Amazing apartment and you couldn’t have got a better location, could see the pier from the window. Jo was a brilliant host, provided in depth instructions for check in and locating the car park, would stay again on our next visit to Brighton.

Kasia’s communication with us was excellent and she was receptive to hearing from us if we had any problems (which we didn’t!!) Bedroom was rather small and not a lot of space my side of the bed but once I got used to being there it wasn’t too much of a problem. Everywhere was clean and bright and everything we may have wanted to use was there!

I had such a great stay! The home was spotless, very comfortable, exactly like the pictures, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, fantastic restaurants, and easy bus links to town. Check-in was super smooth, and Dudley was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and I’d highly recommend it. I would absolutely stay again!

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

Fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment. Amazing view of the sea and walkable to the centre of Brighton without being so close it was noisy. Big rooms and every amenity needed was provided, perfect space to relax in for the bad weather we experienced! Wolf was very responsive and clear on instructions, a great host.

An amazingly presented apartment with everything you need and more for the perfect stay, so kind to have milk and enough tea and coffee to make yourselves at home on arrival. Perfectly placed location to explore Brighton and then come home and relax - beds where comfortable and bathrooms provided essentials. Emily has the perfect place and is the perfect host. The house was very close to the seafront and in an ideal location for all our hen do activities. The house was the perfect space for the number of guests. Everyone had a fun time and a good night’s sleep!

We loved our stay at Jane’s place in Brighton. The house was super tidy and located in a brilliant spot so close to the sea. I’d definitely consider staying here again with friends next time I have a weekend away in Brighton!

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s Georgian Retreat ! Was a brilliant base - super close to the beach and the lanes A really cool space to spend time with the family in the vibey interior - perfectly set up for entertaining - beds and bed linen super comfy and premium - same with the towels provided - hotel levels. We had a great stay :)))

We had a great time at Michelle’s place. A lovely home right in the centre of Brighton, walking distance to a lot of the usual spots but tucked away on a peaceful back street. The house was just as described and had everything we needed. There was even complimentary coffee and bubbles! Thank you!

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Great place to stay, quiet and convenient for our needs. Ann-Marie was quick to respond to messages and able to accommodate an early check in. Clean and tidy, comfy beds.

Just the respite I was looking for - for one solo night away from my (lovely) family. Spotlessly clean, sumptuously furnished, comfy bed, great shower, the kitchen was extremely well appointed. Thank you J, I loved it. Will be back 💕 E.

Our stay at Eleanor's was great. The location was perfect for us. Within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Taxis arrived quickly when needed. Quiet neighborhood with a fantastic breakfast restaurant within half a block. The Airbnb itself was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Eleanor communicated with us very quickly. She left clear instructions with pictures on how to get inside. Our stay was very comfortable and homey.

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location by Hove Lawns . Well kept and maintained. Good quality bed linen and towels. A very peaceful place to stay: A bonus having the lovely outside space which our fur baby enjoyed too . We will definitely be staying here again . Joanne was a wonderful host and was very responsive to all messages . Thank you !!

A lovely little apartment within walking distance of lot’s of a Brighton’s highlights! We felt right at home. Will is a pro-active and friendly host. The door of the building was painted while we were there and he made sure to let us know so we didn’t get any wet paint on our clothes. The free parking space is also great, although the steep entrance might scratch the bottom of your car like it did with us. But overall a great place to stay in Brighton!

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Fabulous apartment and excellent location with an amazing sea view. Close to all amenities and great walks. We did have a problem with the key safe on arrival but this was quickly resolved by Katherine. Bonus having an available parking spot too. Will definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and the decoration was lovely. The upstairs neighbours were a little on the noisy side above the bedroom but this is not the owners' fault in any way. We were so happy that we could take our pet with us and we didn't need to walk on eggshells with our pet. Connor was very quick with responses when we had questions and was very helpful. My two recommendations would be that it would have been great if hand towels could have also been provided and also a little coffee machine such as a Nespresso would have been a really nice touch (though there was a French press provided). Other than that, the property was so homely and was located at such a nice prime spot that if I was to go to Brighton again, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook this place. Highly recommended! Thank you for the hospitality.
