Thank you Anna and Oskar for providing such a lovely, clean and welcoming apartment. It was in a lovely quiet location, but close enough to the station and amenties in walking distance, with parking if we had needed it. Just perfect for our quick one night stay for my son and me. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Torquay.

I had a peaceful week here with everything I needed at hand. Parking was really convenient too.

Location is perfect and quiet considering the location is in the main town. The flat was clean and a lovely size and the use of 2 bathrooms for 4 people was great. It’s good to be able to park to drop off and collect your items and the use of the parking permit was helpful (approximately a 10/15 minute walk away from the car park). On arrival I did collect the keys to find the main entrance key was bent so I couldn’t initially enter but after speaking with Kevin at Dart Valley he advised to just bend back into place (thankfully this worked without breaking and they would look to replace for new). We did have an issue with the heating to find it was controlled externally but after speaking with Fiona and other colleagues (including a message from Karen at Dart Valley) this was soon recitified. Regardless of a couple of issues, I cannot complain as they were all dealt with swiftly, promptly and with a helpful and professional attitude. Thank you!

Fantastic stay at Dans Airbnb, would definitely stay again! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Felt very at home in my stay there. The parking was a bonus, and tricky to get in Exeter! Only one minor thing to note, and not an issue from Dan at all, but being a ground floor flat the upstairs could be a bit noisy at times!

I booked Dan’s place for my mother in law and her friend visiting Exeter for the first time. They were very happy with the cleanliness, accessibility of the flat and the excellent location. We highly recommend the flat!

Great apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth surrounded by fantastic restaurants, independent shops and activities on the water. The space was characterful and easy to use. Hosts were really helpful.

Ideal for staying with a dog. It is walkable to the Riviera Centre and the sea. Stephen recommended places to visit.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. We had a great time at Little Merida. Thank you Louise

Superb! Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious property with some lovely personal touches, and in a quiet location. It had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. Chris was friendly, responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more, I’ll definitely be booking again.

A truly lovely place to stay in the centre of Torquay. Everything was immaculately clean, well organised, comfortable and cosy. Thoroughly recommend this place and the very helpful Julian.

Well situated in a quiet road off the top of the High Street with two car parks nearby. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped, comfortable beds with quality linen, and a real home from home feel. Would thoroughly recommend.

The farm was in a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views. It was peaceful and spacious for our large family get together. Salcombe and the surrounding area is very lovely, with some challenging roads, but thats Devon! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and private. The kitchen was excellent and very well equipped and Freya was helpful and friendly from the start and super responsive when we had a minor query. We loved our stay, would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

The accommodation was ideal for us as a family of 4. There was a generous welcome pack and Mike in the fridge. The static caravan was spotless inside with a well equipped kitchen. It was easy to get keys and we were given a warm welcome at reception and could have an early check-in. Perfect for a short stay and would be a nice base for a summer holiday too.

You will not be disappointed with your stay at this gem of an apartment. stunning views ,fantastic facilities & absolutely zero complaints! We hope to return! Thank you 😊

The house and garden was amazing and I would recommend it for anyone who would love a little holiday in a nice remote area with a town just 5 minutes away

Amazing spot will definitely be returning, the views are amazing and plenty things in place to make your stay comfortable. The place was completely spotless. Plenty coastal walks around.

Had a lovely time staying here. After looking at many places we found this one and it seemed perfect! Everything was perfect, so cosy and so nicely decorated. Such nice touches of a Christmas tree and hot chocolate station! Cannot recommend this place more! Hot tub was lovely, and kitchen well equipped, such nice details everything was so well thought.
