We were greeted with a nice welcome package, with coffee, cookies, milk and cereal! The historic charm of this place was unforgettable, it was very clean and comfortable.

I highly recommend Lyndall’s home for your stay. We came from the US for my son’s wedding. The location was excellent just a few steps off Lygon to restaurants and tram stop in one direction and around corner to park and fabulous coffee shop with both savory and sweet bakery options that we visited daily during our stay. The main House has everything that you need, kitchen with large table for dining and all amenities for cooking. All beds very comfortable and baths and showers wonderful. Washer dryer was so nice! We rented the main house as well as guest suite in back which was perfect for us as we were 3 adults and 2 children. The guest suite was very comfortable with queen bed private bath. And was a wonderful place to retreat in the evening . The back yard space has a large table which we used everyday! Lyndall was an exceptional host from my first communication. We arrived to breakfast food in fridge, toys and books for our kiddo’s. She made us feel welcome, love to come back!

Lovely house in lovely area. Easily walkable to restaurants/cafes/ships etc. Bedrooms comfortable, had a really heavy quilt. Maybe not necessary for everyone. plenty room to move. Nice outdoor area even though it’s a tad small. Although a new carpet was just laid upstairs, the whole place needs a lick of paint. And cleaning needs to be better. Dust and cobwebs in high places and behind doors. Very noticeable. Toilets could do with and upgrade. The large bathroom upstairs could be doing with a new toilet bowl! It was caked in dirt. Bought rubber gloves and scourers to try clean it but it was caked on. Would have needed a hammer & chisel to get it off. Not pleasant. Kitchen area was ok, bit dusty above head level. Ice machine was on and we would not have used it, it was really dirty inside and needed a good clean. Water filter needed replacing in water container it was disgusting also. Could be a spectacular house instead of mediocre. Attention to detail & more cleaning needed.

Bright and cozy, with a fantastic location. Functional amenities and cool rooftop garden - this was a great place to stay in Melbourne. The kids enjoyed the local park and we enjoyed the local wine bar.

This is a great place to stay for a family; plenty of living space downstairs and two living areas which is perfect for the kids. Spacious and nicely maintained we felt right at home. Short walk to Carlisle Street which is bustling with restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Easy to jump onto the tram and walk around. There’s also a kids playground at the end of the street for the kids so all round a great spot!

location, location, location. Perfect spot, close to tram, beautiful restaurants, hotels and Albert Park. Really comfortable and super clean space.

This was a lovely place to stay, great location near lots of great cafes, restaurants etc and walkable /easy to catch trams to get to the city and events etc. Entry and kitchen and bathroom are downstairs, with lounge and bedrooms upstairs, which was fine for us but may be trickier for some. Lovely classic Melbourne atmosphere in the apartment with comfy lounge room with record player and view onto the street, and courtyard at the back. Alan was very helpful and responsive and accommodating of early bag drop / leaving bags after check out. Great place to stay!

Wade’s place was perfect for our short stay in Fitzroy! The location is everything and the apartment has everything you could need. Thank you Wade for being accomodating to our last minute booking!

A great place to stay in vibrant Smith St Collingwood. So many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The classic terrace has been fitted out in a lovely style and the living space upstairs is a fabulous and spacious room. Kizzi & Michael were very friendly and responsive, helping out quickly to fix a small problem. Unexpected bonus was the courtyard with the basketball hoop.

We had a great stay, the house is in a nice location with a great walk along the river nearby and a perfect park for little kids. Nella was a great host, easy to communicate with and made our stay perfect!

It's the perfect Airbnb for us, and I highly recommend it to others. It was our second stay and we'll definitely be back again. It's nice and central, has literally everything you need and feels so homely. It's also very clean and Gary is quick with communication.

Absolutely loved this house, one of the best air BnBs I’ve stayed in. Cool place, easy to find down a quiet street but close to shops, bars and restaurants. Luana responded promptly with any questions we had which was very helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here!! I would highly recommend staying, we felt so comfortable here as the house is amazing and the neighborhood is so calm and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable with was a huge plus, the kitchen was full equipped with everything you would ever need, and the living room was so comfortable for movie watching. An added bonus was the beautiful office space which was perfect for us since we both work remotely. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and I would definitely come back!!

The place was fantastic for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and having a balcony was nice too. The garage is a little awkward to get in and out of depending on your car, but otherwise the place is absolutely perfect.

Mei was very friendly and was in contact right from the time we reserved the Townhouse She had a very helpful booklet with information on transport where to eat WIFI password . She provide step by step instructions on where to park to get into the Townhouse which was very helpful as we arrived after 10 pm at night I would recommend Mei and her Townhouse. It suited our needs very well.

We highly recommended Joanne and Tony's place, such lovely small unit but combined with everything we need. It was so nice Joanne took her time to meet with us, that was very warm and personal welcome to start off our journey! Their home has a great location, nearby all the parks around that is very convenient. It was great for us to run in the morning, and go to watch the sunset in the evening time. The house was not big, but very well planned and thoughtful. We had a great family time there, thanks again.

Great little place with a big personality and plenty of room for 5 to fit comfortably. Close to fantastic cafes & restaurants, trams and (most importantly) Albert Park. Exactly what we were looking for!
