Dani’s amazing penthouse was definitely special! It had the top quality furniture and linen & towels were super clean and smelt great. The floor heating was a little luxury for us! Views were beautiful from each window, close to town, within 10 minutes walking distance to everything! Just bear in mind that there are 3-4 flights of stairs to be taken with your luggage. We booked this accommodation with that knowledge. Dani has such a warm personality. She’s very proactive and accommodating.

A beautiful place, easy to find and felt at home immediately. Very well appointed, bathrooms and kitchen spotless and very straightforward to use. Stunning views and peaceful surroundings, all made for a very pleasant stay.

We had an amazing weekend at Dave’s place, met with two friends to explore Bristol and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for that, so central and everywhere was walkable, so much to do! The space was huge, felt very luxurious and full of thoughtful touches, would recommend!

Great place with everything you need in a great location - would definitely stay again

My wife Jan and I stayed at Mark and Helen's Apartment for a few days and found it very spacious and clean with separate living/kitchen/dining, bedroom and large shower /bathroom areas. All the necessary kitchen utensils were included as were toiletries and towels/flannels. Mark was available at all times should we need any help. We would definitely stay at this Apartment again.

What makes this apartment is its location and the lovely view. It is close to Temple Meads, bus stops and a supermarket. What detracts is the poor cell reception and lack of WiFi. This has been mentioned in several reviews, and while there is nothing that can be done about cell reception, WiFi should be provided. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we are happy to recommend it.

This is a modern, comfortable house on a new development. It’s within easy walking distance of Offa’s Dyke, Wye Valley Greenway, nice restaurants and the local Tesco. Convenient regular bus service from town that we used to go to Tintern and walk back. The house is well equipped should you wish to cook and felt very welcoming. arrival is by keylock but contact from Jonathan was regular and friendly. I would highly recommend this house.

This is one of those places that makes you instantly relax! Set in the most beautiful surroundings, it was perfect for our family (including furry one!) to spend time together. The cottage was spacious and easy few mins drive to the town centre, and just 30 mins to Bath. Felt like home - but also felt like a wonderful getaway.

A wonderful house to stay in, me and my friends had the best time! The house was immaculate and Alex was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, with lots of useful information cards/books in the house too!

We spent 2 weeks at Woodbank House and had the best time. The highlights are the kitchen and the grounds. The skies at night are amazing. Bess is a terrific host, perfect communication and so helpful. Thank you so much, I hope we get a chance to stay again! X

Great house in a great location with very responsive hosts - highly recommend. Everything was as-described, clean and perfect for a family or group trip. Most standard consumables were there, tea coffee, washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, soap, shampoo etc. Not a criticism but just a note to future guests if you’re planning to use the oven. The oven is gas and was a bit temperamental. There were also no oven-gloves that we could find so would suggest bringing some if you plan to use the oven. Otherwise the kitchen was great and very well stocked with crockery and utensils.

Beautiful and immaculate house with everything you need and more. The location couldn’t be better - literally a minute’s walk from the seafront with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Pearl and Nathan were so helpful and responsive- they gave us lots of brilliant recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We had three generations staying, including teenagers, and everyone had a fantastic time. We’re already talking about when we can stay there again! A real gem!

We wanted a family visit to Longleat safari park, we also wanted to visit Bath! Warf Cottage is 15ish miles from each in both directions so we couldn’t ask for a better location! The location of the cottage is spectacular with the canal running along side offering plenty of walking opportunities in either direction, if was really easy to find also. We cooked our own meal on the first night and everything we could need was provided and easy to use. My son over playing football in the massive garden as was happy to have all his favourite streaming platforms available in the TV. The board games available made for a fun evening. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, Thankyou for a bottle of Prosecco. My wife now wants a new oven and I need a Bluetooth speaker in our medicine cabinet!! Would definitely stay again if we ever return to the area!

We had a great stay with our family. The kids loved the toys, books and dress up bag. Beautiful home, comfortable bed and everything we could possibly need for a home from home stay.

The flat, which is beautiful, well appointed and, I think, even nicer than the photographs, was in the perfect location. Close to the long stay carpark and the town centre. Lots of guide books and pamphlets available to be able to plan your visit as soon as you arrive.

Kelly’s home is beautifully designed, so comfortable and homely, high quality bedding, towels & smells unreal!! Kelly was super communicative and responsive, flexible re check in & check out time and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed on a wet & windy weekend and found the apartment really comfortable, however due to the weather we couldn’t explore as much as we would have liked and were disappointed that we couldn’t find a TV in the apartment to watch a film why we waited for the rain to clear, had the weather been nicer we probably wouldn’t have noticed that it was missing! Kelly’s apartment was so comfortable the only downside was the heating was very strong and made the place warm, especially in the night, and due to the nature of the apartment block we couldn’t open the bedroom window very much to get air circulated. However, I wouldn’t let that put you off staying at Kelly’s beautiful home.

Stuart's place was super convenient, very responsive host. The location is right on the harbourside which I think is the best part of Bristol. Really thoughtful to leave a couple of treats in the kitchen for us. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended! Thanks again!

Wonderful stay, 15 min walk from town along the canal. Chris was very helpful and kind. A cosy little cotswolds getaway!

So good we extended our stay. Very central for bus stops, shops, cafes and restaurants. Very pretty location near river and park. Other neighbours really nice. Quiet area. Came with own private car parking space - a big bonus. Well equipped kitchen. The flat had everything you need. Ben was very helpful and was always there if needed. Responded quickly to any questions. Washing machine was another bonus as many other places did not have this. Close to train station. Comfy sofa and chairs and bed. Overall felt homely. A fabulous one bedroom apartment. Would definitely recommend.

I will definitely be booking with Bryan and Ruth again it was like home from home these guys are so accommodating and great hosts nothing seems to much trouble for them They have thought of everything even down to the amount of cutlery in kitchen and the chalk board welcome was a nice touch What was on the advert / description was 100% correct I could actually move there

We had a glorious weekend at Emma's flat. Very well equipped and every last detail was thought of. Brilliantly situated for getting around Bath, with nothing being no more than 10-15 minutes walk from the flat. Very comfortable and warm, for which we were most grateful for over a rather chilly weekend. We brought Tolly, our shitzu along too and he was very well catered for too.
