Carol's house is beautiful - well appointed furnishings, clean, and very large with plenty of room. Carol was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My family was very happy here. I want to add that I suffer from terrible dust allergies and I was extremely comfortable staying at Carol's. I could not believe how clean and dust-free it was for such a large house - very well maintained!

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Paula’s house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. She has a fully stocked kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in. The views are wonderful and the master bath is incredible. This house is sparkling clean! It’s located very conveniently to the bike path and Colt State Park. We loved the area and were thankful to have our long days end hanging out in this lovely house. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Wonderful host! A beautiful space that’s perfect for families, you’ll feel right at home here. I can’t say enough about how wonderful A was as a host, I mixed up our dates and she swooped in like an angel to work it all out. Would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting the area. On top of all that the backyard is really spectacular.

WOW! What a great home! Incredible view! And Excellent host! Staying here was peaceful and put us in a refreshed mindset. You wake up to the water view, then you walk downstairs you get to enjoy the water view, and in the evening you enjoy the sunsets off the water. Our family of 4 with 2 kids(9 & 10) stayed at Khanh's home and the experience is exactly what we all want in an Airbnb! We woke well rested, the beds were comfortable, and we had extra bedding for the colder nights. Khanh is in the top tier category of excellent hosting and customer service. Quick to respond, made sure we had everything we needed, provided guidance to local area, and provided many amenities to make the experience above 5-star. It looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is new, clean, fresh, and the home has plenty of extra kitchen and bath supplies. Easy access to the home and it's well lit in a quiet neighborhood. The massage chair is a major bonus! Highly recommend this home and will stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ariela’s peaceful cottage! The location was quiet and easy to find, offering a perfect getaway. The cottage itself was very spacious, with clean and comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to celebrate the New Year, and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We can’t wait to return during the warmer months to explore the nearby beaches. Highly recommend this lovely home for a relaxing stay!

The Feldman House was everything it proclaims to be in the listing! We greatly appreciated the quiet, peaceful environment. It was absolutely frigid outside during our weekend stay, but inside was cozy warm with plenty of sources of heat (including the stunning double sided fire place and sauna!). Very cozy digs with lots of character and comfortable corners. Lily was extremely quick to respond to our questions which is always appreciated when staying in a new place. Thank you!

This was our second time staying at Frankie’s place and would jump at the chance to stay again for our next visit. The place was very clean and great location. Frankie is a great host! Book with confidence.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

This apartment is a gem! Tom and Cindi have thought of all the details: plenty of extra pillows and blankets, nightlights readily available for us to plug in or not as/where needed, good blackout curtains in the bedroom, granola bars and some kitchen basics like butter and cream, an electric kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a wide variety of extra toiletries in case guests have forgotten anything. Tom greeted us in person when we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. While it’s not walkable to downtown, it’s a fun neighborhood to walk around, near the bay. We’d stay here again if we visit this area again!

Our daughter and her family live close to this property, so we knew what to expect in terms of location, walkability, restaurants, etc. It was a great location for us, but it wouldn't be a good choice if you wanted to be in easy walking distance to the "heart " of Newport. We rented the apartment for the month of December as Chris allows dogs, and it is a one-story unit (my husband has mobility problems). The unit was clean and looks like the pictures. The shower does not have safety bars, but the walls are smooth/clean and suction safety bars work perfectly. My husband especially liked the TV service (YouTube TV, which was included). The sofa and bed were comfortable, but it would have been nice to have more storage space (drawers) for our clothing. The back yard is enclosed with a new 6' high fence, which is the only good choice for the area (Newport does have coyotes). Chris was VERY responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel welcome.

이번 여행에서 에어비앤비를 이용했는데, 전반적으로 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 우선, 숙소의 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 시내와 가까워서 이동하기 편리했고, 주변에 대중교통도 잘 되어 있어 관광하기에 최적의 장소였습니다. 덕분에 시간 낭비 없이 알찬 여행을 할 수 있었어요. 호스트도 굉장히 친절하고 응답이 빨랐습니다. 궁금한 점이 있을 때마다 바로 답변을 주셔서 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 체크인 과정도 간단하고 원활하게 진행되어 좋았어요. 또한, 가격이 다른 숙소들에 비해 저렴한 편이어서 가성비가 정말 뛰어났습니다. 이 정도 가격에 이 위치와 서비스라면 충분히 만족할 만한 선택이라고 생각합니다. 숙소 크기는 크지 않지만, 주방에는 필요한 것들이 다 갖춰져 있어서 간단한 요리를 해 먹기에도 불편함이 없었어요. 다만, 세면대의 냉수가 잘 나오지 않아서 조금 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 만약 이 부분만 개선된다면 더 완벽한 숙소가 될 것 같아요. 그래도 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었고, 다음에 다시 방문할 의향이 있을 정도로 만족스러웠습니다!

Very clean, perfect location

The historic apartment is very well cared for and beautiful. The beds were great. The apartment is extremely well decorated and clean. The bathroom and showers were immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed. I appreciate the coffee maker and filters. The street is narrow but there is off street parking next to the house. Simon was quick to respond to any questions.

This is the third time we have rented one of Matthews properties it was perfect for us. Anytime we visit Newport we will always rent from Matthew.

Perfect for a family getaway to Newport. Condo was clean and fit our family well. Any issues were addressed by the front desk staff. The indoor pool, while simple and slightly outdated, was a huge plus and the kids loved it!
