We had a lovely time. Thank you Geoff. The loft style apartment on a jetty was amazing with lovely views. Everything we needed was there. Brighton seems to be much cleaner and nicer than it used to be and Geoff’s place at Brighton Marina is well situated for a nice walk into the city centre along the beach and a well laid out board walk. Also the Marina itself has lots to do.

This place was gorgeous and the communication was fantastic. Lots of extra little details that made it all very special. Would love to stay again

I had a wonderful time, the flat is 1min from the beach, so many shops and restaurants around the corner, I love the size of the flat it very comfortable space , bathroom spotless and nice towels , the kitchen were full of utensils for cooking and serving food , so great . Definitely Simon’s place feels like home . I am looking forward to be back to this amazing place. Thanks a million to Simon .☺️

We had a wonderful few days in Alison’s holiday home. It was immaculately clean, great location and had everything we needed for days out and peaceful nights sleep. It was bright and comfortable with great bathrooms and lots of fun quirky touches. Enjoyed by 3 generations of the family! Rottingdean had lots of lovely coffee shops, a great gallery and gardens and I even managed a dip in the sea. Thanks for having us

We’ve been going to Brighton for over 20 years so know it well. This place is in the heart of kemptown so is in the perfect spot for exploring, restaurants and pubs etc The place itself is exactly the same as the listing. A great size, typically ‘Brighton’ and is equipped with everything you need! Jorel was great with communication and it all went extremely well. I’d definitely recommend and rebook!

Perfect for a little getaway. We took the bus to Brighton which was very convenient and we also loved to have wonderful surroundings at our doorstep.

One of the best places we’ve stayed on Airbnb. Ian was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Beautiful house in a great location. Quiet neighbourhood with easy beach access whilst being easy to get to the city centre and beach.

Everything about the house was fantastic - the location is great, with local pubs, cafes and shops within a couple of minutes walk and only 10 mins walk into Brighton. House is very well equipped, spacious and very comfortable for a stay in Brighton/Hove. I cannot recommend this house highly enough and thanks Robert for sharing his wonderful home.

Our group of 9 adults booked this place for the weekend. Usually, when there is a group of us this size wherever we stay we feel crammed in but this place was fantastic! lovely large communal/living space, 3 bathrooms all with toilets and an extra toilet on the ground floor so no fighting over who got to go first! the house was exactly as described so no nasty surprises. very well situated, two minute walk up the road and you're on a high street with access to many shops and bus routes, easy walk to the i360, peir and lanes. house was well stocked with tea/coffee/towels etc. roof terrace was lovely, although we didn't try the pizza oven, save that for next time!!! all of us were really impressed with the house and would definitely stay there again. both Edwina and Marc were very quick at responding to messages and there was a really helpful manual left out for us with local recommendations, how to use the various appliances etc. 10/10! We have all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a great find! We were a family group of 9 including 2 young children, the house was definitely big enough to accommodate us all with spacious rooms, a stunning kitchen area, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms/en suite. The kids enjoyed all the games on offer, especially the ping pong table. Tony was a real hit too. Susie is a great host, offering great local advice/recommendations and was so kind to allow us an early check-in. We had 3 cars with our party but only permits for 2 cars however Susie's lovely neighbour happened to be around when we were deciding what to do with the 3rd car and offered us some of her additional permits for a small amount of money, this allowed us to all be parked outside the property with no concern about moving the cars, it really was a bonus. I would recommend this lovely house to any large group, close to beach and shops and Brighton town centre.

Great place to stay, quiet and convenient for our needs. Ann-Marie was quick to respond to messages and able to accommodate an early check in. Clean and tidy, comfy beds.

Sophie's place was brilliant. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with every amenity you could want, including so many toys that the 3 year old in our family was utterly happy. And in the perfect location too. Sophie was an excellent communicator, always on hand for any queries, and very helpful in every way.

A really enjoyable short stay here and we wish we could have stayed lonver. The flat is lovely, really well maintained, had everything we needed and so convenient for all the amenities of the Marina, plus only a short bus ride from the centre of Brighton. Thank you Mark and Vicky!

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location by Hove Lawns . Well kept and maintained. Good quality bed linen and towels. A very peaceful place to stay: A bonus having the lovely outside space which our fur baby enjoyed too . We will definitely be staying here again . Joanne was a wonderful host and was very responsive to all messages . Thank you !!

The house was beautiful and the way it has been furnished was gorgeous! llian put up a birthday sign for me which was so cute. The kids loved it too. It was in a great location and would definitely come back again. Clear instructions and the place was immaculate. The only thing I would say is, because our house back at home is a new build, they are naturally warmer than a traditional built house, so it was cold. But the weather was bitter than usual that weekend. We did have to use the heating. It’s not a complaint but if visiting in the winter, just bring some layers for the evening. Xx

Kate’s beautiful apartment reminded me of the early days of Airbnb when you often stayed in someone’s real home. A treasure, with beautiful sea views. Kate was extremely helpful and responsive, would definitely stay again if in Brighton.

We stayed at George's place for a month whilst building work was done at my own flat. George was so helpful with quick responses to any questions plus very detailed instructions for check in and using the flat. The property was very clean and tidy and perfect for our stay. excellent location just off the main high street but the road itself was fairly quiet. Happy to stay again if we need to and will recommend to friends for a stay. Free parking round the corner was a big bonus and our cat enjoyed himself too!

A lovely little apartment within walking distance of lot’s of a Brighton’s highlights! We felt right at home. Will is a pro-active and friendly host. The door of the building was painted while we were there and he made sure to let us know so we didn’t get any wet paint on our clothes. The free parking space is also great, although the steep entrance might scratch the bottom of your car like it did with us. But overall a great place to stay in Brighton!

Chet was a great host. From check-in to check-out he was there to assist us with anything we needed. The place was in a very accessible location. Bus stop and train station practically outside your door. Place was extremely clean and easy to find as well. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone going to Brighton.
