Great location in Clifton Village. Lovely house, all clean and well maintatined. Comfortable beds. We did not really use the basment TV room and outside courtyard as was cold February weather. Very prompt and helpful communcations from the hosts. We appreciated the flexibility in check in/out times. PS. We also had the Uber address issue someone else reported. So maybe easist to ask go to the Avon Gorge Hotel at the correct end of the road.

This is fantastic find. Sug and cosy, it is very well situated for easy access to the attractions of Wells and beyond. It is so thoughtful of Fiona to provide nice touches like fresh milk, especially as I arrived after the shops had closed. It's a lovely mews cottage; like being embraced by an old friend.

Would highly recommend Annie's place to anyone wishing to visit this part of the West Country. We had an amazing stay in what really did feel like a home away from home. The Air bnb is situated in a very peaceful residential area with a small Tesco Express and eateries within walking distance. It's a very short driving distance from Longleat Safari Park,Stonehenge and the Westbury white horse. This air bnb was absolutely the perfect place to come back to after a busy day. We would definitely stay there again.

The pictures don't do this place justice, every detail had been thought out - the decor was so stylish. It's beautiful! Check in was easy, communication was good. Extra thoughtful touches, like 4 beds had been set up, milk in the fridge etc, things like this really made the stay extra special. The beds were super comfy! Perfect location. Great place and host, will definitely be returning.

Sophie is the perfect host. She is incredibly helpful and responsive, and provided us plenty of information about local bus routes. We really loved our stay in their beautiful home, which is surprisingly quiet - a peaceful nook away from the bustling locale. Tastefully decorated, open and airy yet also cosy and comfortable. Clean, tidy and clutter free. The sofa bed provided is firm yet comfortable - we slept well every night! The provided clothes rail was a great addition, giving us a place to hang clothes. We were also provided a shelf in the bathroom, a kitchen cupboard, a drawer in the freezer and space in the fridge. So incredibly accommodating to say this is their home! I don't even know where to start with Kedi the cat. She is the friendliest and most polite cat that I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. She is the perfect mix of independent and companionable. We shall miss her company so much! We would happily return. The perfect home away from home.

I spent a week at their place with my family as my house was being refurbished. We absolutely loved staying in this house. So spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Communication with James and Shelley was excellent and the lodger was very nice. We felt very welcome. Their garden is fabulous with lots of nice surprises. My daughter was also delighted. I would definitely recommend.

Comfortable, well equipped, and charming family home. Great communication from Chas, easy check-in and check-out instructions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend other travellers to Somerset.

Really spacious 2 bedroom place, great for our family of 5, stylishly decorated to a standard you dong usually see in holiday rentals. Great location too, near parks and the river, short walk to the town centre and easy drive to all the beautiful countryside around Bath. Wonderful holiday, highly recommended!

Thank you for an excellent stay. William js an excellent host and communicated well the whole way through. Perfect location to explore Wells and the surrounding area. House is as shown in the photos. Easy check in and the added bonus of private parking. Highly recommend staying here

An great place to stay when in Bristol, with off road secure parking and additional benefit. House was spacious, spotless and we felt immediately at home.

Perfectly placed in Tetbury for parking, going into the town for shopping or eating. Nice trail walk from the house. Set on 3 floors . Beautifully decorated . Comfy beds . We used kitchen /dining as our gathering point . Stairs are steep and so would not suit anyone with mobility issues. Next to the church where bells chime the hour and a fairly busy road but not all of my party were bothered by them. We all went to Calcot spa and booked Pink Taxis at great price.

Absolutely superb. Lavinia is a wonderful host. The house is lovely, brilliantly equipped, great location and Lavinia’s suggestions about what to do, where to eat are spot on. Also, the little touches in the house make you feel very much at home. A huge thank you. ❤️

We absolutely loved the location of this Bath Airbnb…easy walk into the bustling shopping center, but far enough out to be relaxing and restful. We spent a lot of time in the cozy kitchen playing games and cooking/dining. The beds were very comfortable (and I do NOT sleep well in many beds that aren’t my own) and the abundance of bathrooms was nice. The only things to note (as noted by some other reviews) is that the couch is a bean bag style couch and may not be comfortable for all and while the cleaning crew did an excellent job having the space cleaned and ready, there were a few areas of wear and tear that could be updated (paint, carpet, etc.) Overall a fantastic getaway for our family of 5 adults…would definitely stay again!

A really terrific stay. Incredibly kind and welcoming hosts and the house itself is stunning. We had a very special few days and hope we’ll get another chance to stay again.

I just want to say this property is fantastic, it's amazingly clean and surpassed all my expectations and the lovely little details of soap and memory foam mattresses. This has got to be the best air bnb I've stayed in.

We had such a lovely stay at Ryan’s house. It is well located in the Centre of town within walking distance to all sorts of nice shops and cafes. We had a fab lunch at Rye bakery. Also close enough to enjoy visiting Stourhead, Stonehenge, and Hauser & Wirth. It is also such a unique and interesting house. It felt like stepping back in time to a special and beautiful era and was a real experience. Thank you!

We loved staying in this property. It is beautifully presented and only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Finding the house and parking were very straightforward thanks to Kim’s clear instructions. Would definitely book to stay in the property again.

This is an ideal place to stay if like us you arrive by train, as it is an easy, short walk, from the station to the accommodation with luggage. The local shops provide all you would need for your stay. The main centre of Bath is within easy walking distance to enjoy all Bath has to offer both day and night. Fenella is a great host and you knew she was always available to help if needed. We enjoyed our stay immensely, thank you.
