Me and my family had such an amazing stay. Gerard and Andrea were so very helpful and responsive, so friendly! Having Gerard near by and his positve happy attitude also checking to make sure we were okay, was so nice !! We definately will be staying again. I couldn't reccomend it enough. VERY happy with our stay !

Cordwood Chalet, You’re Beautiful! We couldn’t be more pleased to have the opportunity to stay here for the weekend. It was Nicole’s 30th Birthday and this cabin checked all the boxes for the perfect weekend getaway in the woods, it certainly did not disappoint. We spent some time by the fire and ate pies for Pi Day the first night (Pie Junkie, if you’re from Calgary you already know :)). The views are amazing and the silence is a reminder that taking time away can be very grounding and that conversation goes a long way without the distractions of cellphones, TV’s, and emails. We spent our second night by the fire again, but tested our cooking talents with a lasagna recipe we forgot to write down. We really enjoy how the natural light reaches all of the spaces in the cabin, makes you feel immersed in all the beauty surrounding the property. Nic & Jay

We loved our stay at your beautiful log cabin. It was private and quiet. The cabin was clean and perfectly stocked with everything needed to make the stay comfortable. any questions we had Kristin was very quick to respond. The hot tub was a great relaxing feature, the views were lovely. It felt like a home away from home. Close enough to Golden but far enough away to make it feel intimate. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

Charlotte's place is as described. Well maintained with all of the convenience of home. The location is secluded, peaceful and the views are amazing. The only challenge with staying here is the driveway (hill) to the house is steep. If you do not have an all wheel drive (4x4) with good tires, getting up and down in the winter is a challenge.

Property is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest! House was clean and welcoming! My friends and I would highly recommend booking this property!

Lauren's place was awesome for our boys fishing trip. Really comfortable and has everything we needed. It is really central and convenient. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tofino. Lauren was a pleasure to deal with too!

Had a lovely stay, beds were comfy the fireplace was a real touch and easy to control. Had everything we needed, very quiet and clean. Spot on!

David was extremely helpful and communicative about the property. The kitchen was stocked with appliances/cooking tools, everything was well serviced and the location cannot be beat. Literally 2 minute walk to the ski-down to be at Kicking Horse resort. David was extremely accommodating and I would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful cabin in beautiful surroundings. Clean, comfortable, and roomy. A 40 minute drive to Jasper, but the scenery and wildlife along the drive is worth it! Hinton is very close and great for buying groceries and gas. The on- site restaurant is amazing and convenient. I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

We are 1000% thrilled with our stay. The chalet was perfectly appointed, no one felt like they got a bad room. Ski in ski out, great location and views. John was super responsive to all our questions and was lovely to deal with!! Perfect for a large families or multiple couples.

Even though the pool was shut down they communicated very well and took any feedback we provided. Excellent to work with!

A beautiful space for family gatherings with everything you could possibly need. It was our 7th annual family ski vacation and this chalet just may be our favourite yet!

Beautiful cabin in White Gold. 30 minute walk to the village and a quick walk to the trails. Really well designed house with all 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. This was great during the heat of the summer as the bedrooms were cool. House has everything you need for a comfortable visit. Would recommend to all and would stay again! Thanks again for a great holiday.

We enjoyed out visit and found that the mild weather allowed us to walk into town for dinner. With our ski and snowboard gear on we walked the short distance to the bus stop and rode it to the lifts. There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out with all of our ski gear without feeling crowded in the condo. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. We enjoyed out stay a lot!

Tod's place was great! Easily accommodated all 12 guests with everything we needed for our weekend trip. Highly recommended

Wow, what a weekend! what a time to be alive! This stay will definitely go down in the memory book. The place itself was absolutely perfect – clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. From the moment we arrived, we could tell the host had put a lot of care into making sure everything was top-notch. The property was well-maintained, and every little detail had been taken care of. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was outstanding – they were incredibly responsive, welcoming, and gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our time in Fernie. They even went out of their way to offer great local recommendations, which made our trip even more special. If you’re looking for a retreat with all the comforts of home, this place is perfect. However, a small piece of feedback for anyone looking to enjoy Fernie's downtown nightlife – there are no cabs in the area, so arranging transportation for a group can be tough.

The house and property exceeded expectations based on the listing. Beautiful log home made for a comfortable and peaceful stay and the property is very private with a nice useable waterfront access. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything needed to do your own cooking. Mike was quick to respond to any questions and had the place well prepared prior to arrival. I would definitely recommend a stay here as a home base for a visit the area!

We spent 5 nights here with our 14 month old. It was super comfortable- nice bed, good shower, great AC. It was nice to have the lake across the road to cool off- bring your own floaties or boat:) and water shoes! Shannon gave us a great list of fun things to do nearby. We drove (~30 minutes) into Salmon Arm quite often which was fine! Also for baby proofing we secured the cupboards with elastics and blocked the stairway with a travel crib. Bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light! The big windows are so nice and we didn’t mind it but I did use eye mask in early morning. We would stay here again; it was super nice and better than the photos in my opinion. :) Shannon was very responsive and brought us a fan for downstairs bedroom when requested. The backyard patio/bbq was great to have. Thank you!

Alanna, Thanks so much for letting us stay Redfish Lakehouse. Our family of 5 plus our Lab had a fantastic time. Lots of swimming and lake activities! Just what we were planning. We had a number of great dog walks by the Kokoanee spawning channels and spent lots of time watching the eagles, osprey, herons and turkey vultures set up shop on the beach. The beach was perfect, a couple of sandbars keep the boats away and make for a mostly sandy walk out to the deeper water. Great for kids and tired dogs! You are a pro - we had everything we needed inside and out - ice maker, Smart TV, extra lawn chairs, beach chairs, beach toys, table games, giant jenga and the dog towel! The deck was definitely a favourite. Lots of room and the afternoon shade was heaven sent at times! We look forward to staying again someday! Tammy & Greg

We had such a wonderful getaway in the woods at Andrea & Chris’ spectacular cabin!! It was so hard to leave. By day 3 we were really getting into the relaxing and cabin life style - next time we need to stay longer! These hosts are total rockstars and have thought of every little detail possible to make the cabin experience a truly unforgettable holiday. We cannot wait to return again and experience this wonderful place and the beautiful town of Pemberton. Pure magic! ✨

The chalet was stunning, set against breathtaking mountain and lake views. The heating was spot-on for late December. Everything was perfect, though the cleanliness could have been a bit better. However, it didn’t impact our experience, which was otherwise flawless. I will definitely suggest this to anyone and will hopefully travel again in future.

Margaret's home was sparkling clean! We were really impressed as some of the homes we rented in the past left us disappointed in that regard. Great little spot for a family of 4 adults and one toddler. We had a wonderful time!

It was a great stay at lakefront chalet. Super clean, fireplace outside, woodstove, fast Internet aand much more! Looking forward to come back and enjoy more time spent away from busy city. Claudia is responsive and super helpfull!

Sean and Katy’s place is absolutely beautiful and they are such kind and lovely people. There were 5 of us and we had ample space to rest and work and enjoy the quirks of this historic house and its surrounding. The proximity of the lake and private dock mean you feel totally immersed in nature- we watched the sunrise most mornings and listened to the birds, as well as doing some swimming even though it was late September! Everything that you might need has been thought of and Sean and Katy were on hand whenever we had any questions. What a magical place. We really hope to come again. Thank you!
