One of the best places we’ve stayed on Airbnb. Ian was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Beautiful house in a great location. Quiet neighbourhood with easy beach access whilst being easy to get to the city centre and beach.

I booked this for a friends 40th as it offered a great communal space where we could all gather for food , drinks and games. The kitchen / dinner was fab and look exactly like a picture. We had a lovely welcome on arrival and communication was good throughout. We had a great time and enjoyed the space.

What a great find! We were a family group of 9 including 2 young children, the house was definitely big enough to accommodate us all with spacious rooms, a stunning kitchen area, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms/en suite. The kids enjoyed all the games on offer, especially the ping pong table. Tony was a real hit too. Susie is a great host, offering great local advice/recommendations and was so kind to allow us an early check-in. We had 3 cars with our party but only permits for 2 cars however Susie's lovely neighbour happened to be around when we were deciding what to do with the 3rd car and offered us some of her additional permits for a small amount of money, this allowed us to all be parked outside the property with no concern about moving the cars, it really was a bonus. I would recommend this lovely house to any large group, close to beach and shops and Brighton town centre.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and clean. One thing to note is there was some missing essentials you would except from an airbnb, like there were no bin-liners in the bins in the kitchen, no water in the fridge, etc. Aside from that it was a great experience, would recommend

We had a really nice stay visiting family in Brighton and the location was perfect for this, being only a short walk to the Hove seafront. Plenty of local shops and eateries in walking distance. The house was well presented and the welcome cake and Prosecco were very much appreciated. Communication was easy and access to property very straightforward. All together a great stay!

We stayed 5 nights. The room was spacious, WiFi perfect, relaxing place, dining place, the bedding was of a very good quality. When we arrived, there was fresh baked bread, eggs, butter, coffee, tea, water. Annemarie is always willing to help. Very kind family. Don’t hesitate, go for it! We enjoyed our days!

Had the bestest serene birthday! So happy to find Jasper’s place. The accommodation is exactly what is posted online. Stunning sea views in the morning 🥰🥰🥰 Jasper is so ever helpful and responsive. We had the best quiet time just admiring all the interiors and the view of the house. I would love to gate keep this little nook we found but it deserves a spotlight. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Jackie’s over Christmas and used it as a base to visit family and friends. It was perfect - warm, cosy and well equipped. Lots of books and toys for the kids too. Thanks again for having us, Jackie.

I loved this little space. I'd taken myself away for a couple of nights me time and meeting old friends. Zoe was great, she let me use the driveway but the road looked to have good parking. The space was quirky and fun it even comes with a record player and a great selection of records. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you Zoe.

Jason's place was very welcoming with all the comforts of home. Really well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and comfortable beds. Lovely welcome pack of oat milk,fruit bread,vegan spread and a bottle of white wine. We paid for parking permits and found parking in the road outside easy during our stay. On a steep hill so decided to get taxis on the way back from town.Would book again and would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at the Design House. The house has fantastic interiors, whilst also being very welcoming and cosy. Marshall was an absolute gem and allowed us to store our bags at the house before the official check in time and also gave us extra time on the Sunday, which was much appreciated! She also gave my dog the warmest welcome, so definitely a dog friendly stay! Would happily stay here again, as the location is so close to the beach and great restaurants.

Very comfortable, clean, cosy apartment, very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our brief stay, communication with Julia was excellent, and we will certainly book again when we are in the area.

It was our first airbnb experience as a couple and it was perfect🤍. You can see they have gone the extra mile to make the place feel very private and the bed was PHENOMENAL!! The best nights sleep we have both had in a while. The hot tub was easy to use and the outdoor lights made the whole retreat look beautiful. We drove to Haslemere which was only a 12 minute journey. It was lovely to walk around and do some shopping. You are also given a list of activities to do and places to eat on arrival. Thank you Alexia for giving us a wonderful couple nights away.

Floss was very friendly, and the accommodation was incredibly peaceful. I went for a relaxing time away, out of normal life. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, the bed and sofa were VERY comfortable. The garden was very sweet, particularly on sunny days. I had a lovely time, it’s exactly what it looks like!

Perfect little den for me and my partner. Came up for her birthday and when we arrived the host had put out lovely messages on the TV and bed for my partner's birthday which I hadn't even requested which made it so special on arrival. Loved seeing the alpacas. You are free to go see and feed them whenever you want. Two cute and friendly dogs as well. The couple who run the business were so welcoming and helpful with local things to do but also give you plenty of privacy. Perfect weekend for us highly highly recommend.

We took a short weekend break for some peace, walk the dog miles and put our feet up Gary and Shona's place was wonderful and went above and beyond our expectations The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and set us up for the evening, the log fire was in full swing at minus 5 (the wood all there ready to use) Dog towels was a bonus especially as i forgot ours Loved the walks through the Fields and numerous footpaths (yes we may have taken a wrong turn on occasions!!) Would highly recommend this property as a chill out zone and a little piece of paradise in Sussex We Loved the weekend

Such a cosy cabin with beautiful surroundings and easy access to Alfriston. Couldn’t recommend it more and Mandy is an excellent host.

One of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. We went in January for a birthday celebration and had such a lovely stay despite the terrible weather. Absolutely beautiful cabin with amazing bed and no expense spared. So many thoughtful details such as the fire, cubbies by the bed, delicious treats on arrival and bird feeder. We sat and enjoyed the peace and watched a woodpecker have its breakfast while we enjoyed fresh coffee and the bread and eggs that were provided. Donna was the perfect host and went the extra mile, bringing us takeaway menus when we arrived later than planned, responding to messages when we couldn’t find the milk frother and getting the bath switched back on despite the freezing weather. It was a lot of fun trying it out in the rain and made for a truly memorable moment we will treasure. We’ve already said we want to return in the warmer weather so we can fully enjoy the outside space.

Nice chalet in a nice location, and convenient for a wedding we were attending in nearby Benenden. Clean, warm and good value for us because the two bedrooms and fact that we could self cater our breakfast made it all up less expensive compared to two rooms in a hotel/pub/guesthouse. Our friends booked the other two chalets which was lovely as we were 3 families together and we enjoyed seeing the horses as we took our morning coffee.
