Third year in a row we've stayed at Villa Urbane and can vouch that our experience has been fantastic each time. The property is well presented, fully equipped, and is in the best location. The proximity to the river, water park, skate park, and playground coupled with the property being secure makes it a great option for families. Emma and the rest of the AVG team are great hosts - highly recommended.

Fantastic spot right on the rail trail and near the Main Street - but not busy or noisy. Lots of space, huge well appointed kitchen, lovely tree and Mountain Views from upstairs. Perfect for our family of 4 but could comfortably accommodate more. Emma was an excellent host.

We loved our stay here, it was a 5 min bike ride into town, away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment was a bit smaller than we expected but it still worked well for us.

so easy! The house was so well set up, everything there we needed, made our stay super simple. Great location, easy walk across the river to town, but nice & quiet.

As we where using this for work, just small issue with AirB&B with openeing up rooms based on 3 people that are not couples and requiring 3 rooms. Additionally whilst it was clearly indicated, not having wifi, especialy for business travelers is a really big miss.

I had an excellent stay at this place during my visit to Falls Creek. The house was clean, cozy, and provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful retreat in Falls Creek, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Place was beautiful, could tell the host paid a lot of attention to the finer details, and we felt right at home.

We stayed over summer as a large group. Accommodation was clean & tidy. Plenty of space for large groups/multiple families with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Walking distance to The General for meals and supplies. Anne was very responsive and easy to deal with. Accommodation was exactly as expected.

Perfection. This place was absolutely perfect, from the warm welcome upon arrival with the goodies basket and the heater going, everything couldn’t be better. The house is gorgeous, north facing and bathed in sunlight all day, it’s all beautifully decorated and new. The amenities and toiletries were lovely and the bed comfy and plush. It’s located right in town, but is peaceful and quiet. We didn’t want to leave and will come back for sure, such a lovely little town. 10/10.

So good that I would love to gatekeep this incredible spot! But that would be a huge disservice to Emma because it was the most incredible accommodation in Beechworth. I’ve never been in a place where everything is top notch and the attention to detail is just so thorough. Emma herself is the loveliest and kindest host. This stay was fuss free and luxurious. Cannot recommend enough.

really lovely stay, super quiet & picturesque -backs straight onto a pine forest! my kids especially loved the hot tub. very comfortable and easy walk to town.

Everything about the Airbnb was great! The only issue we had was the lack of ac unit in the second bedroom. Otherwise everything was great.

Gorgeous accomodation with generous amenities and all you will need to start your stay in this incredible region. The townhouses are in a great location, with an easy walk to town and the river, great coffee and fab restaurants. This was our second time staying in the art townhouses and we highly recommend. Hosts are highly attentive and proactive undertaking a full oven replacement before we arrived.

Great place to stay with a family. Walk to town is easy. And Billsons is close by for a drink.

What a great getaway home - fantastic set up overlooking the lake with the pool in the front - great amenities and really comfortable beds! Nice walk into town for coffees and shopping. Fantastic pre, during and post comminication and we (6 adults) had a fantastic long weekend!

The place was very comfortable for three adults. Main bed room was very comfortable spacious living room and had everything we needed. North courtyard area and very close to the main strip in Albury five minute walk.
