Tom was a wonderful accommodating host. The host was beautiful and the location lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

we had a great weekend at Herb's place. We particularly enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Newport and were able to walk to see the St. Patrick's Day parade. I wish the weather was nicer so that we could have enjoyed more of the backyard area.

The home is beautiful with wonderful views, tons of natural light from all the windows, and plenty of space to stretch out. There was a plumbing leak during my stay, but Alyssa was quick to have a professional out to fix the problem and get the water back on within hours. Great host and communicator. Would rent again.

This Airbnb was a great “home away from home” while traveling for work. We needed space for 3 employees who’s must haves are a home kitchen to cook in! We enjoyed meeting the locals and appreciated the quiet community since we work long hours. A great convenient place to stay.

The house is bigger and better then the pictures. There is SO much space (we were 2 families with kids, and the grandmas). The layout is great. My son has trouble with stairs, so we had a large first floor bedroom. Our brother and his family took the upstairs. We did not hear his two littles who were up at the crack of dawn. Definitely can be private if you want. The porches were so spacious and we had great fall weather, so spent some time enjoying the view (ocean!) We were down for a family wedding and there was more than enough room for everyone to get ready, especially with 3 bathrooms- 3 showers. We appreciated the toiletries for use (we're a TJ family, so loved to have familiar products around.) Although we didn't cook at all, the kitchen is stocked with the necessities- oil, popular spices, butter. There were perishables in the fridge that belonged to owner but it didn't bother us that they were there. The house itself was immaculate. The area is so nice. We hope to go back! TY!

This was our second time staying at Frankie’s place and would jump at the chance to stay again for our next visit. The place was very clean and great location. Frankie is a great host! Book with confidence.

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

We loved loved LOVED Lucky Duck Farm!! Alaine and Eduardo have built a beautiful place that's serene, homey, clean, comfortable, welcoming, and super fun. The chickens, ducks, and geese make it a magical experience and we had such a great time getting to know them :) Cannot wait to come back and enjoy more time exploring.

We stayed at Mike&Cora's for the second time and would always come back! Loved it!

This was a great stay! The apartment was stunning and clean, and a great get away from NYC. I especially loved the patio. Amanda was super responsive and flexible.

the most coziest stay ever. hosts were super nice and responsive. their dogs are loud but very cute and very fun to watch as they are super happy dogs

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

I was immediately impressed with how cozy the apartment is. My first thought was “I could live here”. Jim has so thoughtfully renovated the place providing modern convenience in a charming way consistent with the house’s history. My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Can’t think of anything missing. Jim was very friendly and accommodating. I’d be happy to stay there again.

Carmen’s place was amazing. It was peaceful and relaxing. We loved chilling out on the porch after a long day watching a hawk family! Thank you for a great stay! 😊
