I’d definitely recommend staying here, nice rooms and the added bonus of it being a pub so not far to go after having dinner and drinks.

Awesome location, Melanie is an amazing host! So welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful! The common area is also nice and the rooms are quaint. I didn’t want to knock a star for these few things, but just to inform: 1) the walls are quite thing; if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise (can hear surroundings) 2) was unfortunately quite hot; the fan isn’t super strong and the window doesn’t catch a good breeze so in the summer it’s definitely toasty at night Overall though really appreciate the hospitality 🙏 thank you for everything

We had a great stay at Melanie’s B&B. The house and room was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and water was provided free of charge. The breakfast was buffet style with a great variety of options (including vegan option). All foods were high quality. The beachfront, hiking trails and the city center are in walking distance. Melanie is super friendly and made us feel at home straight away.

We had travel delays, but Melanie was super responsive and wonderfully patient each time I messaged to say we would be a bit later, then a bit later, then a bit later! The breakfast was superb, just what my partner needed after his beach-front run. The guest house was clean, well-appointed and welcoming. The room perfect for our two collies. Fab location, really central and easy to walk anywhere in town. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, nice towels. Melanie was knowledgeable of the area, and could recommend a whole calendar of local events. Would definitely stay again!

Had a lovely stay- spend 3 nights here. It was clean and quiet. Rooms were well maintained and very comfortable.
