Very good communication from host, friendly and informative. Very thing was as described and better. Car park easy to find and Julien had already informed us regarding the road closures in Lyme and which way to arrive. Place was easy to find and very clean and homely. Very large apartment and with plenty of room for the 4 of us. TV was good, and there were DVD's and a DVD player. Wi Fi was excellent. Tea, Coffee, Sugar was available along with essentials in the toilet which was very welcomed. Tesco and Co op within 2 min walk, which for us was very good. I would say the only negative, was the front door, you had to lock once inside as the door did not self lock. With 4 adults and only one key, with door having to be locked, it created an issue, but one that was easy worked around. Maybe have a Yale locked fitted, so that the door is locked without a key? The apartment is over three floors, so the description highlighting this is correct. Place is quirky, and very homely. 5 stars

A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

The Bay House apartment was a great place for a short break. The place was clean, bright and airy with amazing views. It was lovely to sit and watch the boats and fishermen in the harbour. The bed was extremely comfortable with pristine linens. The bathroom was stocked with shower gels and shampoos. Westbay itself is a delightful little harbour town with plenty to see and do on a sunny day. Kiosks line the harbour selling ice creams, fish and chips etc. All in all I would recommend the apartment and the location.

Lovely, relaxing place - great place to come back to after a long walk or cycle or simply just to relax in and read a book. The studio was clean, very well equipped, and bigger and better than the photos. I would certainly recommend Lin’s apartment.

Right in the center with easy assigned parking. Very clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and walking distance to a large supermarket. Excellent communication.

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 10 days from the US to attend a wedding. The flat allowed plenty of space for my family of 4 for the duration. It was nice to have a kitchen and be a short walk from 2 grocery stores. The town is beautiful, and people were so friendly. Staff at the Crooked Swan were a dream. We got to know several of them during our visit. A few recommendations: House instructions would be ideal. The WiFi network and password wasn’t posted, so we had to email the Swan, and it took a bit to get it sorted. It took us a few days to figure out how to open up the large ceiling windows throughout. There’s a pole in the primary bedroom to do it, but we didn’t realize what it was right away. It was very hot when we arrived, so that would have been helpful to know at check-in. It also would be great to have a large broom or vacuum, as the floors got quite dusty over our long stay. Overall, we loved it. I certainly recommend to others, especially families.

Very nicely decorated, not just generic. It's very handy for visiting family on the same street & very close to the town & beach. Very well equipped & comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely house in a great location. Watchet is a friendly and interesting little town. Parking in a nearby car park was straightforward. Communications from the hosts were friendly - and the instructions were clear, comprehensive and unfussy.

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. Tristan is the most amazing host we have ever had at an AirBnb. He was responsive to questions, helpful, caring, and just so sweet. He even helped us back our giant rental van into the garage when we arrived. We had a perfect welcome basket upon our arrival and staples left for us in the fridge, so we had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the next day. The house itself is even nicer than pictures show. It’s beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom was amazing, especially for a party of 6 people. The location was perfect, the ocean views were gorgeous, and the home was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Any time we visit Lyme Regis in the future, we will always stay here!

This property exceeded our expectations! Beautifully clean and uncluttered and perfectly situated for exploring both Portland and Weymouth. Host responded really quickly to questions (of which we didn’t have many as all the info was available beforehand. We will definitely be using again when we return to Portland. Perfect for a family of 4 with our small, well behaved dog 😊

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Wier Lodge. It was very comfortable with plenty of space and set in beautiful surroundings. Alex and Rob are marvellous hosts.

We had a great stay at Sarah's accommodation. It was perfect for us - two couples. Everything was spotless, modern and super-comfortable. Sarah was a great host & the chilled fizz & chocolate in the fridge was a lovely surprise. Would not hesitate to stay at Sarah's again & 100% recommend this lovely home. Thank you Sarah x

We had a great short break away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It is in a great location and would very much recommend others to visit this gem of a place.

Debbie was fantastic from start to finish,the apartment is stunning and so comfortable and spotless,the beds are so comfy,the whole accommodation is well thought out and every available thing toy need for your stay is included,with well written instructions for everything

Not only were Emily and Ed the perfect hosts, but the flat itself was fabulous: it was clean and comfortable and there were lots of nice little touches, like torches in the bedroom drawers, which made all the difference to our stay. The location, in the heart of Corfe Castle, was amazing and we were able to walk from the cottage to Swanage via Studland and Old Harry’s Rock. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely flat.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Would highly recommend. Flat is luxurious and comfortable - wonderful place to sit and read with the most amazing view out over the harbour. Immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need.

Melanie's place is amazing! A lovely, private, south-facing garden with a panoramic view of the Jurassic coastline, a large, tastefully furnished space, and a short stroll down to the town centre and beach.

We enjoyed an excellent break here over Christmas. The apartment is exactly as described, having large bedrooms with great views over Torbay and a very well equipped kitchen that was a blessing for making a Christmas dinner! Dean was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay and I would highly recommend.

What a wonderful find! A beautiful apartment which was very cosy and clean. Lisa is a friendly and helpful host who provides a very well equipped accommodation (including eggs, milk, orange juice, bread, butter etc which was a nice surprise). Even robes for the hot tub were provided which was a thoughtful extra! The views are fantastic with both the beautiful beach right there on one side, and picturesque countryside on the other. The steam train passes by outside which is great to watch from the balcony, and sunsets in the hot tub are a must - I didn’t want to get out of it! It was so nice to go to sleep and wake up listening to the gentle waves on the beach. Dunster, Valley of the Rocks and Lynton are great places to visit, and there’s plenty more we didn’t get a chance to do this time. We had a really lovely stay at Headland Heights and would love to return in future.
