Definitely coming back here, Walking distance to everything you need. Restaurant downstairs serves a breakfast buffet fir $20 we had breakfast every morning there befire heading out to explore more. Thank you once again Brett for making our stay worthwhile and welcoming.

I had an amazing stay at Kim’s! Has everything you need and more, I felt very welcome and comfortable. The bed was super comfy and choice of pillow style and extra towels was a nice luxury. I would definitely recommend staying here, close to great cafes and shops too, I would certainly stay again when visiting Brisbane! Beautiful space, very relaxing and peaceful ☺️

The flat was very clean and Juanita was constantly in contact to make sure everything was fine. The flat is close to the city and beside a lovely parklands. Will certainly book the flat again when we are in the area. Excellent host.

Great unit, it felt homely, kitchen with everything required, washing machine and huge TV. Veryclean and 10 min walk to Hamilton Wharf. Comfy queen bed. Garage for car.

A friend and I stayed at Ish’s for a few nights and we couldn’t be happier. Great location - easy walk public transport and shops. Beautiful area to walk to parks or along the waterfront. Sandgate is a really relaxed town that has great options for groceries / eating out. The apartment was so comfortable and felt welcoming. We were able to cook our own meals in the kitchen and there is an AMAZING bath tub. I highly recommend this property and the hosts, Ish and Andrew.

Lara was super flexible and responsive. Went above and beyond to make it a good trip. Place is really nice. Good kitchen and appliances. Clearly a lot of thought put into design and what one would need in an apartment. Good view. Very walkable and close to the best of the neighborhood. I was here work work, and WiFi worked well for video calling.

Beautiful modern building in a great walkable neighborhood. The flat was very clean, organized, and perfect for my group. Rose was easy to talk to and had no issues.

I’ve stayed in a few airbnbs and this was such a stand out - we booked James & LuLus place as we needed to be closer to work during the cyclone and we had no power or reception - they were so accomodating and helpful, their place is beautiful and my family loved it - it was quiet but so close to everything ! They were always quick to respond with any query we had and overall this was just a fantastic stay and I would recommend it 100% to anyone!

Unfortunately my stay was impacted by Cyclone Alfred. However in the limited dealings I had with TJ they were very friendly, accommodating, responsive and kind. I hope to one day come back and actually be able to check in and enjoy their cosy cottage. Many thanks TJ.

Communication from Will was outstanding, he provided clear & detailed instructions with photos that made arriving from overseas a breeze. On arrival the Aircon was on making for a pleasant entry following a hot day. The unit was immaculately clean, spacious & well equipped with a variety of hot & cold drinks. The bathroom had family sized washing products which was a thoughtful touch. A very comfortable king size bed, easy to use washing machine & dryer plus a balcony that provided an outdoor option to relax made for a top-notch stay. Numerous restaurants, bars & attractions were just a short walk away so very convenient & perfect for exploring the area. We loved our stay here.

Nicole’s apartment is fantastic and exactly as described. This is Nicole’s place and you can tell. The apartment is extremely well set up with everything you need. The apartment complex has a pool, gym etc. I stayed whilst attending a conference. Everything is very close and walkable. Nicole is an amazing host, very proactive and friendly who wants you to have a good stay and feel at home.

Excellent small flat on 5th floor of an apartment complex. Kitchen well stocked with tools and appliances. Bed comfortable, bathroom immaculate. Adrienne was very responsive, always replying within a few minutes.

Michael was excellent at responding to messages and making sure I was OK. I was very comfortable in the apartment and really liked being able to walk to the city beach. The area around the building has a few homeless people staying there (because it really is in the center of all the CBD area), but they generally don’t bother you. The building itself is about 20 years old and looks the age, with wall fittings at the reception permanent under repair, but the room itself, and the pool, spa, sauna area on the 7th floor are completely fine.

Lovely place, as described with great views of the story bridge and Brisbane river. Host was very helpful.
