Samantha's place is exactly as photographed and described. The triplex is set back away from the street behind a house so it is VERY quiet. The rooms were pretty clean. This is an older building with charm and some wear, but pretty well maintained. I did not hear much noise from my family staying in the other rooms. Samantha is very clear with instructions and quick to respond. I would certainly stay here again. Helpful info for future guests: The mattresses are defiantly on the firmer side. I loved this, but i realize some do not. Also, the stairs going to the top unit are pretty steep and shallow, maybe only 8" deep. You cannot set your full foot down unless you are stepping sideways. This is likely to be an additional challenge for anyone with a mobility or balance issue. Thirdly, there are no blinds or blackout curtains on the bedroom windows, just basic thin curtains. If you want to sleep in, this may be a challenge.

Plenty of space, nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. You can tell the owners take pride in their home/space. Clear communication from hosts. Would recommend. A++

Highly recommend Dave's place! It was the perfect location for us. It was very clean. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of hot water for two people to take showers. The bed was a little too soft for our aging backs, but still comfortable with good linens. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not far from the airport.

Vince was an amazing host and truly helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend.

AMAZING location within walking distance to anything you could want to do in downtown Indianapolis. My husband and two oldest went to see deftones at Gainbridge and had less than a 10 minute walk. Always felt safe in the area and the entire building was clean and welcoming. I would recommend this air bnb to anyone who wants to spend a weekend in town and stay busy. The bed was comfortable and there were even pull out twin sized beds that our oldest kids thought were comfy. Everything was clean and well kept. Thanks for the great stay!

One of the best short stays I’ve had! Mary and Marvin’s place is just as listed. I loved the antiquated look and feel of the space. If you are a book lover then this is the space for you! It was extra-nice to be greet by Marvin-it was even a bit on the late side, but it was important to him, so he did. Additionally, I felt safe staying there alone in Indy. Book it!

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Philip's place in Indianapolis. The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as described. The Philip is a great host and was responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, downtown attractions, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I couldn’t have asked for a better home base while visiting Indy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I visit Indianapolis annually for FDIC and prefer staying near Massachusetts Ave. because of The Rathskeller and other nearby eats/fun. However, many of the condos on Mass. Ave. charge many hundreds of dollars nightly. Debra's nice inn just off of Mass. Ave. was a great compromise. A clean, large suite in a nice location at an affordable price. Big enough for more than just me; spatious and comfortable. Shower is pretty tiny and I'm 5'10 so if you happen to be 6'2" or taller, you'll have a real challenge. Hangers and closet space is ample; something lacking in many units I've stayed in. Debra was exceptionally accommodating and communicative on a small special request I made. I'll likely stay here again next year!

Great place to stay while in Indy! Loved having a few snacks and especially coffee in the kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Bedroom is on the side with main road, so it can be a little noisy. But overall, we had a wonderful experience!

The apartment was great, clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay here again. It worked out perfectly. The only thing worth knowing is that it is not stocked with extra supplies, like coffee, salt, pepper etc. that some Airbnbs are so bring it with you if you plan on using the kitchen.
