Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Absolutely loved this place, everything was so perfect. The gorgeous private garden was a real bonus and we so appreciated the milk left for us to enjoy a cup of tea in the garden when we arrived. We would so love to be able to stay here again :))

I enjoyed my stay at The Studio. It is well equipped, warm and cosy and a great location.

Really lovely, dog friendly place to stay right on Glastonbury high street. So much character in this lovely BnB we will definitely be staying again. Our little dog loved the courtyard. Summer was communicative and friendly and easy to contact. Highly recommended!

My two friends and I had an amazing relaxing weekend at Susan’s place. The space was immaculate when we arrived with all amenities we needed to cook all of our meals. The view from the garden is beautiful and it’s been so peaceful to wake up with a view of the sea. The beds are really comfortable as is the sofa bed. Susan was really helpful in her instructions and very prompt to respond if we needed clarification. All in all, a 5* experience, we hope to be back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. A beautiful, elegant and quiet space just a short walk to the station and to town. Kitchen is very well equipped and there are thoughtful touches everywhere, such as painted eggs hanging from a little tree to celebrate Easter and an abundance of toiletries in the bathroom. Ideal to stay with a dog as there is a small courtyard, a box full of dog amenities such as toys and towels, plus the beautiful River Exe nearby to walk along. Jaana was an excellent host, contacting us ahead of time to make sure the space was suitable for our baby to visit too (there are furnishings that wouldn’t work with a walking infant/toddler) and full of recommendations of good, dog friendly pubs in the vicinity. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Cara‘s Portland cottage. We were there over Christmas week. Cara had decorated the house beautifully for Christmas and was really responsive to every request. We know Portland well and have many friends we were there to visit, so we already knew what a fabulous place it is to be. The cottage was really well stocked with all the equipment we needed and more. Cara left us a fabulous hamper of Christmas bits and bobs - so much we couldn’t get through it all! Thank you, Cara. We will be back!

This is a great Air Bnb- spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great location for exploring the Dorset coast line. It was such a peaceful setting and the thoughtful little extras made it even more enjoyable (the most delicious chocolate brownies!). Perfect for couples or families.

Meet or exceeded our expectationms. Very clean and well maintatined. Great views over rugby field. Only slight problem was internet going down on last night which the hosts responded immediately to try to resolve even offering to visit late at night to fix. We would definently return.

We had a lovely weekend in Topsham. The house is cottage style very homely and comfortable and spotlessly clean and everything we needed for a family get together. Parking was snug for my Evoque but OK. There were lots of supplies left for us including wine and ground coffee which were both appreciated. The location is an easy 5 minute walk into the quaint town which is filled with interesting shops and great pubs. Passage House Inn was our favourite, amazing food! Great host with lots of recommendations.

Really nice little spot right by the beach! Great views and a really peaceful area. Lisa was so lovely and really responsive to any messages. Great communication and clear instructions with check in and check out. Really accommodating for our dog as well and made his first holiday perfect! We couldn't have asked for more 🥰

Great place and great host. The accommodation is delightful, squeaky clean and a delight to spend time there. Full stocked kitchen, with coffee, milk and even choccy biscuits! Had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan, who is respectful and friendly. It's a fantastic part of the world, and I couldn't have wished for a better base to stay. I had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at Phil and Laraine’s beautiful Airbnb. The property had absolutely incredible sea views , waking up to that every morning was such a treat. The space itself was cozy and thoughtfully decorated with a lovely coastal feel that made it feel instantly welcoming. Phil and Laraine were fantastic hosts, warm, friendly, and respectful of privacy. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of care into making the stay special. It was the perfect escape from the busy day-to-day, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm coastal getaway. I’d love to return one day!

Immaculate, spacious and really comfortable. Attention to detail and honestly everything you needed was there. Lovely touches like fresh flowers and chocolates too. A little chalk board welcome! Pillows and bedding so soft and clean. Comfy bed. Beautiful peaceful garden full of birdsong, flowers snd buzzy bees. Gorgeous. 100% nearly nearly bar only one small thing was the sofa bed being a bit wonky but that may have been our setting it up, I’m not sure. Thank you for a lovely stay Diane. I will be back!

Melanie's place is amazing! A lovely, private, south-facing garden with a panoramic view of the Jurassic coastline, a large, tastefully furnished space, and a short stroll down to the town centre and beach.
