We’ve had great experience staying with Jan. Apartment is great and spacious, there’s everything you might need. Location is perfect to get easily where you want in the city center. We’d definitely recommend this place.

Ubytování v klidné lokalitě, přitom centrum jednoduše dostupné MHD. Parkování mimo modré zóny. Vybavení zahrnovalo vše potřebné. Majitel ochotně zajistil dětskou postýlku.

Krásné a čisté. Velké plus je parkování přímo před domem.

Location was very central and you can get everywhere by walk. The staff was very friendly and helped with everything I asked. I booked a full house studio “Salina” for 5 people but I was there alone because I like big spaces. This studio has it’s own private shower so that made my stay very comfortable, almost like in hotel. The only shared facilities were toilet and kitchen. I never had to wait for toilet and it was always very clean! I recommend to book 100%, I was very satisfied.

Great apartment, specious, clean and at great location. Just keep in mind that there is no parking place near the apartment.

Ubytování ve střešním apartmánu bylo naprosto skvělé! Apartmán byl čistý, prostorný a moderně zařízený, což mi poskytlo maximální pohodlí. Lokalita je jen kousek od centra Brna, takže jsme měli vše na dosah, ale zároveň jsme si užili klidné prostředí. Komunikace s majitelem byla rychlá, vstřícná a bezproblémová. Velmi nás potěšilo, že nám vyšel vstříc a umožnil časnější check-in, což jsme ocenili. Celkově jsme byli nadšeni a určitě bychom toto ubytování doporučili všem, kdo hledá příjemné místo k pobytu v Brně. 😊

Beautiful and stylish roof top apartment, very comfortable and quite stay, got everything you need for a short or long stay in Brno, CZ. However, to enter the roof top apartment with large luggage 🧳 requires much effort, for guys, there is your gym day haha
