Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

Beautiful and fully equipped room! There were heated pools and I made use of the gym. Lots of walkable restaurants and the staff gave great recommendations

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

We had a great time. The house was nicely located to what we wanted to do during our stay. The place was clean and well stocked. We did not find a baking sheet, but after a text to Leonard, he quickly brought one to us. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the garden. The lighting along the path and at the door was great considering we got back after dark, it was nice to be able to see where we were going. All in all a great stay. I would stay here again.

Island Breeze was a dream come true. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming. The outdoor space was just as beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even my nine-year-old grandson gave it a top rating! We will definitely return to Island Breeze as we visit our family in Rhode Island.

Jessica and Pelumi were very responsive and accommodating. Location was walking distance to Campanelli Stadium and the apartment had everything we needed.

Even with the most detailed descriptions and instructions about any airbnb property, there can be things omitted, often unintentionally, but can be a real nuisance when trying to check in late at night after a long car ride, or when trying to plan your day. This was NOT the case with Eileen's home. Besides being beautiful, clean and in a great location, everything that we anticipated about the property based on the listing was 100% accurate and we didn't have to give a second thought about logistics or make any impromptu trips to get things we thought would be available at the home. We were able to focus solely on the itinerary we had and then kick back and relax in the evening with everything anyone could possibly need at our disposal. Great property, great location and great host. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you, Eileen!

This house is very charming and spacious, with an excellent kitchen and bedroom layouts. Westport and the Acoaxet neighborhood are so charming and make for a pleasant vacation with lots of beach and nature preserves surrounding. Anyway, I highly recommend this stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Patrick’s place, which was conveniently located for us in a lovely neighborhood and a very easy drive to Newport. The house is spacious, well cared for and comfortably furnished with everything you could need. The kitchen is well stocked, and we were thrilled to see an electric kettle. The grounds of the house are expansive and very well looked after. Enjoyed watching the bunnies frolic in the yard in the evening. Patrick provided very helpful information regarding sights, restaurants, and the house. All in all, a great place to stay when visiting the Newport area! Would certainly return if in the area again!
