I thought it was very great. The people were super nice. It was a nice walk to the village. My friends and I had a great time.

Simple, clean apt with 1 BR/BA and full kitchen (beautiful gas stove), which we did not use much due to the nature of our visit. Responsive to an initial issue with the fridge. Saw a few casual dining options one block towards the beach. Apt is two blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Kimberly was also flexible when I shaved a night off our stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Great location and modern condo. Steps from the beach and best sandwich and ice cream spot on the island.

Jodi was kind and very responsive. The location was clean, pristine, warm, and conveniently located 1 block feom the beach. All amenities losted were available. Jodi went above and beyond in providing clear instructions, preparing the location and ensuring that me and my family had a great stay and were able to make great memories. We will definitely be using Jodi jext summer when we come back.

Inna’s place is the perfect spot! she is so accommodating and makes her guest feel at home. This is my second time staying with them and will definitely book again!

Michelle's cottage is a great place to stay on Ocean City! She and her husband are amazing hosts and were incredibly welcoming to my family. The location is perfect in that you can walk to the beach or bay in 10 minutes while being incredibly quiet and peaceful. The cottage itself is nice and the amenities like the outdoor shower are incredible for coming back from a day at the beach!

We’ve stayed here a few times and have an enjoyable stay every time! Walking distance to great restaurants and the beach, and is a great location for a weekend away.

We loved our three nights at Pat's place. it was very clean and welcoming. The outdoor deck is very large with a lovely view of the marina And there was even a beautiful American flag waving in the Summer breeze. The large deck acts almost as another room for the space. I also loved how many windows there were which allowed for natural light to be plentiful inside. The air conditioning worked beautifully which was wonderful to escape to after hot days in the sun. Every room has a fan so there's just great circulation. There is even an air conditioning vent in the bathroom which helped it clear the steam quickly and not become muggy. The only reason I gave a four for the location is that if you want to get to the beach it's a bit of a hike but we had someone drop off the beachcombers and then go look for parking so it worked out. Overall a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it!

Centrally located for restaurants and shopping. My wife and I came with our dog to do some house hunting in the area. The apartment was perfect for our needs and was very cozy. Would recommend for all seasons to rent.

We had an excellent time at Joyce”s place. A short block to the boardwalk & beach, a beautiful deck to sit out and enjoy the sea breeze, listen to the ocean & read a book. Everything was clean. Joyce is proactive & from the details iota clear that she loves what she does. She ensures that everything you need is there so that all you have to do is relax. This was full accumulations, from a regular coffee pot & Keurig along with coffee, clean sheets & blankets, even extension cords, & toilet paper. Everything we normally bring with us was already there to use. The added private outdoor shower also had a 2nd bathroom which was great for a family of 6. Joyce is pleasant & kind. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you Joyce for all that you do! This was THE BEST rental experience in the 14 years we’ve been coming to OCNJ.

Great two bedroom apartment! We went on a last minute vacation and we were lucky to find this so close to the beach. It was perfect for my family of four (two adults and two kids 4 and 8 years old). The outdoor shower was perfect with two young kids coming from the beach. Quiet street, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Pete was great to deal with and always responded quickly. Highly recommend this place!

it was very relaxing at Colleen's place. The front porch was a nice place to sit with my coffee. The beach was close and town was too. We had trouble with the key pad at first, but we were doing it the wrong way. Colleen responded quickly. She was a great host.

Tammy and David were great. This is what every Airbnb should be like. They should give a master class on how to treat guests. The best shore spot I have been to by far. Hope I have the pleasure of staying here again. 🍷 Grazie mille!

We had a great time to celebrate my son 21 birthday. The penthouse is beautiful. The views are amazing. Very relaxing. Richard is a great host.

Great stay. Everything was true to the listing. Had an issue with a light fixture going out, and it was fixed in less than an hour from the time I reported it.

This is a very clean space, and walkable to the boardwalk right next to the hard rock and ocean casino, plenty of restaurants and beach is within walking distance.

Nicholas Place was beautiful it was the perfect get away for me and my husband .
