Great opportunity to stay in a 4-star hotel via Airbnb! The fact the Airbnb is actually a room in the hotel was a very nice surprise. The staff were very friendly, rooms clean, and the buffet breakfast was great! Highly recommended to anyone staying in the area

I’ve been travelling for quite a while and for a long time I did not stayed in such a cosy, family like, home feeling, kind of place. The space is beautiful (architecturally and emotionally), easy to find and park, design is clean and all amenities and furniture follows exactly the same patterns. Breakfast has not a lot of choices (enough for me) but all they have is extremely good… bread amazing. Fully recommend the space.

Všechno bylo krásné, byli jsme nadšení. Design Denisy Strmiskové, pohodlné čisťoučké postele, vynikající snídaně včetně veganské nabídky, milý personál v kavárně i na recepci, skvělá lokalita - vedle parku, kousek od katedrály. Časopisy a průvodce Olomoucí na recepci. Historický objekt ve tvaru podkovy s klenbami, který byl kdysi součástí opevnění, stěny porostlé popínavými rostlinami. V budově je kavárna a restaurace, obojí se zahrádkou. Doporučujeme!

Vse bylo naprosto dokonale! Pro me nadstandardni ubytovani ve vsech oblastech, za velmi ferovou cenu. Majitele vedou podnik poctive a s laskou, coz se projevuje na kazdem kroku. Pokoje krasne, moderni, vonave s luxusni posteli. Hostitel Jan s manzelkou ochotne pomohli pri planovani vyletu, doporucili trasy. Polepenze na urovni zazitkove gastronomie. Vhodne pro pary i pro rodiny s detmi. Muzu jen doporucit..

We stayed at U Matesa for a week, enjoyed the peaceful location at the edge of Dobre Pole village, and had a great time making day trips from there. It's a great location for exploring the region. The living space above the vine cellar is small but thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare simple meals. Our kids have dust allergies but they had no problems during our stay. We made a good use of the portable fan provided, as the weather was hot during our stay. Be ready for a mosquito (or two) if you keep the windows/doors open. We needed to bring our own bathroom essentials including towels. Iveta was a great host, very cordial, and always responded quickly. Haven't opened the bottles from their wine cellar yet, but looking forward to it!

Moc hezké, čisté ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě, měli jsme tu vše, co jsme potřebovali.

Vřele doporučuji toto ubytování. Apartmán přesně odpovídal popisu, je v blízkosti centra na krásném místě. Michal byl velice vstřícný a přátelský.

Velice pěkné ubytování v centru Mikulova s krásným výhledem z terasy. Hostitel Michal se o nás dobře postaral, doporučil nám kam zajít na oběd... Ráda se ubytuji znovu
