The house is very clean and tidy, location is great, the kitchen and bathroom were perfect. Dmitrijs very responsive,helpfull and care. I will be back again when I visit my daughter.

Silvija’s place was lovely and roomy. Also quite cosy for a few days. Great spot between the beach and the lanes. Would love to stay again!

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

Fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment. Amazing view of the sea and walkable to the centre of Brighton without being so close it was noisy. Big rooms and every amenity needed was provided, perfect space to relax in for the bad weather we experienced! Wolf was very responsive and clear on instructions, a great host.

A very splendid apt. Vast rooms and fairly well equipped kitchen. Location on Palmeira Sq very convenient within walking distance of major services and attractions and city buses major routes. Host reacted immediately when, on arrival, we had problems location the key safe lock. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and strongly recommend both the premises and the host.

Very convenient location with lovely views of the sea from front of property. Easy to park on road - no restrictions. Property very well equipped and host left a range of edibles from fresh milk, orange juice, bread, butter, fruit etc for our use. Beds very comfortable with very clean linen/bedding. Garden area looked great. In the summer, I imagine, a great spot to relax. It was expensive to stay but this seems the norm now and 100x better than a hotel. Would return at a warmer time of the year next time to enjoy the garden and nearby Lido and beach.

The house was very close to the seafront and in an ideal location for all our hen do activities. The house was the perfect space for the number of guests. Everyone had a fun time and a good night’s sleep!

Allan and Toni were perfect hosts, from the moment they accepted our last minute booking they were more than happy to provide helpful information that made our trip a breeze. Their house is beautiful and in a stunning whitewashed street with views of the channel. Very easy to walk into town and with lovely local pubs and restaurants. They provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, especially as we had an early start for the Brighton Half Marathon. I would 100% recommend them as hosts to anyone!

Place exactly as described - spotless inside and had everything you needed. As it’s situated down a no through road there is no road noise which is great. Walking distance to everything in Brighton. Thanks Abigail.

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s Georgian Retreat ! Was a brilliant base - super close to the beach and the lanes A really cool space to spend time with the family in the vibey interior - perfectly set up for entertaining - beds and bed linen super comfy and premium - same with the towels provided - hotel levels. We had a great stay :)))

Great responsive host. Perfect location for short stay in Brighton

We had a great stay at Sillwood Mews! It was the best location - quiet but a short walk to everything. Lovely coffee houses, cafes and restaurants pretty much on the doorstep and of course the seafront is a two min walk! The house is lovely, clean and spacious with comfy beds. Jayne was an excellent host. We had a small issue with parking on arrival (due to some other residents in the Mews not parking with consideration) but Jayne responded to our queries immediately and was very helpful. We will definitely stay again when we return to Brighton!

Big fan of the interiors. The Airbnb matched the description and lived up to its expectations… great bang for your buck.

The apartment was lovely. Really warm and welcoming. The view from the huge windows in the lounge were wonderful. Everything was so lovely and clean. Good quality bedding and towels, with spares if you needed them. The bathroom is wonderful. Spacious and beautifully done. The sofa in the lounge is really comfy, which is a nice bonus after a long day exploring the Lanes. The apartment is in a brilliant location. We highly recommend The Shelter Halls, just five or ten minutes walk away on the beach. Great selection of food with a wonderful atmosphere. Also The Petis Pois… lovely French cuisine. Pizza at Fatto a Mano (Gloucester Road in the North Laines) is ridiculously good!!Everthing is easy to reach from the apartment. The fire stick on the tv works well and we enjoyed a nice movie. Make sure that you take milk in as there is nothing for your arrival (our fault for assuming as all other Airbnb’s that we have used have had little welcome packs). There is plenty of tea and coffee.

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

Chet was a great host. From check-in to check-out he was there to assist us with anything we needed. The place was in a very accessible location. Bus stop and train station practically outside your door. Place was extremely clean and easy to find as well. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone going to Brighton.

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie

We loved our stay at Katie’s beautiful apartment! It was a great place and the view of Brighton pier was a bonus, especially loved at sunset! The location makes it easy to walk to the beach or into town. Would definitely recommend and stay again x

The apartment was lovely and absolutely perfect for a few days exploring Brighton. It was clean and comfortable- felt like a home away from home. It was well stocked with basics in the kitchen. That was great. Parking was easy. It helped to already be registered on the app. Easy to get to without driving right through Brighton also. A short uber into Brighton and the lanes. Communication with the hosts was friendly and clear and they corrected something I’d not had correctly noted in my reservation quickly and easily. I look forward to staying again.

Nous y avons passé trois jours et deux nuits supers, le logement est top, un vrai cocon chaleureux et cosy, l’emplacement à 30 minutes à pieds du centre, bus possible. Plusieurs commerces à proximité, les pâtisseries de la boulangerie sugardough sont délicieuses 😍 et Katrina e était très avenante envers nous. Un grand merci nous avons passé un week-end fabuleux!
