We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op Ca' Milone. We waren er voor iets meer dan twee weken en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en op de ligbedjes gelegen als we een dagje bij het huis bleven. We hebben leuk contact gehad met Francesca en Paolo die ons vanalles konden vertellen over restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt. Beiden spreken goed Engels, wat erg handig is. Paolo vertelt graag over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en zijn passie voor vliegen. De bakker en de supermarkt waren op minder dan 10 minuten met de auto, voor ons ook een pluspunt. Als je komt logeren, zorg dan wel voor een flesje Deet, of haal bij de drogist Autan om de muggen op afstand te houden!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sowohl drinnen als auch am Pool. Es ist super gelegen zum Einkaufen, Brötchen holen und zum Wasser/Zentrum ist es auch nicht weit. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely lovely, offering a peaceful and scenic environment that made for a truly relaxing experience. The apartment itself was spotless, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was incredibly easy and smooth, making the whole process from check-in to check-out stress-free. Ezio e Giulia sono persone super disponibili e gentilissime, la casa era stupenda e ordinata, ottima per chi vuole un weekend di meritato riposo.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, das Haus war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Für Familien ist die Lage super, man kann sehr viel unternehmen.

Wer eine vergleichsweise bezahlbare Wohnung in der Gegend um die 3 Zinnen sucht, die sauber ist und in perfekter Lage liegt, dazu über eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon verfügt UND die Möglichkeit bietet, einen tollen Pool zu nutzen: der ist hier richtig. Wer hingegen in einer top ausgestatteten, modernen, modischen Wohnung urlauben will, mit neuen Möbeln und frischen Bädern: der bleibt lieber fern! Wir waren dort gerade richtig. Einzig eine zweite Bettdecke im „Ehebett“ ist vorteilhaft. Danke

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Ho soggiornato da Federico insieme ad un altra coppia di amici ed i nostri bambini, abbiamo passato 2 notti compreso il capodanno ed è stato tutto perfetto. Ci ha accolto Federico in persona e ci ha illustrato e mostrato la casa e i suoi servizi. spazi molto grandi ed estremamente puliti dotati di ogni confort. La descrizione rispecchia tutto alla perfezione, non mancava nulla asciugamani, accappatoi e tutto il necessario per il bagno, in cucina invece oltre alla ricca colazione che ci ha fatto trovare sul tavolo (in frigo invece ci ha lasciato uno strudel di mele e degli yogurt) in più era dotata di tutto, forno lavastoviglie macchina del caffè forno micronde . la zona molto tranquilla con una vista lago spettacolare dal terrazzo. camere spaziose e il riscaldamento era perfetto tutto molto automatizzato. insomma super consigliato in tutto. qualsiasi cosa chiesta anche una piccola informazione è stata data in tempi brevissimi. ci ritornerei.

The apartment, much like the host Stefano, was truly exceptional. We felt completely at home, and had everything we could possibly need. The spacious backyard garden offers so much privacy. We travelled with a one-year-old, and she absolutely loved being able to get out of the apartment and into the garden on her own. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – we enjoyed spending our days there as well. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Arco’s charming old town, park, playground, and more. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Riva del Garda or Torbole, with several grocery stores within walking distance. Stefano is an outstanding host – the definition of a “Superhost.” We can’t wait to return!

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern für eine Woche zum Skiurlaub bei Philipp. Dafür war die Unterkunft super geeignet. Die Bushaltestelle ist eine Gehminute entfernt, zwei sehr gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein kleiner und ein großer Supermarkt sind eine sehr kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Das Haus ist zwar nur circa 100 Meter von der Hauptstraße entfernt, aber wir haben nie Lärm wahrgenommen. Das Haus selbst ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet, und war sehr sauber. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzügig und lädt zum Entspannen ein, die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, Badezimmer und Toilette sind klein aber sauber und modern. Einzig eine Filterkaffeemaschine (oder French Press) wäre noch eine gute Ergänzung, die sehr kleine Kapselmaschine lief bei uns fast im Dauerbetrieb. 😉 Die Kommunikation mit Philipp war problemlos und schnell. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder! Vielen Dank!

Allereerst is het uitzicht echt nog veel mooier dan op foto's is te zien! Daarnaast was de ruimte heel schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien! Ideaal dat heel veel benodigdheden al aanwezig zijn! Het huis was wel wat lastig te vinden omdat de navigatie het huisnummer niet vond maar met instructies kwamen we er alsnog vrij snel. De weg naar het huis is wat smal en eng, maar dat is het uitzicht dubbel en dwars waard!

Wir haben beide Chalets Zoll & River für ein verlängertes Wochenendende mit der ganzen Familie (11 Personen) im April besucht. Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Beide Chalets sind top neu renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ein Traum und bietet viel Platz. Es gibt eine Grillstation, einen beheizbaren Whirlpool und eine Sauna, die sich beide mit Holz befeuern lassen. Die Chalets liegen gut angebunden an der Straße, man ist schnell auf der Route nach Meran, und kann super in Ausflüge starten. Sabine und Peter sind als Vermieter großartig, sie waren immer für uns da und haben mit sämtlichen Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und Sonderwünsche mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ganz lieben Dank!

We stayed at Elfi’s place with our daughter, son-in-law and four of our grandchildren. The property was charming and well suited to our family size. It was clean and comfortable, offered very spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a well appointed kitchen, adequate dining space, and had everything to meet the needs of our family. The cost was reasonable and provided proximity to all the major attractions nearby. The surrounding area was stunningly beautiful. We were able to walk or take a short drive to high quality restaurants where the service staff welcomed us warmly. People in the neighborhood were very friendly and helpful. Our host, Elfi, was warm and highly responsive to our needs. We recommend Elfi and her property highly.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in der Unterkunft, insbesondere die Küche hat uns sehr gut gefallen - es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Toller Balkon!

Dunia is a great host who always answered swiftly with a lot of care and attention. The house is old and basic but offers you a warm cozy place in good location at an affordable price. Would book again!
