Such a beautiful and relaxing condo. The condo has a heated pool for the winter season, hot tub, exercise room (no free weights sadly) and a pool table. The view from the balcony is amazing and you can watch the sunset each night. You have to eat at surf riders seafood, and day Cajun place. Both amazing restaurants close to the condo.

My son and I enjoyed our stay! Beach access was a quick walk away and the location to get to various activities was great too!

This was a beautiful condo, lots of natural light, beautifully decorated and awesome location. It's in a gated community and you can park right in front of the condo which was a huge plus, especially when traveling with bikes. All the amenities were awesome, you really didn't need to leave. You do need to pay separately for golf, pickleball and the gym, but it was really reasonable. It was great for our family to be able to walk to golf each day and the beautiful pool and beach. Perfect for our family winter vacation. The unit had all we needed, lots of space, it's way bigger than most condos than you find in PCB. Sunee was incredible fast, flexible and responsive with anything we needed. Thank you for a great stay.

The kitchen was equipped with lots of appliances such as coffee maker, blender, and toaster. They have chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beach so you dont have to bring any if you dont want to. The golf cart was a great bonus and many options and availability of beach accesses. The beach is like a lake. Its not blue but its still very peaceful and great for little kids because you dont have to worry about the waves knocking them down. Its not over crowded either. If your elder the sand to the water isnt long and its easy to get to it from the wood walkways after a nice golf cart ride. The laundry is on the 2nd floor. The 1st community pool is huge and very nice. It has clean bathrooms and a nice pavilion. You could walk to it. The 2nd pool has a small playground and you have to drive there. Overall it was a nice place to stay with a big family.

Absolutely love this rental! Its in a quiet location and a simple walk to the beach. Pictures are accurate to listing. Kitchen was super clean, infact, the oven was so spotless, it looked new. Beds were fresh. The pool is a great addition for the kids when mom and dad are needing reprieve from the sandy beach for a bit. Host was quick to respond with any questions and easy to contact. No complaints! Looking forward to booking here again.

Our stay at Nicole’s Airbnb was a blessing, especially as we were evacuating from a hurricane. Despite the situation, we felt completely at ease thanks to her hospitality. The comfortable and stylish rooms, multiple pools to choose from, and the short walk to a pristine beach gave us a much-needed escape. Nicole went above and beyond, providing beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, toys for the kids, and many fans, which helped the kids sleep better. When the cart for our beach gear broke, she had a replacement within hours—amazing service! The beds were incredibly comfortable, which was perfect for our extended stay. The private office space was convenient, and the restaurants and activities nearby were great, with everything just a short drive away. Due to the hurricane, Nicole let us extend our stay at a reduced cost, giving us peace of mind when our power was out at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and will definitely return!

This review is specifically for the flip flop services as we were placed in another location and didn't stay in this actual rental. Construction on the building was scheduled after we had made our reservation and Kristy gave us the option to either cancel or relocate. We chose relocation and are very happy we did. It was a beautiful place in a building down the road. The area offered many places to walk to and was relatively quiet. Thank you, Kristy for your prompt responses and communication throughout the process, and particularly, thank you for giving us a choice! We would definitely book with flip flop again!
