We can absolutely recommend a stay in this apartment it was as per the description. We really appreciated how close to the city centre but also how we felt like we were staying in a rural setting. The area was quiet and peaceful and the apartment was excellent and also felt private and calm.

Kay’s place is lovely! Exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and cosy. Kay was also so responsive and helpful. The flat is in a great location. My only issue was that the road it is on can be a bit noisy but this only bothered me for one evening and was fine the rest of the time. Would recommend!

We stayed here for a few nights whilst waiting to move back into our house in Bath whilst being renovated and it was ideal. Very spacious for a 1 bed and incredible location. As a local I would suggest it for people visiting based on the location alone! It’s next to a restaurant and there’s some noise occasionally but it didn’t effect our stay, sleep, etc. We had our 2 year old and there’s a travel cot and he was fine with the noises from next door as well!

My wife Jan and I stayed at Mark and Helen's Apartment for a few days and found it very spacious and clean with separate living/kitchen/dining, bedroom and large shower /bathroom areas. All the necessary kitchen utensils were included as were toiletries and towels/flannels. Mark was available at all times should we need any help. We would definitely stay at this Apartment again.

Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour dans cet appartement très agréable et lumineux. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le logement est super bien situé, et le quartier est très agréable. Vous pouvez vous déplacer à pied sans problème pour visiter la ville. Le logement était parfaitement propre. Merci à Mia qui est très sympathique et réactive 😊 Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Off the beaten track but Debbie provided good instructions - Google Maps is accurate to find it. Easy parking in front and great views across the valley. Place was really clean, quite modern with enough facilities. Nice touches with the dog bits and bobs box. Couple of minor niggles - the heater in the front room makes some banging noises and the taps are the wrong way in the kitchen! Overall a great location, really good food at the near by Ye Olde Ferrie Inn. The pack provided was very comprehensive as we had to refer to it a few times... Would recommend and would like to stay again for a few days longer.

Perfect for a family getaway. House was exactly as described and absolutely spotless. Alex replied promptly too 😊. We had a great weekend, just wish it could have been longer.

Gorgeous house and lovely location. Drive is tight but we have a big car and managed it absolutely fine. We had a lovely relaxing weekend there, we did some walks directly from the house and relaxed in front of the fire, which was exactly what we went to do! House was exactly as described and felt huge! The living room was very cosy, and it was great having the two log burners, and all bedrooms were very comfortable.

Our stay was in February- we were very comfortable and warm. the wood burning stove is easy to use and a great supplement to the heating. The bed is standout large and very comfortable and finally the bath is great with lots of hot water. Jennifer has presented this little home beautifully with an eye for colour and design- making it memorable- certainly no beige or blandness! We would love to return in the summer months when nature has woken up.

We had a great week staying at Lower Mill Estate. Lots of great memories and we will certainly be back again. Thanks!

The Mill at Midford was perfect for a family birthday gathering. There was lots of spaces for six of us to sit around and chat and we enjoyed the fire in the living room and the aga keeping us cozy in the evenings. There was a prefect place to sit outside and watch the mill and the water going by - felt very private & tranquil. We really enjoyed our stay including going for a country walk. For the birthday dinner we booked “Tibby’s House” at the Homewood Hotel which is 10 minutes drive away, this was a special place for a private dinner. We definitely felt we were in a real house in the country & one with character & history. Would recommend it as a great place for a break.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement, il était assez spacieux pour les 5 adultes et 2 enfants que nous étions, tout en restant cosy et chaleureux. L'environnement est calme et superbe, au bord du lac c'est génial ! Il y a une piscine (pour les plus courageux), des activités sur le lac et des jeux pour les enfants. Idéalement situé en plein dans les Cotswolds, nous avons pu visiter les alentours d'Oxford à Bath ! La literie est exceptionnel, nous avons super bien dormis (et nous étions deux femmes enceintes de 6 mois!), tout était propre et bien aménagé, vraiment je recommande les yeux fermés !

Excellent apartment - very clean, comfortable, plenty of space , great bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the host, Marcus, could not have been more helpful. Outstanding !

It was in exact location we needed it to be, next to north street which has a lot on offer. The flat was mostly very clean apart from marks on duvet and hairs in bed. We didn't notice until quite late in evening but jay was very responsive and told us where clean bedding was. But overall we had a comfortable stay.

Great flat. Kitchen very well equipped, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, nice walk to the center or quick bus ride. Super responsive host. Would definitely stay again.

Absolute lovely little apartment, everything was perfect, when we arrived we had a toy, treats and poo bags for our dog and we had a bottle of wine, milk and bottled water, could not ask for more a really nice little place to relax , I will definitely be revisiting in another few weeks

One of the best and most unique AirBnbs we have ever stayed at. The space was lovely and every inch well-designed. The interior amenities felt luxurious and refined. Georgina and Crispin made us feel right at home. They even let us borrow tennis rackets and let our son feed their pet sheep. All in all a great experience in a peaceful countryside location. 5 stars - highly recommend.

A perfect stay in Bath! The flat is beautiful and in a great location. It’s close to the city centre, within walking distance to a great selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. You can also walk along the river straight from the flat. We found the location super quiet at night. We could have happily stayed longer! Lisa is a great host and we definitely recommend this property for a stay in Bath. Thank you Lisa! :)

We spent our Christmas Days in Silver’s lovely apartment. The most impressive is the stunning view over the bay. Absolutely fantastic. The accommodation is very clean, beautiful designed and with a lovely fire place. We extremely enjoyed our stay. Silver is a lovely person. There are many things to do and see in that area. Unfortunately, we had nasty weather over Christmas. But, that was no problem, because we enjoyed to spend our time in the lovely apartment with the fire place and Apple TV. Thank you Silver!
