Brno-Country District : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Both the host, Julia, and the apartment were great. Julia was very friendly and helpful. I needed some assistance, and she responded quickly and assisted me. Getting in and out of the apartment was very easy, and the instructions were very clear. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and was clean. It is very spacious, and the huge closet helped us keep it tidy during our stay. The location is great—very close to the city center. There are restaurants, bars, and grocery stores around the apartment. I would definitely come back if I visit Brno again.

Un apartamento muy bien decorado, cómodo, con terraza y sauna. El barrio es tranquilo y hay un supermercado prácticamente en el mismo edificio. Los anfitriones respondieron a los pocos minutos. 100% Recomendable.

Jednoznačne super pomer kvalita cena. Krásne, čisté prostredie. Komunikácia rýchla, čokoľvek bolo potrebné, vybavili okamžite. Ulica na ktorej sa býva je však čosi rušnejšia.

Konum güzeldi tramvay istasyonu 10 dakika mesafedeydi. Ev çok temizdi. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli. Çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar geldiğimde tercih edeceğim. Sadece 3. kişi için yastık ve yorgan yoktu, kanepe açılır değil.

Ubytovanie bolo veľmi príjemné. Našli sme v ňom všetko, čo sme potrebovali (aj niečo naviac). Byt je maličký, ale úplne nám to stačilo. Inštrukcie pre check-in boli jasné a podrobne popísané. Akurát škoda, že nám majiteľ sľúbil, že nám dá vedieť, ak bude ubytovanie pripravené skôr. Nakoniec sa nám teda neozval, napriek tomu, že byt uprataný bol a my sme naň zbytočne čakali pred budovou. Lokalita skvelá - na hlavnú železničnú stanicu aj do centra to bolo blízko. Dostali sme ešte tip na raňajky, ktoré boli veľmi príjemné, blízko a za super cenu. Tie sa nám veľmi páčili. Napriek maličkým chybám, určite odporúčam. Ďakujeme za príjemný pobyt.

Outstanding accommodation. Very comfortable and spacious. Perfect location, close to the park and a 5 minute walk into the old town. The accomodation faces away from the main road and therefore is very quiet.

Dávám za všechno pět hvězdiček! Skvěle ubytování tak jak jsme s mym psem potřebovali. Velkou oplocenou zahradu ocenil můj pes. Vybavenost domu nadstandardní, s velkým vkusem. Hostitel mily a pohodový, přišlo mi že jsem to ja hospodař a on host...:-) Okamžitá reakce. Naprosto nic nechybělo pro čtyř denní pobyt. V letě určitě je to skvěle místo pro pobyt na Znojemsku, ale i mimo teplé období pro milovníky ticha, soukromí, podzimní odpočinek je to skvěle místo. Dum má moderní vytápění a zatopit si každý může jak chce. Blízko krásná restaurace a hospoda. Určitě doporučují tento dům.

Nous étions un groupe "étudiants/enseignants" de 10 personnes, la maison est grande, spacieuse même. Le seul soucis rencontré a été le nombre de places à table mais pour le reste c'était parfait.

Ubytovanie predčilo naše očakávania. Všetko bolo perfektné - čisté a upratané. Postele boli pohodlné, majitelia nám zabezpečili aj detskú postieľku. Každá izba mala vlastnú kúpeľňu. Súčasťou bola aj plne vybavená kuchyňa so základnými ingredienciami na varenie ako soľ, olej či korenie. Parkovanie je priamo na ulici, okolie je pokojné a príjemné. Komunikácia s hostiteľom bola bezproblémová. Určite odporúčam.

We had an amazing weekend with 15 friends in this nice house. Everything was there we needed. The place is quiet and private and you can hang out without worrying to much about neighbors or the weather. Nice bbq and fire pit and draft beer!

Velice milá a přívětivá hostitelka, dům je moderní, nový, plná vybavenost. Měli jsme se tam jako doma. Velice strategické místo 8 min do Aqualand Moravia, 16 min Mikulov, 25 min Laa an der Taya - Therme. Znojmo a Brno rovněž blízko. Určitě se tam rádi vrátíme, děkuji!

Nádherné ubytování pro rodiny s dětmi. Vše čisté, uklizené. Krásná upravená zahrada, kde se děti opravdu nenudí. Všem mohu jen doporučit, určitě se sem někdy rádi vrátíme.

Vše naprosto super, ochotná a vstřícná paní majitelka, pro kterou nic nebylo problém. Byli jsme zde s miminem, pro které je ubytování plně vybavené (i věcmi, které nejsou nezbytně nutné), dokonale vybavená kuchyň vším, co v kuchyni má být a i mnoho navíc... určitě bychom se rádi vrátili nebo zůstali déle. :)

We stayed here for 2 days with friends and that's the perfect spot for exploring the city. Every location worth visit is walkable from there. The apartment is beautiful and spotless clean. Everything worked as described and Ondrej is a very nice and helpful host provided clear instructions for us. All in all, absolutely recommended.

Уютная квартира со всеми удобствами , даже больше ☺️ Были все принадлежности для ванной и кухни . Чисто и уютно. Было приятно проводить там время и даже не хотелось уходить . Хозяин быстро отвечает , вежливый и отзывчивый . Рекомендую 😌 В будущем хотели бы еще там остановиться 😍

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The price was very reasonable, and despite being close to the city center, the area was surprisingly quiet. A major plus is the shopping mall right across the street and Kaufland near by, which has just about everything you might need. The tram is within walking distance or the bus. Parking is available on the street for free, which is in Brno is rare to find. Over time, I figured out the best times and spots to park, as many people park on the same street. I usually found a good spot in front of the coffee shop. Overall, I had no complaints and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this Airbnb as two couples. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were cozy, and the space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the best parts was the location—just a short walk to the Old Town, making it easy to enjoy the sights, restaurants, and nightlife without needing a car. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend Sachin’s apartment to others looking for a clean and convenient place in the area!

Arrival and Check very easy, the location is very good, the apartment was very clean upon our arrival and coresponded exactly to the description and the picturess shown in the adverstisement. It looked like new - kitchen and bathroom new and in tip top condition. The apartment is very big, comfortable and welcoming. Jakub himself was very nice, he explained everything to us very well and was helpful. We had a nice stay and I can fully recommend the appartment.
