Brisas de Zicatela : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

El departamento cuenta con lo necesario. Tiene muy ubicación está cerca de las playas. Solo tiene 2 estacionamiento que se comparten con los demás departamentos pero se puede dejar el auto en la calle. La zona es tranquila. El departamento al ser de planta baja está fresco. Cuenta con ventiladores de techo en todo el departamento también cuenta con aire acondicionado en las dos recámaras. Minerva muy amable. Indicaciones claras. Volvería sin dudar. 100% Recomendable.

Gran opción que tiene todo cerca, cuenta con todas las comodidades y la vista desde el roof es espectacular. Por el precio, creo que las amenidades de/en la alberca podrían ser mejores y suficientes, ejemplo: Las sombrillas no son suficientes si habemos más de 4 personas, dejándonos a los demás al sol.

Comfortable room! Feels like a treehouse. On Saturday night there was a big party nearby. If you’re up late this wouldn’t be a negative, but be prepared for loud until late as it is a party town. Also some nighttime dogs and roosters nearby, but this seems like it would be true for every part of town.

You just have to rent this Airbnb for the view alone, oh and the pool was awesome too. The apartment was very roomy, it had a good kitchen, and a big balcony. The only negatives are that it’s not especially walkable, so having a car is a good idea. Due to the awesome location below town overlooking the ocean, it was really hard to get a taxi or ride share. One helpful tip: there is a good local restaurant close to the Airbnb that you can walk to, they had the biggest and best margaritas and cheap. My wife and I would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

Martinas place exceeded all expectations. The place itself is beautiful, private, spacious, impeccably clean, and well designed to stay cool in the heat without needing A/C. The bed and shower were luxurious. It is in a quiet residential area steps away from Playa Manzanilla, and a manageable walk to Centro. Martina is wonderful to communicate with and is very accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was wonderful. I loved drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise. The pool was great, and it wasn’t busy.

I rented the penthouse which was perfect. The space was very spacious with a big peaceful balcony. The room and bed were very cozy and the AC was wonderful. In a nice and quiet location and basically right on top the best beach in puerto:)

Muy bonito el hospedaje, Vicky muy atenta y la estadía en general fue super agradable y tranquilo sobre todo, se disfruta mucho de los espacios comunes y además esta cerca de la playa. 100% Recomendable!!

My wife and I stayed at Casa Paz for one week and had an absolutely amazing stay! The house and property are beautiful and well maintained just as described in the pictures. The Ocean view is awesome!! The value you are getting for your money is simply unbeatable! Katrin was very responsive to our questions and needs. She’s a super host!! Gabi the housekeeper is a wonderful sweet lady that helped us out with so many different things! We will definitely book the Casa again when we return to Puerto Escondido.

Our stay here was very relaxing. A bit away from things so we definitely needed a car. Plenty to see and do within a short distance. Hard to leave the pool some days to go explore. Beach out front nice to walk. The area appears to be growing with new construction everywhere. Hopefully this does not change the vibe too much. Caretaker very attentive and brought us fresh coconut water from the trees in the garden. Would definitely recommend.

Casa Sol y Luna was the perfect place for 3 weeks of remote work to escape the PNW winter. The house had everything we needed and was minutes from the beach, great restaurants and boutique shops. There was a super cute local convenience store just two doors down! The property also has a bungalow and the family's personal space (including a sweet shop with local art/clothing), all areas were very private and separated. Roxel and her family were awesome! Full of great recommendations, support with anything we needed and gave excellent surf lessons! And just all around lovely people!

Location: One of the best locations in all Puerto Escondido. 5 minute walk to playa Manzanillo (100 easy stairs), 5 minute walk to down the streets to Playa Principle, 5 more minutes to Playa Zicatela with restaurants and shops, 20 minute walk to the Carrizalillo district and and Playa (another 100 stairs). Property: Spectacular with true Mexican flavour. Beautiful landscaping with birds singing all day, the pool area has an amazing view of Manzanillo Bay harbour, with a panoramic oceans view where we watched daily whale sightings. Plus a stunning sunset view every evening. There is lots of room to relax in loungers and read a book while protected by the shade of the palapa. Only pausing when a whale surface near by. Asha, Rocio and the Staff: the property is aging but it is extremely well maintained and clean. The pool is pristine, the cleaning staff work tirelessly to make it spotless. Communications with Asha and Rocio were perfect and prompt. Excellent value, we will be back!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house! The location is absolutely unbeatable! The house is placed between two streets that lead to the beach. One is slightly more residential with minimal traffic which was perfect for a direct walk to or from the beach with our small children and the other is lively and lined with cafes and restaurants as well as easily to grab cabs to access further locations. Best of both worlds! The house itself is even more beautiful than the photos. The openness of the large living area containing the kitchen, dining room, additional seating, and pool created such a special place for our families to gather! The rooms felt like a cool private retreat and the beds were so comfortable. Communication and accommodation from the hosts was fantastic! They were easy to reach, very kind, and quick to help with anything! I would be so grateful to stay here again!

We had a great time in Nicole’s Airbnb! It was very clean and incredibly spacious with a well-stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms, a beautiful balcony, and private plunge pool. The location is very close to the airport, Centro, and Playa Carazalillo, but a little bit further away from Zicatela and La Punta, so we rented scooters for more easy access (which was easily set up by the front desk). Nicole was great to communicate with and even let us check in a bit early. We would highly recommend!

Lucia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. She always has advice or tips. From the upper apartment you have a view of the sea and you can hear the sound of it. What is very helpful is that in addition to the towels for the bathroom, there are extra towels for the beach and also beach towels for each person. We thought that was great. The guest house is at the end of a street and it is quiet. Nevertheless, it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach. A very, very nice Airbnb, well worth the money.

We were a group of 5 and had an amazing stay at Sammy’s. Easy for everyone to disperse and do their own thing. Close to beaches and shops, the rest is a couple of minutes away in a scooter or taxi. The views are incredible and we were able to chill and read by the pool during the day. We had been doing a big tour through Mexico and the last days we decided to rest by the beach, and this place was perfect for it. Equipped with everything you might need. Super responsive host. We hope to be back someday.

Such a lovely place! We found the room to be very comfortable and clean, the view from the balcony was incredible. We loved being able to take a dip in the pool because the beach nearby is not swimmable. Eva was so friendly and helpful, she responded quickly to messages and offered to help us arrange tours and taxis. The location is sort of right in the middle of Zicatela, you can walk to bars and restaurants in either direction quite easily. It was very nice to have a kitchen to make breakfast and coffee and we didn’t find the noise from the nearby bars to be disruptive, it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. We will miss the spectacular sunsets right outside our bedroom window!

This stay was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We usually move around quite a lot when we go away but we stayed put at Dany and Gaby’s. This place is perfect for either a short or long stay- it’s super close to the restaurants and shops in Rinconada and a 5 minute walk to the Carazillo beach. It’s lovely to have a space in the day you can come and get out of the heat if you want and the apartment is lovely and relaxing. Dany and Gaby are super welcoming and kind hosts and we loved this stay. We would recommend this to anybody coming to Puerto. We had wonderful trip.

The apartment was as described. It was spacious and quite luminous. Very well stocked kitchen - we had everything we needed. The pool was great and the community very friendly. We loved the very short walk to the pretty Carizalillo beach and to Rinconada strip with shops and restaurants. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed the cleaning service which was provided twice a week. A few frustrations: the internet connection in the apartment was very poor. It was pretty good near the palapa in the pool area, but I needed to find and go to a co-working space for the privacy for zoom calls. Another: there are no mirrors in either of the bathrooms, which wasn’t practical. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great stay at this penthouse. Being on the top floor we had great views and continuous nice breezes. The outside deck area was a great place to hang out and enjoy the little private dipping pool. We were also close enough to the action closer to the beach area without having to deal with the noise and traffic of that area. I'd definitely stay there again.
