We had a fantastic couple of days at Sam's beautiful treehouse. Sam honestly couldn't have been more helpful. The hot tub was wonderful and location was absolutely perfect. I also booked a 30 minute massage with her which was blissful. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

We had a wonderful family gathering at Tims’ place over xmas. Excellent location, close to Cranbrook and Tenterden. Comfortable sleeping for 12 adults. Loved the two downstairs double rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Great for elderly guests. Large well equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Great grounds with plenty of room for kids and dogs to run. Our 3 year old loved the trampoline. Log fired hot tub was fun but needed some attention to keep it up. Tim was responsive and his nearby staff were readily available to help. An excellent stay for large groups with young children and pets.

A really delightful place to relax. Keith was fab. Place was wonderful. Robes for Us both and sliders to get up to the amazing hot tub. Good pub round the corner and most especially the breakfast was brought to the door and was utterly fab. Thanks Keith. Lovely all around.

Wendy-Jane was an exceptional host, her home was beautiful and very cozy, with a gorgeous and very friendly cat. We loved the surroundings and the scenery. Wendy had a stunning selection of books on her shelves and CDs in her collection. The home was perfect for us, and we would love to return. The hot tub is an great addition and it was lovely to chill out in at the end of the day. There's lots to do in the surrounding area with a very charming in right opposite the house and another pub down the road with an abadondoned castle next door. And a short drive from both Hastings and Eastbourne made for a perfect weekend get away!!

The Annexe was a very special place to spend the weekend, enjoyed the hotub and then sitting in front of the log burner. Tracey was a lovely host and we can highly recommend a stay if ever your visiting this beautiful part of the UK

We had a great stay here . Very attractive well maintained Regency flat close to Hove amenities and not far from sea . Rachel was a very helpful host . Strongly recommend .

Immaculately clean home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Martin communicated well before our stay and was extremely responsive to any queries we had. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Le logement de Sandra est idéalement placé à moins de 5 mn de la gare . Mais sans nuisances sonores car situé dans une petite allée piétonnière. Pas de bruit de trafic routier. Calme absolu. 4 chambres dont 2 avec douche et wc . Cuisine très bien équipée . Petite terrasse extérieure appréciable par beau temps . Sandra est une hôtesse très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises dans la maison jusqu’à 15h le jour de notre départ pour profiter d’une dernière matinée en ville. La l me vison est à 15mn à pied des Lanes et du front de mer. Beaucoup de commerces autour .

A group of us stayed at Brett and Cheryl's listing for my sister's hen party and it was the perfect location (so close to the action!) and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic weekend. Brett and Cheryl are excellent and responsive hosts and have been excellent at communicating from the word "go". Really recommended this quirky property for a weekend away!

Jo was a great host so friendly and very welcoming , Jo even sent useful videos of how to find the house . The house was beautiful so spacious and comfortable with beautiful gardens . The kitchen was so well equipped there was everything I needed to cook a birthday dinner for my mum . The info folders at the house were great and answered any questions we had . We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish .

The Old Photographic Studio is such a great place to stay. We have stayed before and it was even better than before, as we were watching our daughter run the Brighton Half Marathon which literally passes in front of our doorstep!! Great Host and Great place. We came here for my best friends Hen Do this past weekend and had a wonderful stay. The property is really lovely and beautifully decorated, a little bit smaller than the pictures but was absolutely fine as there was 12 of us. Charles and Natasha were soooo helpful and could not have done more for us before, during and after our stay. Always quick to respond and even helped resolve a left behind item. The location is perfect and only a short walk from Brighton station. Really easy to get a taxi from too as there was a taxi rank opposite - lots of shops near by. It had everything we needed including toiletries, towels and some drinks. Only a couple of small complaints which aren’t really complaints: the front gate doesn’t lock which meant we did find people in the alleyway to the apartment at night. There was a slight smell in the kitchen and no freezer which is a shame. It does get warm in the bedrooms too and could not have windows open due to music outside. Would return again!

Grateful to find such a wonderful retreat. Warm, cosy, welcoming & thoughtfully laid out. Convenient for visiting our family in Lewes. Thank you for making our stopover so relaxing.

Fantastic Christmas stay in beautiful Bramshott village. Olivia and Ed really helped us out when another host let us down at short notice. Cannot thank them enough for their flexibility, and for allowing our extended family to have a wonderful Christmas together. Olivia and Ed are great hosts, very quick and clear with communication, and happy to help with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home and location for large families. We easily accommodated 9 of us. Lots to do nearby, with great restaurants, pubs and local walks. Thanks again for a fabulous stay!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

Carrie is a fantastic host and we enjoyed our stay at her place. The cottage has everything you need for a long family stay. And families with young kids will enjoy extra stuff like high chairs and toys. There is also a nice private garden and the bbq area.

Susie is an amazing host - we got a warm greeting on arrival, the house / local information provided was really helpful and the cottage / location were amazing. The wood burning fires were great for this time of year and there was lots to do for our son on a rainy day - ping pong, pool, and plenty of other games. The local walks are great and we would highly recommend the Rising Sun for food!! The stairs are a great feature and in keeping with the cottage but not kid friendly - so we accompanied our boy up and down the stairs. We definitely want to go back for when the pool and tennis court are open in the summer 😊

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Louisa’s house for a week at the end of the summer holidays. We were a multi generational group of 11, and used it as a base so we could sail at Dell Quay just minutes down the road. We all had a fabulous time sailing, swimming in the pool, playing tennis, going to Chichester Festival Theatre and visiting the Pallant Gallery too. We had a delicious meal at the Crown & Anchor pub just minutes down the road and went for walks along the beautiful shoreline. This house was perfect for us.
