BOOK THIS PLACE! It’s 2 blocks from the beach. 3 flights up. An awesome amount of space in the living room. Great closet space to hang / store clothes. Perfect little deck for working outside and getting good fresh air. I work remotely and rely on fantastic internet for my Zoom calls. It was as described - over 150 mbps which is great for Puerto. The connection on my Zoom calls was perfect. Give yourself 5 minutes to give the internet a few minutes to connect to your systems. And then you’re good. Bed was comfy. Place was clean and so convenient to the main street of Punta. Highly recommend!

Great spot within a very short walk to Carrizalillo beach and multiple cafes and restaurants. Would stay again!

fantastic place. exceeded our expectations. the common area is an oasis, the location is perfect. quiet, peaceful, easy walk to great restaurants and many beaches. the apartment is spacious on two levels. the bed and bedding is very comfortable. there is hot water and great water pressure. their is a water cooler which is wonderful. you can see the ocean and lovely sunsets from the living room or go up to the roof for an even better view. always a nice breeze. there are two patios off the bedroom with sceens for a beautiful cross breeze. AC works well. people are very nice and respond immediately to any concerns. felt very safe in the unit and walking at night. cafe nopal around the corner is owned by the same people and it's awesome! don't miss it. Nene is a good upscale restaurant 2 minutes away but there are lots of options. try the food court at the end of the street. choice of Thai, German, bbq, ramen, and great bar. love this place. hope to be back soon. 10/10!!

El condominio es una joya, es justo para ese tipo de personas que quieren estar alejadas del ruido y de los lugares concurridos. Es un lugar que puedes caminar por la noche, y es muy seguro, esta a unos 200 mts de la playa La Barra que es una joya de playa. me encantó y volvería nuevamente.

The apartment is wonderful! It’s super clean and cute, and has all you may need for a stay in a city near the beach and ocean, including an air conditioner and mini fridge The location is also great, cause you are close to the city centre and market where you can find lots of food spots and restaurants, grocery shops and local stores, and it takes about 20-25 minute walk to the Carrizalillo and Principal beaches, which was perfect to explore everything around!! And I want to give a separate huge credit to Marlen, who made this stay the best experience❤️ She is so kind and attentive! When we asked for a knife to cut some fruit she brought it into few minutes, was always happy to help, and when we unfortunately got sick, she bought us medicine and coconuts to get better🥹 She is a super nice person!!! So we’d definitely recommend her place and would be glad to be back here in the future!

es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en casa sukun, en distintas habitaciones pero todo muy bien y cómodo. viajamos con niñas pequeñas y para ellas es muy cómodo el alojamiento y disfrutan mucho la alberca...

Me encantó mi estancia en este lugar. El fácil acceso y la ubicación fueron ideales, ya que está cerca de la playa y del mercado de Zicatela, lo que hizo que todo fuera muy práctico. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, bien cuidadas y tienen todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y relajante. Definitivamente, es una excelente opción si buscas un lugar bien ubicado y con un ambiente agradable

Appartement spacieux, propre et agréable. Cuisine bien équipée. Possibilité d’aérer l’espace avec les balcons des deux côtés de l’appartement. Hôte réactive et elle nous a donné des conseils pour les activités autour.

Amazing place, close to the beach 5 minutes walking to Zicatela. Services as promised. Paul always replied very quickly whenever we need something.

El departamento es muy bonito, el espacio es cómodo y el internet es bueno (starlink), todo los muebles son prácticamente nuevos y están bien cuidados y Patty y Juan Pablo son muy atentos; solo hay que tener en cuenta que la playa está a 20min caminando, de cualquier manera ellos te ofrecen la renta de coche o moto

Eines der schönsten airbnbs das ich je hatte! Alles sauber, einzigartiger Ausblick und sehr gute Kommunikation auch über Fragen über das wesentliche hinaus gehen. Am Ende wurden wir sogar noch zum Busbahnhof vom Gastgeber gefahren. 10 out of 10

This room was great with all the amenities we needed like private bathroom and kitchen. The A/C was the most appreciated part as we came to Puerto Escondido during the hottest season. Enjoyed the beautiful “forest” feel with all the gardens and trees, which allowed some privacy whilst still feeling like an open space. Location is walking distance (5-10mins) to many necessities like supermarket, laundromat, a swimmable beach, and some restaurants. Which was great but we ended up getting a scooter so we can explore the rest of town and be able to go to surf breaks. It’s quiet with not much atmosphere in this location but we enjoyed the peace. Thank you Steven, Olivia and Hydeth (the cleaning lady) for a lovely stay!

Loved staying in this space! The Lilia and Ines were responsive and helpful, providing clear (simple) check in and check out instructions. The space looked just like the pictures, and was clean and comfortable. The location was so ideal (steps from the beach and from shops and restaurants). Totally recommend!

El departamento me encantó. Está muy bien ubicado, céntrico y rodeado de diversos comercios, ideal para moverse con facilidad. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, además de estar limpio y bien cuidado. El anfitrión fue muy atento, siempre pendiente y además nos ofreció unas cortesías que fueron un gran detalle. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

The top floor unit is very nice. The outdoor space is very large and private and it’s really nice to have AC for sleeping and to muffle some of the noise from the neighborhood. However it seems to quiet down completely by 11:00. I enjoyed using the pool and the water was very clean and refreshing. The location is great in that it’s close to the beach and all the restaurants but far enough away to be a little quieter. There is construction going on all over the town but it didn’t bother me and I’m sensitive to noise. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful.

Es la primera vez que nos alojamos en este lugar, la verdad todo muy bonito ordenado y limpio, el personal en especial esme y gustavo al pendiente todo el tiempo, muy agradable y tranquilo, volveria a alojarme

It was a beautiful house we the beautiful view but you need a car because the neighborhood isn’t that walkable.

We were a group of 5 and had an amazing stay at Sammy’s. Easy for everyone to disperse and do their own thing. Close to beaches and shops, the rest is a couple of minutes away in a scooter or taxi. The views are incredible and we were able to chill and read by the pool during the day. We had been doing a big tour through Mexico and the last days we decided to rest by the beach, and this place was perfect for it. Equipped with everything you might need. Super responsive host. We hope to be back someday.

We had a great stay ! We were met by Christian who manages the home. He was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. He was very quick to reply to us and even brought us fresh water near the end of our stay even without us asking. The home is surrounded by beauty !!! I would say that this is a place for relaxing and enjoying the great views and sun. If you work remotely, I would recommend making sure you bring your own data plan because the internet wasn't super strong. I don't think this was a problem was specific to the apartment, rather the internet in Puerto Escondido is not great.
