Jane's place was exactly as described. Neat, peaceful, and not far from our activities. She was proactive & responsive. It was the perfect spot for a birthday 3-day weekend stay.

very clean and cozy place to stay. for some reason I thought I was renting a little cottage, I didn't realize it was essentially a finished walk out basement but i wasnt disappointed because the place was wonderful and i couldnt even tell anyone was upstairs. patty was super respectful of her downstairs guests. beautiful neighborhood with a small beach within walking distance, its an enjoyable walk and a great spot to launch a kayak or take a dip. central location within reasonable driving distance to many popular RI locations such as newport, Narragansett, and providence. ferry, beaches, state parks, hiking, walkable downtowns, etc nearby.

A treasure of a place to stay in Wakefield! Absolutely beautiful and well-appointed, even more spacious than the photos and excellent attention to detail in providing anything you might need. Fast and easy communication with the host and a lovely, walkable location. We will definitely book here again in the future!

Alice’s home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a short weekend in Middletown. It was an easy, 20 minute walk to the beaches and infamous cliff walk while also being so close to restaurants and shops. She was also so communicative and accommodating.

Thanks for a nice stay in Newport and the welcome basket! We enjoyed being nxt to the ballpark and in the heart of town! Gooseberry beach was perfect. The Cliff walk and the Breakers did not disappoint. We took a sail around the harbor and it was so relaxing. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the bathroom had an updated shower with good water pressure. Loved the parking space! Thank u for the quietest AC’s in the world! The apartment had everything you could ask for a great stay to explore Newport, Block Island with the Ferry down the street and the town of Wakefield before and after the drive! The four of us would highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

Stayed at this home with a group of 10 for a Bachelorette weekend. Gorgeous home, spacious and great open concept. Very clean and exactly as pictured. Perfect location. The host Nancy was super nice, welcoming and helpful. Would recommend staying here and hope to again in the future either here or one of her other rental properties!

Meg's place felt relaxing and spacious. It is a short walk to a private beach, which we enjoyed even though it's winter. You can see the lighthouse in the distance from the main bedroom upstairs. The beds all have memory foam mattresses so if you like that, it's good to know. I'm not a fan of memory foam but that's a personal preference and nothing against the home at all. The house felt like it had been taken care of and maintained well, with some apparently recent updates to paint and such. We did find the place to be a little dusty, especially the floors, and my husband and I were a bit sneezy due to the dust and/or pet dander present in the home. Easy to find, easy entrance (keypad on door). In a nice quiet area of Point Judith but an easy drive to Narragansett. We recommend On Point pizza for amazing slices (4 minutes' drive from Meg's place), and Celeste for a more upscale dining experience (10 minutes' drive).

Excellent MLK weekend getaway for our multinational family. Our older parents were happy and comfortable. My sister and girls toured colleges. We all enjoyed MOB, beaches and The Glass Station classes.

This will be our go to stay whenever we’re visiting Newport! Felt like home away from home. Conveniently located, quiet neighborhood and excellent communication with the host.

We needed a place to stay for the holidays while some work was being done at our house a few miles away. We felt really lucky to have found Ashely and Justin’s house when we walked in. Four bedrooms with 5 king and queen beds were an incredible plus, and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were super clean and had great linens, lotions, soaps and other things like makeup removers. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils we needed and was a big open space you can move around. The living spaces in front and back of the house were big and open, well furnished. The living room in the back opens to a great backyard with a fire pit and swinging bench. The house is awesome and we’ve recommended to all our local friends and family. But the thing I like the most was being in the Pier and walking to the seawall and beach, Monihans jetty and the restaurants and pubs off Boon Street. Location location location!

Beautiful home! This was our first time staying in a house instead of a hotel and we were not disappointed! House is clean and comes with everything you could possibly need! Brenda is so nice! Would definitely stay here again!

This cottage is adorable and in a great location!!! We loved the fire pit and close proximity to the beach!!! There is also a great pizza joint, liquor store, and gas station right at the end of the road so super convenient to the cottage!!! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Rhode Island!!! Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

Katherine was very responsive during our stay - we had an issue with the smoke detector and she sent someone right out. We had a girls weekend here (spa is right across the street and restaurants are walkable) and it was great!

Darcy's place is a comfortable condo just a 10 minute walk from the harbour. The place had everything we needed for a short visit to attend the Newport Jazz Festival. Overall a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay in Newport! The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location near the waterfront and great restaurants. The host was responsive, and the neighborhood was peaceful. I’d definitely stay again!

Firas property is well kept, cozy and comfortable. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. 10/10 I would recommend and stay here again !

Mark was a great host. The cozy cottage was next to the ocean and there's a beach in walking distance. The cottage itself had the rustic charm I remember from the trips we made to the coast when I was a kid in the seventies.
