Beautifully presented and immaculate; this is a fantastic place to stay!

The apartment was immaculate. Very well thought out and decorated in relaxing tones throughout. It had everything I needed. The views from every window were amazing especially the sunrise . Spectacular!

Dawn & Richard were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was fantastic and spotless. Bed was very comfortable with great blinds to block out the light and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault anything would definitely return.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay , so good I extended my stay. Location is perfect with great views and of course just above the the renowned Alf Resco cafe. I look forward to staying here again.

This was a first class stay. The studio was spotless, comfy and well-equipped. There was a lovely extra touch of home made chocolates on arrival. The host was very helpful, friendly and unobtrusive. Recommend!

We love Brixham and have been visiting for many years. We have stayed in many rentals but this was by far our favourite. The apartment was spotless with super comfy beds - but the icing on the cake was that view! Thank you so much Sara & Andrew, will be booking again for sure.

Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely location with some great views and easy access to lots of sights.

We had a fantastic stay. Beautiful house and location, the beach was perfect for our 2 year old and Labrador. Lots of beautiful places to visit. The surrounding roads are all single track and a bit challenging but there’s not a lot of traffic so if you take your time you’re fine. The hosts were really responsive, flexible and helpful with our last minute change of plans due to illness. Would definitely recommend.

Jackie was a magnificent host and the accommodation was beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Jackie went out of her way to welcome us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 stars across the board from us.

We had a most enjoyable and comfortable stay in Melanie's cottage. The small courtyard garden was very private. The location was particularly excellent. We were able to walk into the village, access the water front, pubs and restaurants with ease. The railway station was also a very easy walk away, enabling us to catch a train into Exeter. I would stress that the staircases in the cottage are very steep and narrow. A very pleasant holiday in a beautiful part of Devon.

Nick’s place is an absolute gem, couldn’t be better located for the harbour. The views were incredible and the house was so quirky with lovely homely touches. Highly recommend a stay here if in the Brixham area.

Took a trip down to Exmouth with a few friends so needed a place that was near the pubs and had room for 6 people. It looked exactly like the photos with plenty of space in the kitchen to socialise. Quite a tall and narrow building so potentially not perfect for anyone with mobility issues, but exactly what we needed. Thanks for a great weekend!

We stayed at Ashley's beautiful Captain's Rest for the second time. The location is absolutely perfect with everything within walking distance, close to amenties, restaurants, parking and plenty of places to explore. The property really is a home from home with lots of added extras that help to make your stay a delight. Captain's Rest is beautifully decorated, clean and tidy and perfect for all the family. I stayed with my family (including two children, aged 12 and 4) and we had more than enough space to relax between adventures around Brixham. Thank you so much for having us a second time, we will be back!

Great place. Second time staying here with my elderly father for Christmas. Was spotlessly clean with all the kitchen etc utensils needed. The scones, jam and clotted cream was a nice touch as we're the Christmas decorations. Arranged to check-in early at 4pm on Christmas eve. Is about a 15 minute walk from Exmouth station plus is on street parking (parking permit provided by host if needed). Very easy access to seafront/estuary mouth and small marina. Is also a pub opposite (not noisy) that does good food. Are a couple of mini-mart style shops about 400yards away. Exmouth centre a 15 minute walk. Would recommend

Great apartment with everything you need, a home from home. Finished to a high specification . Great location in Teignmouth centre, close to the bars/restaurants and parking. Matthew the host is very helpful and always available. One of my favourite Airbnb’s I’ve used.

I visit Salcombe when I can. I didn't need Freya's assistance but she made it very clear she was there if I needed anything. We didn't as Upper Deck was everything she described. I roasted a full shoulder of lamb (from Paul the butcher - do go to Paul if you can the sausages and BBQ preparations are wonderful) with all the trimmings. All the utensils I needed were there, just as promised. You could live in at Upper Deck no problem. I loved the large master bedroom and our guests were equally delighted with the top floor. Devon Rd is a fantastic location; you overlook the park so your children as safe as they play while feeling independent and you have gorgeous views over the estuary/ria. I love Salcombe as you can tell, but Freya's place only complimented it.

The flat was very spacious & beautifully designed. It had everything we needed & was very close to the sea. All the furniture was really comfortable and Karen was a brilliant host

The apartment was amazing, beautifully clean and well equipped they thought of everything and all the little details everything you needed was there, views from the apartment was fantastic, lovely balcony to sit on, location very good, places to eat if you wanted to, definitely would go there again, really recommend this apartment and the area loved our stay there x
