Great bright modern space for both working and relaxation - within easy reach of essentials. Hosts were very communicative and helpful.

The apartment was very tastefully remodeled and furnished. It made good use of a small space. The skylights in nearly every room made the whole place feel bright and airy. It was also immaculately clean. The one thing that guests need to be aware of are the steep stairs leading up to the 3rd floor apartment. As I read in another guest's review, and I concur, the stairs are a bit of a challenge to navigate for people in their 60s, especially with luggage or groceries. Unfortunately, in that area and in my price range, first floor apartments are much harder to find. Just something people need to be aware of. It worked out great for us for a 5-day stay, but I would make a different choice for a longer stay.

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

Very clean and updated apartment with everything we needed in the kitchen and bath. I so appreciate the washer and dryer for our daily use in the apartment. We took the kids on a trip to Boston and felt safe in the apartment even though the area isn’t as desired as being in the city. It is on the 3rd floor which I didn’t know when I booked so be prepared to haul your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The subway is about 3 blocks away (5 minute) walk which was so helpful to get in and out of the city with ease. The little bodega next door was great to have to small necessary items and snacks. The host was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Kevin put together an amazing stay for my colleagues and I. I will say it was one of the best homes I’ve stayed in. Kevin is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at his home.

We came into town for a film festival and were very tired after a long day. This place was excellent! They had an easy check-in policy, and it took moments for us to unload and get much-needed rest. We got in late and left around 10. It was perfect! Thank you!

Our group of 3 women stayed at Johnny's place for a week for the World Figure Skating Championships. The hotels were hard to book and not worth the price they were charging. What a find for us to be able to stay at this property! The neighborhood felt safe, and we appreciated the Whole Foods, CVS, and restaurants right nearby. The walks to TD Garden and the subway station were easy and convenient. One of us slept in the king bedroom, one slept on the bottom bunk of the second bedroom, and one slept on the extra mattress in the lower finished basement level, so we each had our own space. The kitchen was lovely; we appreciated the breakfast options provided! Overall, we were very comfortable; I'd recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a lovely time at Jesse's place. The space so easily accommodated the five of us and the location was just perfect - right on the end of a peaceful street that immediately led into the park. We loved the walkable neighborhood and the easy 20- to 25-minute walks to Jamaica Pond and the Arnold Arboretum - both definitely worth visiting. As for the house, it is beautifully decorated and felt very homey with all the many bookshelves - made me want to sit down and read one book after another. Jesse's home is also perfectly positioned to catch the sunlight throughout the day - I kept noticing how it was streaming through the windows and casting beautiful light in the house. We really appreciated Jesse accommodating a unanticipated last-minute need the night before check-out - his flexibility was a huge help. All in all, an excellent Airbnb experience. We would love to return!

Great place, spacious, super clean, comfy beds, easy check-in. Loved the decor! Very convenient to Northeastern University, ~15 minute walk to Symphony Hall and the Pru. Definitely recommended.

We were so blessed to find this space. Family came from across the country for a celebration of life for a passed on loved one. We needed a space where we could gather to laugh and cry but also have our own comfortable rooms where we could retreat to when we needed time to process. The place was conveniently located, filled with sun, and decorated in such a way that it felt warm and inviting. We're just so appreciative of having found the perfect place to provide us respite from the storm we were enduring.

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

This place was very comfortable and felt exactly like it should (a home away from home). It was in a nice neighborhood and it was close to Boston which had most of the places we wanted to visit without having to be in the city. Would definitely stay here again if available.

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this incredible property while in town for a wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The home is impressively spacious, allowing everyone in our group to spread out and feel comfortable. The abundance of bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, even with a larger group. The design of the home is beautiful and well thought out, with high-quality furnishings and a cozy yet modern vibe. It was the perfect home base for such a special occasion, and we truly appreciated every detail. Great selection of places to eat in the area given the diverse community in Dorchester. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed at Kaitlin’s place for 4 days. She was a friendly and welcoming host who was always responsive and checked in with us. It was easy to find and check in to the Airbnb. The Airbnb is located conveniently near the airport (we were able to walk to the terminal) and the Blue Line of the subway. The description matches the place very well, it was a cozy space and perfect for a couple. Although the bathroom is small and there is no full kitchen, a minifridge, microwave and coffee machine were available and all we needed for our stay. There was a drying rack available to hang our towels. We had a great time!

Reda’s place was fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything felt pristinely clean and updated. The building was very quiet, and although it is located along a busy street, we did not notice any street noise once inside. The location is very convenient to the green line for quick access to the city sites, and there are also convenience shops and food options in the neighborhood. Reda was very responsive and helpful. Great stay overall!!

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arlington! The neighborhood was great with plenty of food nearby and access to Boston was quick. The space itself was charming and well kept. The only caution I would add is it could present difficulties for late sleepers (we aren't) as sounds from anyone staying upstairs are loud. We would definitely stay here again!

We were in and out a lot, but thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Met the host and her pups who were so cute. Felt right at home.

Karina’s space was clean and located in a great neighborhood, close to so many Boston attractions.

Loved this place. Was enough room to fit our team. Lots of bathrooms is a huge plus. The beds were really comfy, had its own parking. Def will book this place if we are in the area again.
