Great location for a weekend in Boston for a Celtics game. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. It worked well for what I was looking for.

This apartment was wonderful for an extended stay in Somerville. Stella is a great host. I also enjoyed the wonderful patio with great views!! Pleasant surprise for those outdoor days. So spacious and private. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Me and my mother stayed at Jennifer's place over Halloween while visiting family in the area. We had a wonderful stay, getting in was easy and the place was spotless and exactly as advertised. It was very warm and welcoming and the kitchen had everything we could have needed, and there was a great binder of recommendations and other helpful details about the house and surrounding area. The picturesque neighborhood was very quiet and great to walk around and see the changing foliage. We walked past a group of bird-watchers that had set up in a nearby park in the hopes of catching a glimpse of a rare bird that had nested in a nearby tree. How fun! If you are bringing children, there is a nice playground at the end of the block that my eight year old niece gives her solid endorsement, and on Halloween there was a fun costume contest/show for the local kids in the park. A warm community all around. We look forward to staying again in a future visit.

Had the chance of spending a few weeks at Mark's place as a temporary accommodation. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything needed. Location is great, close to the train station, river walks and the famous Moody street. Plenty of parking space. The proximity to the rail line was not an issue as sound insulation was pretty good. Really enjoyed my stay at Prisca’s. She is very kind and accommodating to any questions I had. Great location with easy access to public transportation!

An’s place & great service, ticked all of the right boxes. I just found the price a bit steep especially with CAD currency. But the market value dictates this. I would strongly recommend this place. Cheers.

This airbnb has 7 beds. None are bigger than a double but for our family of four we just each took a bed. The airbnb is on the 3rd floor so you need to be able to walk stairs which was fine for us. The location has great access to downtown.

Kevin put together an amazing stay for my colleagues and I. I will say it was one of the best homes I’ve stayed in. Kevin is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at his home.

Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. We had a great stay! The location was perfect for us! The unit was very clean and offered great amenities. We were very pleased with our stay.

Amazing! When the tide is in you feel as if you’re right over the water - so great! Well stocked kitchen and super clean. A wonderful spot to enjoy the views and get out to local beaches. Loved the hot tub on the deck.

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

Thank you so much The host was great and responsive The house was exactly as expected We enjoyed ourselves and this was the first house we seen with so many king beds. That’s a plus for sure. First time ever in Massachusetts and we had a blast🙂

This place was awesome. Located in between Boston (about 6 miles) and Salem (30 min drive) it’s a great place to stay for a week long road trip to the New England area. Alexander was an amazing host and always responsive. He was so accommodating about us checking in early and made everything hastle free. It was so clean and everything was in great condition. I would recommend anyone going for a trip to Boston, Salem, or both like we did , to stay here !

Comfy stay and so close to the beach! Stayed for a night with my two kids, we all loved the space, it was clean and cozy and had everything we needed and more. Diana provided clear instructions and checked in with us. There was a lot to do despite it being off-season, restaurants and other beaches in walking distance or a short drive away. Would definitely stay again!

Good place for someone looking for an alternative of hotel in the Cambridge area. 10 mins to T line that brings me to the place I need to be.

It is a large house, enough for 10 people, as it has 5 queen beds in 3 bed rooms. Despite it is an old house, it is well kept. Although some of the doors cannot fully close because the door latch cannot fit into the catch. Eg. Bathroom door, wardrobe door. One area which owner need to watch out is the oven cleaning. It was not cleaned properly before we arrived. There were food burnt stains from previous users. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful which we like.

Mary's apartment was clean and cozy, and full of whimsical knick-knacks. I enjoyed leafing through the cookbooks and stretching/yoga on the living room floor. The home is a 10-minute walk from the an excellent Mediterranean restaurant and the green line, and only 20 minutes to downtown Boston by train. When I had a question, Mary was there to answer. Will be back!

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Catlin and Ryan's place! The place was clean and spacious, and was conveniently located near a train stop which made visiting all the neighborhoods around Boston a breeze. Ryan was also kind enough to drop by and offer recommendations for local grocery, restaurants, and sightseeing. Check in and check out were easy and clearly detailed in the app, as well as physically in the house. Overall, Catlin and Ryan's AirBnb was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our group trip. The next time we come to Boston, we will definitely be looking to come right back here!

It’s in a great location & the place has an antique feel with modern amenities, which is perfect. There’s a target close by and a price rite across the street so very accessible.
