We came to Norfolk for a show at the Infinity Music Hall. This house was a perfect landing spot to cook dinner before and relax after the show. It was so peaceful watching the snow fall from inside and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook. The appliances were top notch, the house was well decorated and we will definitely rent here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Brian's charming home. The house is even more luxurious than in the photos--everything is first-class from the beds and linens; to the spacious kitchen with every new appliance you could need; to the comfy living room area with huge flat-screen TV. We had more than enough room for our family of four and our kids loved how close the private beach was, literally out the door. They kayaked and enjoyed walks on the beach. The area is in a very quiet, private neighborhood with close access to the shops and restaurants on Madison's main street. A perfect retreat any time of year, we hope to come back soon.

The house was very cozy, incredibly clean. View of the river was fantastic. Ned and Sharyn also had helpful notes and labels throughout the house, which I thought was quite kind and helpful!

A beautiful home- super comfortable and spacious. It is outfitted with everything you could need. Peaceful location (we stayed in spring/winter- can’t speak to what it would be like in season). Lovely views. Easy to get into town by car (3-5 minutes!). Host was excellent - responsive to any questions or inquiries

We had a wonderful stay at Vasily’s home. The host is a responsive host and the home is uncluttered, which helped us easily navigate the new environment with young children. South Windsor has a lot to offer, with its long rural roads leading to well-made public parks and well-designed commercial areas. The Library is impressive, and the expansive children’s department is actually on its own floor. The tenant on the lower level of the home was friendly and helpful to us in a pinch, which we certainly appreciated. It was a lovely place, and we would certainly consider it again should life ever bring us back to South Windsor. Many thanks.

Very nice house with lots of room to spread out. The tv room was our favorite. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location is not far from grocery store, hiking and wineries. It snowed the night before we left and we were nervous about going down the steep road but the neighborhood does a great job plowing. We really enjoyed our stay!

A very comfortable place for a large group to stay. We had 9 and everyone had a comfortable bed with only one couple sharing a massive (california?) king sized bed. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and glassware. (As always with any house rental, if you want to cook, bring your own knives). Huge dining table fit us all with room to spare. Kitchen was plenty big enough for everyone to hang out in while breakfast was being made by 2-3 people. Convenient off street parking. Easy on off to the highway. Very clear instructions on how to get in. This is a large, three storey home that's been nicely touched up and improved. The wood floors are beautifully redone--what look to be original wood floors. The bathrooms are updated, spacious and clean. The place was spotless, uncluttered, and the perfect temperature when we arrived.

Laurie is a wonderful and generous host. Though we did not take advantage of it, she let us know that early check-in was possible on our arrival date. When we did arrive, we were greeted with a lovely care package of treats, including excellent treats for our dog. Really nice touches, and much appreciated. The space is clean and spacious, free of clutter, with a nice kitchen. We are especially grateful for pet-friendly hosts, and Laurie's place was truly excellent. Even non-pet people should find the space very suitable. There are no signs that other dogs had stayed there, the space, furniture and linens are all very clean. Great host, great place!

This Airbnb is so homey. We enjoyed our stay and will rent it again.

Exemplary accommodations! Everything about this place is well thought out and comfortable. (Every AirBnB host should do what Shirley did - label the light switches.) It's those intuitive touches that make this a great place to stay. We were close to family events in Norfolk, plus restaurants and amenities in Canaan. You really can't beat this experience. We were not able to make friends with the barn cat, but we tried!

Molly's place was GREAT--a total gem for the area. The vibe and layout of the space was sunny, peaceful, and super welcoming. Easily one of my favorite AirBnB's ever--we will definitely be back! The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole apartment felt spacious and roomy, yet cozy. The backyard area is gorgeous! Even though the house is right on main street, the sound isolation was great and we slept well every night we were there (the most comfortable bed EVER also helped). We miss this place already!!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Robert’s place. Convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. The place is spacious and cozy. Samantha and Robert provided us with everything we needed.

For my first time in New Haven, Jackie's place was perfect. I needed a place to stay for a conference and it was perfect for what I needed after an early morning flight. They were very responsive and helpful, and their space was clean, quiet and spacious.

We spent 10 days in this apartment and it was a great experience. Shelley was very proactive and communicated everything clearly, the apartment was easy to find with clear checkin instructions. We really liked that they had a baby bed and high chair, which made it easy to travel with a kid. The apartment was very clean and the location was great, in minutes to East Rock and the old campus. Overall, a great experience that we really enjoyed

Had an amazing stay at Traci’s place, love the view and peaceful surrounding., I would definitely go back again.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!
