Un apartamento muy bien decorado, cómodo, con terraza y sauna. El barrio es tranquilo y hay un supermercado prácticamente en el mismo edificio. Los anfitriones respondieron a los pocos minutos. 100% Recomendable.

Outstanding accommodation. Very comfortable and spacious. Perfect location, close to the park and a 5 minute walk into the old town. The accomodation faces away from the main road and therefore is very quiet.

Ubytování bylo nad očekávání, skvěle vybaveno, čisto, cítili jsme se jako doma. Možno využít verandy se zahradou (příjemné posezení), kam není odnikud vidět - soukromý. Příště určitě využijeme možnost grilování. Celkově hodnotím skvěle a rozhodně doporučuji.

Pobyt byl velmi příjemný. Dům je prostorný, pěkně zařízený. Vybavení perfektní. Okolí stojí také za to. Ubytování s rodinu velmi doporučujeme:)

Skvělé, klidné místo pro načerpání sil

Ubytovanie predčilo naše očakávania. Všetko bolo perfektné - čisté a upratané. Postele boli pohodlné, majitelia nám zabezpečili aj detskú postieľku. Každá izba mala vlastnú kúpeľňu. Súčasťou bola aj plne vybavená kuchyňa so základnými ingredienciami na varenie ako soľ, olej či korenie. Parkovanie je priamo na ulici, okolie je pokojné a príjemné. Komunikácia s hostiteľom bola bezproblémová. Určite odporúčam.

Ubytování zcela splnilo naše potřeby pro firemní setkání, kdy měl v domě každý svůj vlastní pokoj a zároveň společná místnost byla velmi prostorná a nabízela 2 stoly, 2 gauče, takže jsme se mohli různě přemísťovat, vytvořit pracovní skupinky, apod. Užitečné jsou v tomto případě i dvě koupelny :) Navíc je zde i terasa s dalším stolem a soukromá odstíněná zahrada. Za nás opravdu prostorný a příjemný dům.

Jacob’s place was perfect for our stay and close to everything. It was very comfortable and clean , and never more than a 5 minute walk to a great pub or restaurant. Definitely would stay here again!

Dies war der beste Aufenthalt, den wir je mit Airbnb gehabt haben. Toller Gastgeber, tolle Wohnung, schnelles Internet und alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist 100% zu empfehlen wir kommen gerne wieder.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The price was very reasonable, and despite being close to the city center, the area was surprisingly quiet. A major plus is the shopping mall right across the street and Kaufland near by, which has just about everything you might need. The tram is within walking distance or the bus. Parking is available on the street for free, which is in Brno is rare to find. Over time, I figured out the best times and spots to park, as many people park on the same street. I usually found a good spot in front of the coffee shop. Overall, I had no complaints and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this Airbnb as two couples. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were cozy, and the space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the best parts was the location—just a short walk to the Old Town, making it easy to enjoy the sights, restaurants, and nightlife without needing a car. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend Sachin’s apartment to others looking for a clean and convenient place in the area!

Arrival and Check very easy, the location is very good, the apartment was very clean upon our arrival and coresponded exactly to the description and the picturess shown in the adverstisement. It looked like new - kitchen and bathroom new and in tip top condition. The apartment is very big, comfortable and welcoming. Jakub himself was very nice, he explained everything to us very well and was helpful. We had a nice stay and I can fully recommend the appartment.
