Comfortable well-equipped modern house a short drive from the coast, Bridlington, Flamborough, Filey etc. We also walked from the coast path back to the house across the fields. House is mainly comfortable although small double is, as described, a small double bed - so this room is not really sufficient for a good night’s sleep for a couple. Kitchen is well-equipped and there is plenty of parking (3 cars possible).

Decent Stay, nice views and comfy beds. Well Equipped kitchen, would stay again if its available next year.

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

Highly recommend this spot close to Peak District. Donna is amazing and made whole process super easy. The place is so well done up and felt right at home. It’s a beautiful 2 bed with outdoor seating area. Highly recommend this place 👍🏽

Definitely my favourite Airbnb booking in 7 years!! The cabin it’s very well equipped, I’d say they thought about everything. Everything is super clean, good smell in every room. They have 4 smart tv’s, one in each room/lounge. Bed sheets were good quality and smelling really good. Good wi-fi as well. The cabin it’s reserved out of anyone’s way, it’s super quiet (you’ll be the last one in a cul-de-sac), you’ll only hear the animals and river which can be seen of 2 different bedroom windows , so from privacy perspective spot on, ideal for a couple or a family escape. I will definitely go again, I usually don’t even leave reviews , but after 2 nights I fully recharged my batteries. Hot tub was again spotless and the right temperature, both of us really enjoyed that too. The only suggestion I’d have which is probably not a must, more like a personal preference, would be building 3 walls to break the wind and probably cover the canopy/roof over hot tub. We booked Villa 2 for a family get together for a 70th birthday celebration. (8 including a child) The location is central and a couple of minutes walk to harbour. Check in was easy, the host Rachel communicated well and was informative. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Bathrooms were clean, towels, shampoo and shower gel were provided. All bedrooms had a wall mounted tv and storage. Parking permits were provided for the duration of our stay and after request we had a later check out time. (Which after a day of sea air and clocks changing thrown in there were some tired people)

Ben was an excellent host and I would really recommend his place for the location, if you are holidaying in Ripon it is very central. The house was clean and homely. Parking is on street and we managed to get a spot on the road every night the week we stayed but generally it had filled up by approximately 17:00, there is alternative parking in a carpark around the corner though. There is a nice running route through fields along the river out of Ripon and back in from the north. Thanks for the lovely stay.

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.
