Great place to stay , parking limited and tight. Very good location excellent pub the Dover Castle Great Chinese at the end of the road. will book again when working in Brighton . Only 1 big draw bag the big hill called cardiac Hill so steep !!!!!!

A group of us stayed at Brett and Cheryl's listing for my sister's hen party and it was the perfect location (so close to the action!) and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic weekend. Brett and Cheryl are excellent and responsive hosts and have been excellent at communicating from the word "go". Really recommended this quirky property for a weekend away!

Nick's place was a delightful place to stay for our weekend in Brighton. The house is charming and homely and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and only a short walk from nice cafes, the local shops and the beach. Brighton was busy and Nick's place felt like a welcome haven away from the busy centre of Brighton. Nick is a thoughtful, kind host and we would be delighted to come again.

Mark was an amazing host! The area of the townhouse was amazing to go to the beach and there were so many restaurants and pubs around to be able to have an amazing time. I would recommend this to anyone.

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

Jo was a great host so friendly and very welcoming , Jo even sent useful videos of how to find the house . The house was beautiful so spacious and comfortable with beautiful gardens . The kitchen was so well equipped there was everything I needed to cook a birthday dinner for my mum . The info folders at the house were great and answered any questions we had . We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish .

Paul’s place was clean, delightful and spacious. We had all that we wanted and he even put some toys out for our kids. We enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Gorgeous barn with beautiful finishes. Three things I value most in a stay are soft lighting, quality kitchen utensils and views. This stay had all of these.

We had a really lovely three night stay at the Barn House. beds were comfy, showers were great, kitchen was big and very well equipped....The games room was fabulous, if the weather had been bad we would have used it more, but as the weather was sunny we took advantage of the beautiful countryside, and had a lovely walk into Battle, about 40 minutes cross country. Sadly it was a bit cold for the swimming pond, (imho!) we weren't brave enough to have a dip, maybe when the weather warms up a bit!. Lounge area was more than ample with a huge comfy sofa....All in all, a wonderful, peaceful place, perfect for a group of friends, or family. James lives in the main house, and was available if needed, but we still felt very private. We enjoyed time in the jacuzzi looking at the stars. I highly recommend, and am so glad I chose it for my birthday celebration weekend!

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Lovely location and lovely lodge, the owner Ruth was super helpful and Leigh the maintenance guy was superb, on hand with any issues or questions about the area at the drop of a hat!

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

We have just returned from a 4 day break at Shirley's caravan and I cannot rate it or her and Karl enough! A lovely welcome basket awaited us with some milk and a great selection of teas and coffee. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and probably the most responsive host I've every encountered. I would give ten stars if I could!

We used Kelly’s stylish accommodation to celebrate my 70th. The pool and spa are stunning. Everything is high spec. A Lovely hamper was left for us - thank you. It was a wonderful weekend. Many thanks Kelly.

This charming Pool Shed was the absolute perfect place to stay for my husband and I for a short weekend away from every day routine. The location was incredibly convenient, just a quick 9-minute drive to the lovely restaurant for dinner recommend by Toby and Kate. The cottage itself was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The warm welcoming with pleasant music and logs burning in the stove waiting for us,was an absolute surprise for my husband and most thoughtful greeting from the host we ever had. Thank you Toby and Kate. We would highly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing time away from home. We can't wait to come back for our next visit.

Just the respite I was looking for - for one solo night away from my (lovely) family. Spotlessly clean, sumptuously furnished, comfy bed, great shower, the kitchen was extremely well appointed. Thank you J, I loved it. Will be back 💕 E.

Location is really good, close to the main attractions. The place has a good internet, functional kitchen, renovated bathroom, bedroom is a good size, mattresses is a bit soft for me but I managed to sleep well from the second night. I would stay there again.

Perfect for a short or long stay in Hove

We just spend a night at Tanya's and it was as described. She was very attentive and provide great recommendations.

I‘ve stayed in Brighton many times over the years. It is a fabulous city, but it does have challenges, namely parking and extremely loud seagulls that start squawking at 4am. Niki’s place has a very useful off-street parking spot and I could hardly hear the seagulls inside and slept very well. Apart from those practical issues, the flat is charming - nicely decorated, super comfortable, well-equipped - and it’s close enough to the station and shops be convenient but not enough to be loud. Seven Dials is a fun neighbourhood with lots of great coffee shops. This is a strong, five-star recommend!

Peaceful & very clean apartment in a great location for visiting Brighton & Hove. Really enjoyed staying here for the weekend. Lena is a great host.

Needed somewhere to accommodate 3 couples & kids, & Zoe’s place was perfect for this. We know Brighton well & wanted to spend a few days down on the pier with the kids. Zoe’s place was the perfect location. The house was better than the pictures. Really spacious & clean. The kids loved the air hockey game, & we all loved the quirky Brighton decor. Highly recommend Zoe’s place.

This was a really nice stay at the back of the host‘s garden. Tranquil. The cabin is well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable with soft cosy bedding and the shower was hot. I loved the location for easy access to Brighton Centre and the South Downs. Kathryn was a great host - she felt available for any questions/issues (I didn’t have any) but was not intrusive in any way. Thank you, Kathryn.
