This place was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. The view of the water was gorgeous, the house was well stocked and the kitchen was amazing for all of us to cook together. Place was clean, there was plenty of parking, check in and out was easy to manage, and communication with the rental property team was straight forward.

We had a great stay! There was a little glitch upon check in but we had good communication with Lindsay. The property was very clean and it was a huge plus to have the beds already made up and linens/ towels provided. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough room for our family of 5 to spread out. The views from the deck were amazing and we had a great time kayaking around the cove. If ever in the area again, we would return.

the home is a beautiful cottage with lots of updates. amazing view of the water, easy access from the house and use of a variety of surfboards, paddle boat.

The location is great and the place was clean. Mitchell was very communicative.

Christopher’s place was a great location to see and explore Newport/Middletown. We were a 6-10 min drive from downtown Newport and in a quiet neighborhood. The downstairs unit was not rented out when we were there so we didn’t hear any neighbors. We didn’t walk from the house to the beach with a 2yr old but it was an easy drive to everything. The beds were comfortable and I would definitely consider this place again if we come back to visit. Not a complaint, but the master bathroom is on the smaller side so if you are tall you may have to turn your body a bit to sit on the toilet and not hit knees on the wall. It’s functional and a good use of space though to have a second bathroom. Loved having one bath with a tub for kids. There is a private porch for the unit that is connected to the room with the twin bed which was nice. We had plenty of room and space. The third couch was nice for additional sitting space too.

This place was so lovely! My mom and I had a lovely calm, relaxing vacation here! We cooked and ordered in and watched the boats on the water and took out the paddle board! Super easy to get it in the water and it was calm and easy to paddle up and down the river. I even saw a young sea turtle which was unbelievably special! Our host was communicative and accommodating and had great recommendations! I was able to walk to a local coffee shop that was excellent and very cute and another close by that have fun bubble teas and great breakfast food. Highly recommend!

The Sea Glass Cottage was clean, had amazing views, organized, had everything we needed, and was located on what appeared to be the best part of the island. It was one of the few places where the home patio facing the water without a street obstruction. The decoration and amenities were in perfect condition, and decor was so cute and cozy. It was clearly thought through by a home decor professional. Great place for a couples getaway...coffee on the patio at sunrise, walks around historic farms and nature reserves, crabbing at the dedicated beach to the home and sunset walks on the sandy beach just a short drive away. Emily was so responsive to our questions especially since this was our first time to Air B&B...may have been too numerous. She was a delightful host.

We had a lovely stay at Elsa’s place while visiting for Christmas. We enjoyed being able to take walks along the fort each day, and the place was decorated very tastefully! Thanks, Elsa.

Everything was wonderful! The room was huge with amazing views, the location was amazing, and tickets was excellent. The one critique we had was the size of the pillows in the bed; they’re the size of half a regular pillow and did make sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, 10/10

Me and my family spent the weekend at Poseidon’s Palace and it was a great time. Upon check-in, Alex was very communicative and was able to answer any questions I had. The house was very clean - fresh linens, towels, and wonderful kitchen fully equipped for the whole family. We were very comfortable. The house had lots of room for everyone, with lots to do for all ages. We traveled with 3 kids ages 10 months - 6 years old, and it was so nice to have comfortable rooms for everyone. Of course, the pool was the main attraction of the house. The sauna was definitely an added bonus. Not to mention the incredible beach view. Overall, it was a wonderful house perfect for a staycation with lots of great food options nearby. We loved it! The only thing I’d mention is that the pool area and pool temp were a little cold for some of us - it would have been nice for that area to be a little warmer. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful house with a great host - thanks Alex!

Clean, easy, 1 mile to downtown Newport, walk across to the beach, great parking. Good value, last min end of Summer booking.

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

Jacqueline was a wonderful host! Super responsive, helpful and accommodating - she truly thought of every detail one may find useful when staying away from home. Place was clean and tidy, and she had lots of extra things for our kids to play with while at the beach. The beach itself was right down the street, and it even had a little playground for the younger kiddos to play in. Plenty to do in the surrounding area so long as you're driving, we especially enjoyed visiting some local trails and how close the house was to the ferries. All in all, a truly great stay!

Could not recommend this spot more. Albert was incredibly generous and accommodating to our party. Beautiful home and wonderful location.

Donna was a wonderful host. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Communication was spot on. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. This is one of the best AirBnB homes I've stayed in. The location was great. Walking along the water was a highlight. We were so happy to visit her home and learn of her family history. We definitely plan to return. There are ton's of restaurants to choose from in the New Bedford-Fairhaven area and Donna has lots of the menus available. The kitchen is well stocked to cook a family meal as well. She has thought of just about everything you could need while away from your own home. My husband and I typically head north of our location or to the cape for our getaways. This year we decided to try a new spot (booked last minute… few weeks out!) and we are so glad we found this amazing cottage!!! Newport did not disappoint, this “home away from home” felt just like that! Amazing gardens, clean and welcoming. We visited only for a long weekend, but could sense in just a few days that this is a hidden gem, location is prefect and loved the overall vibe! We hope to visit again next year! Thank you!

Fair Heaven is exactly that, a peaceful, quiet town with salty breezes, great restaurants, and the ocean at our door offers a calming surf. It doesn’t get any better than that!
