. Great stay, nothing fell short of expectations.

Good central location in busy interesting town, lots to do with very good plaques around the town. Good choice of shops and an excellent greengrocer/deli. Flat was very clean and comfortable.

Fabulous flat. Everything you need is there. Comfy beds and great bed linen and pillows. Excellent location just of the promenade with parking. My relatively fit 85 and 83 year old parents managed the steep entrance stairs and changes in height between the bathroom and main living area but it may be an issue for less abled.

I would throughly recommend this fantastic apartment, parking and check in was easy and the apartment luxurious and spacious. Views stunning.

First time using an Airbnb, I always prefer self catering so sounded ideal. Perfect location for us as we were visiting a Pool competition in the Spa Theatre, it was only a 10 minute walk. The flat was perfect, very comfortable and very clean. We were able to park right outside the property. Unless you wanted to explore further out, everything you need for a short stay was only a five minute drive away. The flat provided everything you needed and Is definitely worth a visit. The only warning I'd give is beware of the seagulls taking a dislike to your car ! Overall, great wee place and very good price. Would definitely recommend Yips Chinese Restaurantfor food, outstanding quality.

Excellent weekend stay, apartment was super clean and tidy. We loved the fact it was dog friendly! The apartment is easily accessible and situated above a row of shops, I expected a little noise however it was very peaceful and quiet the whole weekend. The large bed was a little too soft for us to sleep on (but that is personal preference). There were snacks & milk left out for us which was great. Would stay again!

We stayed at Jame's place as we were going to an event at Bridlington Spa. The location was central for the town, seafront, harbour and Bridlington Spa. We were met by Tina who was very friendly and helpful. James pre-booked parking for us which was only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment suited our needs and we have booked to stay again later in the year.

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Malton is a perfect base to enjoy North Yorkshire. Great to meet Diane and Mark who were so friendly. Thank you!

Hi Robert, Thank you for letting us stay in your great apartment again. Always perfectly clean and quiet. Great location, walked to the pub round the corner for dinner and stocked up on necessary breakfast at Tesco opposite. Will be back!

I chose Sharon’s place as I was working at the University, so from that perspective it couldn’t have been better . The uni is literally next door but one! Also easy walking to the restaurants on Newland Avenue. Sharon was very quick to respond but any questions I had were answered via the home guide alongside a hunt through the wardrobes! Thank you for the hot water bottles - a really nice touch as the first night was cold. And if it’s relevant for you, be assured there’s a good InstaVolt EV charger just 4 minutes down the road at the MacDonalds

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

What a beautiful apartment and very well presented and loads of original period character for the age of the property. Very comfortable beds. Walking distance to all amenities and attractions. Love Scarborough would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.
