We had a lovely stay in the Old Surgery in Holt. This is a fantastically located property being only 2 minutes walk from the centre of Holt, with off-street parking but still appeared private and close to the countryside. It was also ideal to take our dog for walks straight from the house. The property has plenty of character and while it can be a bit quirky, once we got used to the layout it had everything we needed for our stay and is close to all the local amenities and beaches. Stephen was an excellent host, being very responsive and welcoming and able to help with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Holt.

Wow, wow wow.......What a fantastic place to stay. It felt roomy, comfortably, clean & bright. Everything was modern and the access at the rear of the garden was excellent for kayaking, boating & fishing. Hot tub, pool table and fire pit was a plus. Can highly recommend the White Horse Inn which was a 2 minute walk away in the small village.

We can not fault this Airbnb in anyway. The house is amazing - lots of old character features and in great condition. The host have provided lots of games for entertaining young and old. All the detailed have been thought about like fire wood for the fire pit, charcoal for BBQ. Personally, my highlight was the gym - all the gear worthy of a professional gym. Quiet location but still really close to Holt and Holkham Hall. 👍

our stay was amazing! Cullums place was spotless and so big! 6 of us stayed for a work do.. and we decided to come back early as we loved the place so much. 10mins from Norwich and Cullum was the perfect host.

Daniel's house is in a beautiful setting with views down to the river, with plenty of outside space to relax in. We were lucky to have lovely sunny weather during our stay so had late breakfasts out on the patio next to the bubbling fountain. It was an easy walk into Beccles along the river footpath, and a 25 minute drive to Southwold where there was plenty to do and lovely fish and chips. The house was clean and comfortable. The ensuite for the downstairs bedroom was a wetroom so would be suitable for wheelchair users. The larger bedroom upstairs had an ensuite with excellent shower, and the other two bedrooms shared a bathroom. Daniel responded quickly to any questions we had, and Trisha who was wonderful, welcomed us to the property and was on hand if we needed anything.

My partner and I celebrated our 30th birthdays/engagement with our university friends and were blessed with gorgeous weather. This meant we could make the most of the beautiful garden and grounds, sitting near the river and playing games in the sunshine - an absolutely perfect weekend away in a gorgeous location. The kayaks/canoe were great fun, the house was equipped with everything you needed and comfortably hosted our group of 13. Would highly recommend to anyone and will hope to come back again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Such a lovely cosy cottage, very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here, very relaxing and peaceful. 10 minute drive to the beach where we enjoyed lots of walks.

Amazing stay and the photos don't do it justice! We were three couples and there was plenty of space! I highly recommend staying here. We took a taxi from Norwich which was £36. You can walk into the local town which is around 2 miles away. Surrounded by beautiful nature!
