We stayed here for a night and had a lovely stay. The hosts were very accommodating, making the apartment very comfortable and homely. We were also given lots or recommendations of things to do and places to go both in the local area and in Brighton. All round, we loved our stay and would recommend to all.

An excellent find. Beautiful house that exactly matches the description. Shellie was great at communicating and answering any questions. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Easy access to Brighton and surrounding areas giving lots of options for things to do. Wish we’d stayed longer.

We had a fabulous stay at Tim and Suzanne's. The space and location was just perfect for a friend's getaway. Communication was always easy.

We loved our stay at Jane’s place in Brighton. The house was super tidy and located in a brilliant spot so close to the sea. I’d definitely consider staying here again with friends next time I have a weekend away in Brighton!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Emma's property whilst I was taking part in the 2025 Brighton Marathon. The location of Emma's property couldn't be closer to the station and matched everything that was listed in the description. Even being close to the station, where you might expect lots of noise at night time, this wasn't the case. The property is modern, stylish, clean throughout and plenty of amenities to support your stay. Emma was incredibly communicative during our stay, provided clear instructions ahead of our arrival, as well as both a digital and printed version of the stay guide which was super helpful, including great brunch recommendations! Emma was able to answer any questions we had swiftly which was a real help. Overall, a great property and we had a wonderful stay! Can't wait to rebook on our next visit to Brighton!

Beautifully presented property and immaculately clean. Thoughtfully prepared with everything you need and some helpful things in the kitchen. We felt very relaxed here. An easy walk to the lagoon and promenade. The host was helpful and gave a quick response to messages.

It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

An amazing house both location and design. It was wonderful to be on the beach with a large garden as well. The interior of the house was beautifully designed and furnished Great view of the sea from the bedroom So much space and everything you could need. We had a fantastic break. Our puppy and my three year old grandson loved it. Would love to be there when the pool was open.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

The perfect place for a choir group to enjoy a few days singing by the sea When I heard about Warner Wood I knew it would be ideal for a choir trip. We had a wonderful few days there singing, swimming and socialising. The property is huge with plenty of rooms to spread out into and full of character. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for us to enjoy collective cooking and the coffee machine & frother made heavenly coffees. With both a piano and an electric organ it’s perfect for a group of musicians - though non-musicians will find plenty to occupy themselves with too. The place is full of delightful touches including a relaxing sunroom, lots of great games, even a telescope. We all loved the swimming pool which was warm even in March! The location is perfect - just a few minutes from a lovely beach and a short walk into town. Other comments: “I was super impressed, wonderful character!” “loved the relaxing atmosphere in the sun room and the heated pool was perfect"

When I booked I did not realise it was Pride weekend. Great vibe in Brighton, but was relieved to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle. The apartment worked well for us. We love to play tennis and utilised the public tennis court across the road. The busses into Brighton is frequent and 24 hours. A freshly baked vegan banana bread with butter and almond milk was waiting for us on Check in and a lovely red wine. Communicating with Susan was so easy - answered within minutes. Will stay here again.

We had a lovely holiday… a lots of things to do and our kids really enjoyed it. Fiona was very helpful and taken all my worries away. A lovely caravan with all amenities. Would love to come back at some time…

Jason was the perfect host and the house and gardens were beautiful. We were lucky with the April weather and it was warm enough to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous views and even venture into the pool, but only for a quick dip as the water was quite cold this early in the year! We walked into the old town, which was easy to find with clear directions from Jason, but got taxis back as it's quite steep and some of us weren't quite up to it! The whole house is spacious and tastefully furnished with a really well equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms being en suite was a great bonus. We enjoyed the cinema room several evenings and the complimentary bar was a very nice surprise. There was also plenty of parking at the property. We would all love to stay there again and would highly recommend it anyone wanting a break in Hastings.

A lovely house, homely and comfortable, very well-appointed and nicely maintained. Ria and Adam look after this place and do not scrimp on what they provide for their guests, which is very nice to see. The house is spacious and has three separate downstairs living spaces (that can be easily isolated) so you don't feel like you are all on top of each other. Bedrooms are light and airy (especially the large master) and the bedlinen and towels are top hotel quality and fresh too. The outside spaces are clean and clear with a lovely heated pool to the rear. Lots of space for guests to relax. Bathrooms are similarly well-appointed with nice high-end electronic shower controls and very clean and fresh-looking. Location is great and it takes about a minute to walk down the road to the beach access gate. There is a sea view from the master bedroom. All in all we had a great long weekend stay. Ria and Adam were very responsive and helpful.

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

We stayed in this beautiful property for new years 2025. It was very clean and well kitted out, we didn’t need much at all. There were 2 families, 4 adults, 2 under 4s, and 4 kids under 16. Highly recommend it. It’s in a residential area (a close) so noise levels need to be kept down a bit but didn’t ruin our celebrations at all as others were also enjoying the festive period. The house is not overlooked, lovely shrubs around the high fences which makes it feel private. Great size garden, kids spent a short time outside but we weren’t blessed with great weather unfortunately but that didn’t matter. Lots of games inside. I can imagine how lovely the garden would be to use in summer time/when the weather is warmer/sun out. Short walk toThe Plough pub (literally less than 10mins, if that). Close to the beach. No complaints at all. Highly recommend this. Thank you, happy new year x

Emma was a great host from booking to checkout. she was always responsive and very helpful. The house was a great place to stay for a large group with a spacious kitchen/diner/disco dance floor that we all appreciated. Not very far from Brighton and very close to portslade train station. Would recommend!

Nina and Alex were extremely helpful fom start to finish - from flexible check in and great instructions pre-arrival, help with parking and local advice, through suggesting migraine remedies (over and above) and flexible checkout. Helpful, jolly and available throughout :) The house is wonderful - three stories with sunny patio, many pleasant bedrooms and amazing amenities. Table tennis, table football, huge TV and all possible comforts in a beautifully designed family home. It's a five minute walk from the beach, and three minutes walk from a bank of shops, cafes and restaurants that served us well on day one before we started exploring, and of course after that you have all of Brighton and Hove to play with. Strong recommend :)

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the charming town of Shoreham-by-Sea. The town itself was absolutely beautiful, with lovely scenery and plenty to offer. It was also really convenient to travel to Brighton, thanks to the great transport links nearby. The accommodation provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. From start to finish, everything was smooth and well-organized. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay whilst in Brighton, the place was super quirky and very similar to my own decor at home so it felt very homely. Walking distance to the beach and town which was ideal. Bed was SUPER comfy!!

Ben's house was a perfect stay for our recent large party of Hens!. The accommodation was suitable for our group, it was far more spacious then I expected. The downstairs kitchen and diner which leads out to a garden and patio was perfect for our party . Parking wasn't too much of a problem as most guests took the train ( a 5 minute walk) but Ben recommended a nearby street for free parking . The house has alot of lovely character and is in a perfect location for Hove beach and Brighton visits.

Our family of 4 ( plus a small doggy) absolutely loved Imogen’s house. Perfect location ( 5 min walk to beach, 30 second walk to Waitrose and Lidl) with lovely shops and restaurants around. We loved how tastefully the house was decorated and the small sun trap garden for our dog. Can’t wait to come again and big thanks to Imogen for an earlier check in!
