Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

We had a great family vacation in Serge's beautiful house. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood, everything looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean, Serge's instructions were spot on, and his helpful attitude was unmatched by any Airbnb host I've dealt with in the past. Always proactive, reaching out to make sure we didn't need anything else. Any request was immediately responded to and addressed. We hope to return here in the future, it was really great!

This is the third year we were able to rent Ediangela’s house. As always it’s beautiful and clean. The pool is spotless. Plenty of space for big groups and absolutely perfect for families with kids of all ages. There’s so much to do on the property itself. She is so kind and responsive. It’s always been amazing every time we stay. It’s becoming our summer staple to come and stay by the pool for a few days of vacation. 10/10 absolutely worth renting this space. This year we brought two 10 year olds, a 5 year old, and a 2 year old, with 4 adults. They had the best time in the little play houses and pool. The adults had a great time as well. If you’re looking for a low key - big fun spot where you don’t have to run around to entertain, this is perfect! Everything you need or may need is on site or minutes away if you need to shop. Including the actual beach. I sincerely hope we get the chance to make it year 4 next summer!

We have been using short-term rentals as a family since 2011. This is by far the best appointed house we've ever stayed in. Plenty of everything -- basic groceries, towels, dishes, parking, beds and baths. It's a classic New England home with thoughtful updates. Love the vintage touches! Everything was first rate and we were comfortable for our short visit. We will be back!

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Thank you Scott for hosting us! The location was perfect for our son’s therapy intensive, and it was peaceful, calm, and a bonus that it was right near the park. Projector worked well, comfortable desk upstairs for working, strong internet, and a great layout for a family. Our kids really enjoyed the books, and we loved the open layout, as well as the backyard space. We also appreciated the fresh eggs — thank you!

This property was awesome!! We so appreciated the gas grill and heater on the porch. Rob walked us through everything and was super friendly. The house was outstanding. Beautiful views. Plenty of rooms, plenty of beds, plenty of space! We loved using the porch and the swimming pool/hot tub!! We would absolutely return!! Thank you for having us!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

Beautiful home in a great location across the street from the ocean! Walking distance to great restaurants.

Great spot for a large group. A few restaurants and mini markets nearby as well. Great value for the money. There aren’t many places in Boston that have enough beds to accommodate larger groups.

We enjoyed a week here. It isn’t super close to Boston but it is a fantastic place to be able to stretch out after a long day in the city. An Uber or Lyft is always close and getting into town takes about 25 to 30 minutes. We figured out the public transportation on day one and used it everyday to get where we were going. Narissa was quick to answer any questions I had and everything we needed was there.

Mark and Suzanne's home is what we needed on our trip to Peabody. It is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It is in a quiet cul de sac and the backyard is beautiful. Won't mind staying here again next time we are back in Peabody.

Bryan was a fantastic host and his home was great and fit all our needs. The pictures posted are accurate (although I’d say the place looks better in person). For the price, you can’t beat the location and all the room!! I was able to bring my pups which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this home if you have any Boston/Salem trips coming up. It was about 10-20 min into Boston (depending on where you are going) and 30 min to Salem. Both easy drives. House is older and has some normal wear/tear but it was very clean and had a ton of great amenities included! The game room was awesome. We will be back in the future.

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great space. There were 8 of us that stayed. We mainly were out in about during the day going to Boston breweries. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but we hung out there in the evenings. Bill hooked us up with a bag of charcoal for the grill so we could cook up some steaks. The house has a great backyard area. The kitchen and dining room area was big enough to accommodate us. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Great shower heads. Off street parking was great for both our vehicles.

We had a great time at John and Sharon's place: it was exceptionally clean and comfy. And the local area was nice to explore! We will definitely be back.

The home was cozy and comfortable. Regina was responsive despite my low level questions, (granddaughter accidentally unplugged WiFi), lol! Are was very quiet, suburb like for sure. Bathrooms and kitchen were very well stocked and immaculate. If available on the trip this is my go to. Thank you Regina!!!

This was a great house to stay in with a beautiful garden. There was plenty of space for our group and the back deck was so peaceful. We also found the beds very comfortable. If we're ever back in the area, we'll see if Julie's place is available again.

Loved the 'character' of the home. It was built in the 1800's so had that old school charm, wonderful craftsmanship but has the necessary updates as well (bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces). We couldn't get over how cool the neighborhood is...tons of beautiful homes that were built in the late 1800s/early 1900s. In fact, JFKs birthplace (first home) was about 2 blocks away. It is now a national park and free to tour. Great bakeries at the end of the street. We were there to tour Boston/historical sites and I was surprised how close everything was. Nicole was super responsive and wonderful to work with.
