This was such a lovely space! The bnb is right off a main road but the courtyard kept it very quiet inside and made it feel safe to let the kids roam. The pool was a delight and we loved jumping in during the hottest parts of the day. Overall we feel incredibly lucky to have landed in this space and would definitely recommend it!

Great place, friendly host! Only issue is that if you are looking to work remotely, the Wifi is not good and cuts out. Otherwise great facilities and friendly staff!

Comfortable room! Feels like a treehouse. On Saturday night there was a big party nearby. If you’re up late this wouldn’t be a negative, but be prepared for loud until late as it is a party town. Also some nighttime dogs and roosters nearby, but this seems like it would be true for every part of town.

I really enjoyed my time at Yahua’s place. My family and me had a very good and quiet time. The building had a very good atmosphere, condition. Security and privacy were a great part of the experience. Furthermore, the team members were very helpful about any doubt and information.

Excellent spot near the beach and restaurants. Would love to stay here again next time in Puerto.

very sweet and comfortable accommodation in Punta Zicatela. Close to the the surfs spots and in the center of the surf community. The accommodation has everything that you need: own bathroom, own kitchen, air conditioning, double bed, table and a fridge :)

We had an amazing extended vacation in Puerto! The condo offered stunning ocean views, and the small plunge pool was perfect for cooling off on hot days. The Wi-Fi was excellent—I was able to work remotely the entire time without any issues on Teams or Zoom calls. However, I’d recommend using your own VPN since the network’s Wi-Fi security seemed a bit weak. My husband and I loved the open-living concept, which made the space feel airy and inviting. The only downside was the nighttime noise from clubs in Zicatela and some neighbors, but that’s expected in a lively party area. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’d definitely return!

We are so happy that we stayed at Raols place! Quite neighbourhood, close to beach and restaurant. Nice pool with food temperature. We didn’t meet Raol in person but he was available on the phone. His friend Claudio took very good care of us!

El lugar fue maravilloso, de acuerdo a las imágenes y las anfitrionas siempre estuvieron atentas en todo momento. La cocina, la sala de estar, la habitación y la alberca privada fueron lo máximo así como el internet y todo lo que había en el lugar.

Highly recommended. The host is an amazing person and helps a lot with recommendations and tips. Definitely would stay with him again.

We loved the view from apt 1, looking down the street to the ocean. The pool was refreshing and appreciated! Everything at the hotel was clean and the room is well set up. Jose was incredibly helpful and the regular room cleanings from Lupita were great. Very walkable to many tasty food options and it’s located on main roads to easily venture out further. There is traffic noise as others have said, but we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, stunning property, you don’t won’t to leave when you get there. Has everything you need. Getting there however is not easy. Roads around are in terrible condition. There is no address available. Name of property is different from listed one and no map available. Host gave me property name and was responsive however did not provide me with requested map or street name. It took me a while to find it. I got very nervous about damaging the car driving around. Property itself has private tennis courts, nice swimming pool, ping pong table, basketball field. Beautiful apartment, very spacious. Beautiful art on walls. Small tv but has Netflix, Prime etc. No A/C in rooms just fans, but there is A/c in the living room. Last night I found a cockroach in the bathroom but I guess it’s normal in tropics. Also had to carry defense stick :) against hoards of barking at me dogs when walking to near Main Street in the evenings :) 5 min walk to beach and center. I would stay again.

this is a really great place to stay in Puerto Escondido. i had stayed at another place with some friends for a few days before and really wish I came to this place first! the washroom is very clean and shower is super nice, and its amazing you can have breakfast and coffee only by walking 10 steps! Great food and drinks!

Excelente ubicacion! La verdad este airbnb es buenisimo! Tiene todo lo necesario y la cama es super comoda para descansar despues de un dia largo de conocer las playas de Oaxaca!

El departamento muy bonito, limpio cuenta con todos los servicios, la vista increíble, muy amable el anfitrión, son condominios ubicados con una excelente vista, la subida al cerro pavimentada bien, solo un pequeño problema con las coladeras de los baños pero nada que afectará la estancia, volvería a regresar sin problema.

Excelente lugar! No me puedo quejar. Todo lo que se anuncia es tal cual. Felicidades y ampliamente recomendado.

Gorgeous views. Eli was a delight. Helpful, friendly, quick to respond. Ivan, the bartender in the afternoons, was skillful and a lovely presence. Every evening, between 6-7 pm, we enjoyed a well made cocktail, swam in the pool and watched one perfect sunset after another. The room was simple and beautiful. Comfortable bed. Nice views. The hot tub is really a cool tub. We found it a perfect way to cool our bodies off after climbing the hill from town. The hill was, sometimes, at the end of a long day, daunting. But, it never stopped us from going to and from Punta multiple times a day.
