LOVED this place! Location, location, location!!! It was in the perfect location. Walkable to great shopping, fabulous restaurants and plenty of bars. Could walk to cliff walk from there as well. The place was pristine, exactly as pictured, very cozy. Loved everything about this place!

A beautiful loft right in the heart of downtown Newport. Walk out the door and you are essentially immediately on a walking street with lots of shops. You are also less than a minute’s walk away from the water. We definitely want to stay here next time we are in Newport.

Very clean, modern, nicely decorated and well appointed place. Thoughtful touches like white noise machines and fans in all the bedrooms and quality soaps and shampoo. Overall a great place in the heart of Newport!

A wonderful place to stay in Newport. What a fabulous location on Thames. Our favorite spot on the property was the 5th floor private rooftop outdoor lounge space, with plenty of seating and gorgeous views in all directions, including the Bay. This is a perfect walkable location to stay, plenty of restaurants and pubs and 1 street north of the harbor. We will definitely be back next Fall.

This was a great place to stay! Roomy, we were able to use the deck because of the nice weather, overall great location and the airbnb was perfect! Loved we were able to use the fireplace too. We’ll be back!

Great location- walkable to all restaurants and shops. This place has two assigned parking spaces across the street. Place is very clean and has all needed supplies. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at the general store. Loved the space! Open and airy kitchen-dining-living room area with plenty of room to spread out, play games, and just hang out. Cute little outdoor hang out area too! The bedrooms are comfy & having 2 full bathrooms is key! The location is excellent. Walkable to the restaurants & shops on Thames street & the surrounding streets. Two nice parks & a little beach nearby & historic homes everywhere. The mansions are walkable too if you are intrepid. Had a great time & hope to stay again the next time we come to Newport!

Phil's place is ideally located in New Bedford for beautiful walks along the pier and throughout the downtown historic district. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops. The crows nest offers the best views of the downtown! Phil was very helpful and responsive. Easy to get checked in and out.

We will absolutely stay again. Andrew was very responsive and easy to book with. The resort had everything you could want and was walkable to town. All staff members were very helpful and friendly throughout the weekend.

Place was larger than expected and it's a great location with lots to do close by!

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

Beautiful and fully equipped room! There were heated pools and I made use of the gym. Lots of walkable restaurants and the staff gave great recommendations

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!
