Our Tiny Home sits tucked away in the heart of Hove, in our garden. You’ll sleep on a comfy double bed in the mezzanine, gazing at the stars through a velux. Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

Great restaurants and bars and Five Dots is a must! Independent shops and a Tesco Express close at hand.

Beautiful peaceful surroundings, the birds chorus, baaa-ing sheep and gorgeous clear starry skies await you. And not forgetting the bubbling hot tub!

The Loft Appartment, Cobbs Mill

Nestled in open countryside and close to the historic village of Hurstpierpoint, The Loft is an ideal base to explore the walks and villages of the beautiful South Downs, Brighton, Hickstead, or as a stopover for Gatwick Airport. The space is in an historic watermill complex (Cobbs Mill) sleeping 2 (with an additional single sofa-bed if required). Outdoors there are plenty of gardens, and a purpose built petanque court. Footpaths lead directly from the property to open countryside.

Lakeside Retreat- Camper van/ camping pitch

A private camper van parking space on your own secluded lake at the end of a long track. The camper van in the pictures is not available, this is simply to illustrate. Enjoy staying in the middle of a 70 acre woodland on the edge of a stunning lake with far fetching views. Please note, there are no toilets, running water or electricity supplies provided. Location, Location, Location. This 1 bed holiday flat is entirely yours for your stay. I highly recommend coming by train as once you are here it is so easy to get around on foot, bus, train or taxi. Literally surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and the beach. Brighton is a short bus ride away or a 30 min walk along the promenade or along Church Road passing shops, bars and restaurants all the way.
