Charming, art-filled home. Comfortable, cozy and clean. I am sure that we will stay again when we're in the neighborhood.

We loved our stay at Mary's cottage! It was perfect for a couple. The place was beautiful, so close to a lot of attractions and restaurants, yet it felt so private. The bedroom with the skylight and the fireplace in the living room were just awesome (plus the hot tub of course)! Checking in and out was easy and Mary was very responsive with lots of good recommendations. We will stay here again!

This cozy cottage was perfect! My wife an I loved everything about it. The hot tub was an added bonus! Beautiful surroundings. An amazing walking trail right nearby. Close to the local bars and restaurants. Morrison is a wonderful place to stay.

Jennifer & Gio's place in LoHi was one of the most (if not the most) pleasant stays I've ever had in an Airbnb. The cottage had a very comfortable cosy feel with a very nice outside space that made it more homely than any other Airbnb I've stayed in before. The hosts were extremely accomodating from the first day of my stay to the last, with very helpful recommendations for the variety of food & lifestyle options in the area as well as tips for getting around and enjoying my stay in Denver. I could not recommend this stay more highly and will be booking without hesitation for any future travels to Denver. Until next time!

It was exactly as decribed. Its the lower level of a suburban home with its own entrance. Very well kept. Quiet. The kitchen had everything including a good selection of spices, several methods of coffee making (Yay!). A great little outside seating area too.

Secret vacation spot, home away from home wouldn't chose anywhere else.

Ryan’s place is my favorite “staycation location.” Living in Denver, I’ve stayed here before, and wanted to host a small New Year’s Eve gathering. Ryan was very responsive and open to me having friends over, with respect for the neighbors (trust me- we were mostly all well over 30 and beyond partying with loud music until dawn.) We had plenty of parking, too! If it hadn’t been so cold, we would probably have been hanging out in the back- there are plenty of chairs, but as many parties go, we ended up hanging out in the kitchen. It fit the 7 of us quite comfortably with how large it is! Speaking of dawn, the view out of the kitchen window for the sunrise is amazing! It peeks up over the orchard and is just gorgeous. You wouldn’t know you were close to a city, the way Ryan’s place is so tucked away. I am definitely going to stay here again- the next time I need a “retreat from the city.”

Location, location, location! If you want a place that is walkable to the CU Boulder campus, Chautauqua, and downtown Pearl Street, this is the location for you! If you are a hiker/walker, being able to walk to Chautauqua without having to worry about parking is a huge benefit. If you have a bicycle, the entire town is easily accessible via the bike trails. Our family of four (two adults, two teens) stayed here comfortably for two months with minor modifications (added twin airbed in one bedroom). The house is very conveniently located and exactly as described. It is an old house, but it is very well kept and has some very charming qualities. The neighborhood is beautiful and the most immediate neighbors were friendly. Nanci was responsive to minor issues that arose and an easy to work with host.

Right on the Boulder Canyon Trailhead, 10min to Boulder and right on Boulder Creek. Great deal and very unique space.

Beautiful place! I love the sunrise view out the bedroom window and listening to the creek flow. The cabin was perfect for our family of three and two large dogs. The cabin and experience was everything the listing said it would be.

The home was great. It felt private and secluded. I really enjoyed the neighborhood as well as the closeness to Denver. I only stayed one night but I could see this as a great base camp for a longer Denver area stay. Central to many cute neighborhoods and eateries/cafes. I’d stay again for sure!

A charming, cozy cottage within walking distance of Pearl Street features shops, bars, and restaurants for everyone. The place showcases the historic charm of old wooden cottages, which we appreciate for their architectural beauty.

Very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfy bed, plenty of nice linens and towels. Beautiful, unique setting but convenient to boulder, Niwot, Longmont. Greg was very responsive. Internet was not connecting when we got there He rebooted right away and had it upgraded within a few days. It’s not fast but it worked for us and we will definitely stay again!!!

Perfect charming cottage to relax and enjoy the evening sunsets. Gloria and her husband were so welcoming and kind, including their animals. The cottage had all that i needed. Thank you so much for your hospitality and peaceful property.
