10/10 air bnb- would recommend to anyone. Super clean, host was responsive, flexible, and clear with instructions. The house was perfect for 9 guests as we all slept comfortably.

Phillip’s waterfront house in Bristol was the quintessential New England retreat! Waking up to panoramic views of the water and spending evenings on the deck, watching the sunset over the bay, made the stay unforgettable. The house itself is cozy and well-equipped with everything you need, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings that make you feel right at home. Phillip was a wonderful host—attentive and quick to respond, making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for an authentic New England coastal escape!

The house is adorable! Ultra clean! Comfortable beds and pillows! Towels were so nice! Very cozy home! They went above and beyond for us, very accommodating! We look forward to coming back next year!

Matt’s airbnb is truly a little slice of heaven for any water & nature lover! Prepare to feel right at home with a well-stocked kitchen, cozy furniture, outdoor fire pit, water toys and breathtaking bay views. I had daily visits from the local water foul, saw shooting stars at night and had an incredible opportunity to recharge… so much so that I extended my stay! Thanks for everything Matt, if I’m back in the area you’ll be hearing from me. 😉

We had a fabulous stay at Karen’s beautiful home! It was so well located and convenient to all the things that we wanted to do. The state park and the bike path are better than we could’ve imagined! The town of Bristol is a dream and the surrounding areas are full of gems and surprises. The house was lovely and everything in it was spotless, well thought out and made us feel right at home. All the appliances worked beautifully, the beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were hot with good water pressure! We can’t fault anything, the only low point was that we had to leave! We look so forward to returning to this beautiful area and to this lovely home with a kind, considerate and very fun host! She’s my new travel buddy! Thanks Karen, everything was great and it made for a very special birthday for my best friend. I really appreciated that.😊

Karen is lovely. She cleared the driveway during a snowstorm and kept us informed of the bad weather. She also accommodated a late check out due to a family emergency. She is very responsive, and her place is beautiful. Spacious, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Will be back!
