Other than the lifts taking forever (one wasn’t working) the place was lovely. Good location, nice apartment- would stay again.

This was our second stay in Ascot, great location, accommodation exactly as described, Michael was very helpful and prompt replying to any queries- would definitely stay again.

Olivia provided clear and regular communication prior to, during, and post our stay. Everything was exactly how it had been described. It was a lovely experience and would recommend the accommodation to anyone looking for a spacious apartment with fabulous views and perfectly placed to satisfy all of your culinary desires with countless restaurants within walking distance.

Great location in a brand new building

Great apartment in a lovely complex that feels like a resort, complete with very comfortable king size bed , laundry and full Kitchen facilities and a fabulous on site wet edge swimming pool. So close to Port side cafes, bars and restaurants and ferry terminal that takes you into Brisbane city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hamilton in this apartment and would highly recommend this stay.

Lovely place, as well as modern. The ‘studio’ was lsmaller than expected - suited for 1 person. Soon was easy to communicate with and a lovely host

I highly recommend Nicole’s place and Nicole as a host is superb. Her communication is great, very responsive and friendly. She has prepared detailed instructions in a folder for anything you’d need. She’s very thorough and detailed oriented with clarity and warmth. There’s everything to enjoy in a charming walkable neighborhood. Nicole and her place were a delight!! ❤️💯😊

Fantastic location and exactly what we needed!

We stayed at Jason’s place with our family over the Christmas period. The house was perfect - very spacious, clean, well located and with a good selection of amenities. The kids loved the pool, which was a great size and nicely heated. Jason was extremely responsive throughout the process and couldn’t do enough for us. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend. Thanks Jason!

Melinda and Mark were excellent at communication No question was left unanswered. Very approachable and obliging host can hundred percent recommend them. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home and having the pool. There was an added bonus for me with having lots of children. They had a ball and I could just sit there and watch didn’t even have to pack up the stuff to go to the pool. Everything was right there at my fingertips .

We very much enjoyed our stay at Tye place. The house is in a lovely location. You can easily walk to the local shops and coffee. The house is new and clean. Tye was very proactive with instructions and responding to our questions. We would go back.

Was a great stay for work trip

I loved the property, it was perfect for my 30th Birthday, to celebrate with my friends and family. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful, which is hard to find in Brisbane. I highly recommend this property for any occasion, whether it'd be for birthdays, a staycation or just somewhere to clear your head! Perfect spot for anyone!

Sanjaya and his wife were very kind. On the first night, my flight arrived late, but Sanjaya came to the airport to pick me up. The place I stayed was exactly as shown in the photos, and the interior was very clean. I stayed for two weeks and felt completely at home. The transportation was very convenient, with a bus stop just a five-minute walk away, making it easy to reach the market and the city center. Until the very last day, they prepared breakfast for me and even gave me a ride to where I needed to go. I sincerely hope that Sanjaya and his wife always stay healthy. Once again, thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience!

very large, very private. more kitchen implements than I've ever seen in an air bnb. everything we needed (11people, three families including a baby) koookaburras came down every morning for some meat, wallaby comes down every afternoon with baby. neighbours are far away and hidden by beautiful natural bush, air con was icy, Tesla charger excellent inclusion. work from home space was fantastic air conditioned quiet time for the kids to play board games. plenty of seating for outdoor entertainment. most of all, Jay is an excellent host, receptive and responsive. linen was clean, good quality and plentiful. definatley would recommend and stay again. some reviews state dated, but to be honest, it was a very comfortable home and the fact that it has a 'lived in' feel, adds to its charm.
