I had a wonderful time, the flat is 1min from the beach, so many shops and restaurants around the corner, I love the size of the flat it very comfortable space , bathroom spotless and nice towels , the kitchen were full of utensils for cooking and serving food , so great . Definitely Simon’s place feels like home . I am looking forward to be back to this amazing place. Thanks a million to Simon .☺️

Had a brilliant 3 night stay at Lucio’s apartment. The space was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Everywhere we wanted to visit was in walking distance. The local area was peaceful and the apartment itself very private being at basement level. Lucio provided great recommendations and was friendly, responsive and proactive with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend Lucio’s to a friend and would stay here again if visiting Brighton.

The flat is really nice, just across the road from the beach. It’s well located, only 5 minutes from the town center. The hosts were really helpful and gave us clear instructions about how to access the flat. We had a great time in Worthing and we totally recommend this flat and hosts!

We had a great stay in Sam’s apartment. The location was really good, walkable to the main shopping part in Brighton and added bonus that we could park right outside. Room was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen and dining area was light and great views of the sea. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Brighton for a few days.

We stayed a couple of nights in mid-March, and the place was as described. Although it was early Spring, the weather could be changeable, and the place was perfectly warm enough on the colder days. Thank you for your help provided throughout the stay, it was really appreciated. We look forward to coming back again.

We used the house for a group of 6 walkers as it’s ideally located a 30 second walk from Seaford beach and the start of the Seaford to Eastbourne route via Seven Sisters. Also just a 5 min walk from the town Centre. The house was very clean & tidy and as described. Would definitely use again 👍

It is beautiful, clean warm and cosy. The aga is fantastic and made the kitchen/ sitting room such a comfortable and warm space. We greatly appreciated the little things that made it so homely - chocolates, water in the bedrooms, handcream. Etc. bedrooms were lovely and so comfortable. Perfect! Thank you

Such a beautiful place, our family loved the tree house, the lake and the boats. The wildlife were amazingly tame. Katherine and Alex were great friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

I booked Laura’s house for my family and I to celebrate my birthday. We cooked a lot in the fabulous well equipped kitchen and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were super comfy and the house was immaculate. The hot tub and sauna were a massive hit for everyone and the close proximity to the beach for walks was perfect. It felt like pure luxury. Laura was so very helpful and friendly and full of suggestions and local knowledge. It was a perfect home for a special occasion and I would definately book again. Sitting and watching the swans , cormorants and herons right outside was a big highlight too. 10/10 from us!

Lovely place, very comfortable for 4 adults, had everything we needed. Super clean and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the easy one hour walk to Brighton alongside the beach.

We had a brilliant time at the Oceans beach house. Ian made sure we had everything we needed for a great long weekend. The home is right by the coast which meant we had great views and loads of walks. The property is very spacious with a very well sized garden. The table tennis and pool tables were a great touch. Ian gave excellent instructions ahead of time which meant we never needed any support but it was great to know he was available if needed. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

A really enjoyable short stay here and we wish we could have stayed lonver. The flat is lovely, really well maintained, had everything we needed and so convenient for all the amenities of the Marina, plus only a short bus ride from the centre of Brighton. Thank you Mark and Vicky!

Extremely welcoming host. Everything was spotless and she even allowed us to check out a little later than specified on the listing meaning we could make the most of our final day. Really worth the money we paid.

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location by Hove Lawns . Well kept and maintained. Good quality bed linen and towels. A very peaceful place to stay: A bonus having the lovely outside space which our fur baby enjoyed too . We will definitely be staying here again . Joanne was a wonderful host and was very responsive to all messages . Thank you !!

Kate’s beautiful apartment reminded me of the early days of Airbnb when you often stayed in someone’s real home. A treasure, with beautiful sea views. Kate was extremely helpful and responsive, would definitely stay again if in Brighton.

A lovely little apartment within walking distance of lot’s of a Brighton’s highlights! We felt right at home. Will is a pro-active and friendly host. The door of the building was painted while we were there and he made sure to let us know so we didn’t get any wet paint on our clothes. The free parking space is also great, although the steep entrance might scratch the bottom of your car like it did with us. But overall a great place to stay in Brighton!

Chet was a great host. From check-in to check-out he was there to assist us with anything we needed. The place was in a very accessible location. Bus stop and train station practically outside your door. Place was extremely clean and easy to find as well. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone going to Brighton.

Fantastic stay with our group of 10. The apartment is great, well maintained and very clean. One of the beds is in a room which others on that floor will pass to get to the bathroom, but this was clearly noted in the description. James was very helpful and quick with responses. The apartment is in an outstanding location with brilliant views over the seafront and the pier. Yes it can be noisy at night and in the early morning, but you expect that if you rent a city centre location on the seafront.
