Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had the most amazing couple of days at Spring Barn. The hosts were so friendly, helpful and responsive. The property was so spacious - inside and out with so many toys for the grandchildren. The tree house was fantastic! We really enjoyed our time in this quiet part of the Cotswolds - just what we needed and a superb place to celebrate my birthday. I’d definitely recommend. Had a really lovely stay at this property! The apartment is very spacious and in a great location. The instructions from the host on how to check in and find the property were very clear and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in an ideal location!

We had a really great time. The house and grounds were lovely and big enough for 14 people and 3 dogs. The dinning room had a wonderfully big table so we could all sit and eat together. The hot tub and swimming pool were a big hit with everyone. Rob was very helpful and answered all questions quickly, would stay there again.

The best experience, this is our second time trying their cottages and definitely not the Last 5 star hotel experience indeed We loved every single detail about this cottage and the one we tried before (Cotswold cottage) Both felt like home and were very very clean and luxurious 🏡💫♥️♥️♥️😍

We stayed for two nights and felt relaxed and calm. From star gazing to playing garden croquet, we filled our time. The pool was great but be warned it’s cold! Once you’re in you are fine but it takes a few minutes to get submerged. What was really thoughtful, and much appreciated, was the home-made scones on arrival. Maureen and William were very sociable and very kind. We would love to visit again.

Beautiful location right on the common. Easy access to walks, villages, views. The home is spacious, toasty warm with the underfloor heat, and very well stocked with pantry staples which is very helpful. Lovely character property.

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. We had a lovely stay at Suzanne's place; it was very clean and tidy and had everything needed. The facilities were excellent, and it was nice to use the pool and gym; there were lots of local walks, which often conveniently ended near a local pub. We would love to stay again.

Kate was a great host: communicative, friendly and approachable. Her place was spotlessly clean and in beautiful surroundings. The location is great too and we were able to walk into Stroud (about a 25 minute walk). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again 🙂

The accommodation itself was lovely, well kept, had everything we needed, was very private with the wall around it, and an excellent space for our dog to go out into. The surrounding was idyllic, we went on a completely different riverside walk every day, heading to different local villages and pubs. It was easy to get into Bath too, and the pub just over the road was a gem!

Wonderful pool jacuzzi and sauna downstairs and we were lucky enough to have 4 days of sun in April. (Sunbathing in the jacuzzi was amazing!) The master bed is huge and very comfortable and everything was perfect for my wife and me to have a few days of luxury and fun. I would happily recommend and book again.
