The hosts were great at communicating prior to our arrival and let us know the place was ready for early check in if we wanted it . Lovely clean room with everything at hand . Nice added extra’s , tea , coffee , real butter and creamy milk . The location is perfect and really quiet . Great stay thank you .

Ik verbleef een week bij Elizabeth om de omgeving te bekijken en vrienden te bezoeken uit de tijd dat ik au pair was in de regio. Bij Elizabeth was alles netjes en alles was aanwezig om hier een week te kunnen wonen, een huis van thuis. Fijn waren de melk in de koelkast, een voorraadje chocola en ontbijtgranen, koffie etc. en lekkers bij aankomst, heel attent. Wifi en Neflix waren uitstekend. Het enige nadeel was dat je 's avonds niet even een ommetje kon wandelen. Daar leent de omgeving zich niet echt voor, qua donkerte, en de wegen en straten in Lower Beeding.

I had a very comfortable stay in this spotlessly clean accommodation. It was very well appointed and many small details had been carefully thought out. Pete and Sam were friendly and welcoming. The area was quiet and safe and a place I would definitely recommend staying.

Kate’s place is such a cosy bolthole to explore Hastings from. Has a well equipped small kitchen, good WiFi, super comfortable bed. Good heating etc also very nearby to local friends for us. Kate is also a great host & was quick at communicating and checking we were all ok. Would highly recommend !

Stayed for work and it was perfect to come back to and chill after a long day! Nice and quiet and out of the way of busy roads so could get a decent sleep! Would recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was lovely and very easy to locate, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfy, providing us with restful nights after our beach adventures. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach, which was just a short walk away, perfect for sunny days by the water. Additionally, the area was fantastic for our dog, with plenty of lovely spots for walks. Overall, a delightful experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

In all honesty it would be easier to list the things that are wrong with this Air b&b, and that is precisely, nothing. From the scent of the hand soap in the bathroom and the linen on the bed to the welcome hamper and the room decoration, it was all fabulous. Myself and partner had a wonderful couple of nights over new year and can't rate cosy quarters and it's hosts Cliff and Simon, highly enough. Can not wait to find an excuse to stay again. Also wonderful for anyone who may have limited mobility. Whilst being very stylish and well decorated the bathroom also has a nice high toilet, with grab rails in all the right places, along with a fold down shower seat. A wall mounted bin, so no bending and adjustable shower height on two different walls. Easy parking right out the front and a beautiful garden which you are welcome to use as well. You will not be disappointed with cosy quarters or it's hosts. It really is a home from with all the creature comforts you could think of.

The en-suite room "Japangie" has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Angie is very reactive to questions you have. The accommodation is clean and practical. The town centre is a 15 to 20 minute walk. "Japangie" has a wonderful private parking space!

Fabulous place to stay. I was there for two nights - the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding. It was the best place to get ready as it was so peaceful, waking up to the glorious view on my wedding day is a core memory. Chris was really helpful on check in, despite me being late and not warning him. Would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful base in that area.

We stayed at The Butler's Quarters in Elstead as part of the wedding party at the Mill. Absolutely loved it! Apartment was squeaky clean, bed super comfy, pillows & duvet super soft! The bath tub in the room just amazing, you watch TV & have a cuppa whilst soaking in the tub. The location is superb, only 5 min walk to the mill through the field, main reason we decided to book in the village rather than catching a taxi after the party. I'd imagine what a great break it would make staying there in the summer! Thank you Beth for such an amazing winter break!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s house. Communication with Sarah was excellent from the start — even the directions to the property were clear and helpful. After a long drive, we were warmly welcomed with a friendly smile and freshly made brownies, which was such a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The children especially loved spending time in the garden. The breakfast on our final day was wonderful and definitely set us up for the long journey home. We really enjoyed our short stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Lovely property in a beautiful part of Sussex. Spotless, well equipped with everything needed to make a very pleasant stay. Great location for Bateman's and Bodiam Castle and with lovely walks. Great farm shop up the road for breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Sorry to say exactly what everyone else has already said but wow this place is so perfect, my only regret is not being there for long enough to enjoy the local area which looked lovely. My dogs would have loved the garden but it was only me this time for a quick pit stop on the way to Hastings. Thanks Nat.

Fantastic re visit to this beautiful tiny house as I like to call it, fantastic garden that I have an early breakfast and coffee looking at the sunrise and listening to the birds. Beautiful way to start the day. The home has all you need to have a superb stay and is lovely and warm, kitchen has all you need to cook. Lovely setup for watching the tv if need be on a super soft coach. Bathroom is very spacious with a super electric powered shower. Superb stay, Lorna is always so so helpful and always at hand if need be.

Modern house with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On site parking was a bonus. Within easy walking distance of the town centre. A short drive to some stunning countryside. Cathy and Andy are next door if you need them, but gave us our privacy, which was perfect. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Chill Cottage. It was just what we were after. Lovely and cosy with everything we needed. Would recommend.

This is a lovely little place with the most comfortable beds ever! Joanna was welcoming and responsive and we really appreciated the little touches like some fruit and breakfast goodies. Alton is a great location for visiting Jane Austen’s house and Selbourne and we had an amazing meal at the White Hart. Thank you very much

We had a great 2 night stay at Mikes place. The annexe was perfectly placed for visiting family nearby. The space was spotlessly clean, spacious and nicely decorated - the bed was very comfortable too. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need for a self catering stay, and the complimentary breakfast items that awaited us were a really lovely touch!! Mike is a great host, very friendly and there if you need anything. The location was exactly as described, with the property being easy to find and accessible, with ample on street parking. We’d definitely stay again!
